Carlos 08 Jun 2008 16:50 Subject: Something Of The New Paradigm This video is an interview where the head of a company in Brazil describes a way of working very similar to what the new paradigm could be. Well, at least one thing is spot on with it and that is individual responsability. He also has some very interesting views about the typical business workplace which he equates to the military mentality. It’s a wonder and a pleasure to see this happening in a country which was once a colony… indeed the so-called 3rd world countries will have much to teach us in the future! Carlos
