I like the grounding and boosting exercises on [Dooney’s website[/url:38w2mfvo](https://web.archive.org/web/20140114065717/http://www.donebydooney.com:38w2mfvo) so much and find them so important that I’ve translated the whole thing, including some useful information from Dooney’s [coaching page[/url:38w2mfvo](https://web.archive.org/web/20140114065717/http://www.donebydooney.com/coaching.html:38w2mfvo). It also includes Stevo’s breathing exercises from [http://www.4quantumhealing.com/url:38w2mfvo](https://web.archive.org/web/20140114065717/http://www.4quantumhealing.com:38w2mfvo) which I hope he doesn’t mind [Image Can Not Be Found]

I think this will be useful. Portuguese may not reach as far wide as Spanish or Chinese(!) but it can be read and understood by people from Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, East Timor and Portugal of course.

Thanks Carlos! I really appreciate you and the others who have translated my website stuff into other languages. I’m glad that so many people will be able to read the information in their native language and hopefully get a better understanding of the info.
