Been making these waterproof 108s for the ocean. We had a bit of a drought lately. After gifting the first one we had a couple evenings of light rain then dry again. After the second one a big storm came by and gave us a couple days of rain without the main part of the storm hitting us. That would have been major flooding. No idea if my efforts had anything to do with the rain or not, but it felt good to do the gifting, and it is fun to take this homemade boat out.

This is a photoshop creation for fun done with a drawing done in Rhino which i did starting from 1 equilateral triangle. The drawing for the 108 pattern is a little hypnotic and i thought it might be interesting.

This is another photoshop creation where i started with a photo that i took of a partial eclipse using an old floppy disc as a red filter. There is a photoshop filter done after that to make the cut out in the sun pop.
