This morning, I got a text on my flip phone, from Con-Ed, asking me if I was. prepared for the heat wave this week.
It’s early June, and the temperature has been on the cool side. At the women’s U.S. Open in San Francisco two days ago, players were wearing long sleeves and knit hats.
The projected high today in Manhattan is 86. I believe we can all agree that 86 degrees does not represent a heat wave, but rather “ideal weather” in early June.
Tomorrow, projected high is 88 degrees.
72 degrees is the projected high on Wednesday!
80 degrees the projected high on Thursday.
A high of 66 on Friday! The week of the projected “heat wave”, so terrible that every phone customer had to be alerted to it.
High of 74 degrees on Saturday. And then 74 degrees on Sunday.
The thing about propaganda is, if you go to the well too many times, no one is going to believe you anymore. That’s why the folk tale of "the Boy Who Cried ‘Wolf!’ " has had resonance with us for so long.
Several hours after I started this article, the temperatures for today was revised up to 88 degrees.
Now, ten minutes later, they’ve revised them up again to 89!
It’s Noon, and it’s 86 degrees in Central Park.

A COOLING CLIMATE
Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled “Positive Changes That Are Occurring”, in July of 2013.

The linear trend of the data show the warming rate in the Gulf of Maine was basically flat, at only 0.004 deg C/decade, from 1930 to 2014. In January 2015, NASA said “The year 2014 now ranks as the warmest on record since 1880”.

In October 2010, Skeptical Science widened its eyes to simulate honesty and asked “Does record snowfall disprove global warming?”
The answer: “Far from contradicting global warming, record snowfall is predicted by climate models”.

In 2016, nearly 75% of Americans did not trust that there was a large ‘scientific consensus’ amongst climate scientists on human behavior being the cause of climate change.
In February 2016, Skeptical Science assured “No climate conspiracy: NOAA temperature adjustments bring data closer to pristine”.
Jackson Hole, Wyoming had the most precipitation in history in 2016-2017, 11.85 inches, 28% above the previous record of 9.28 inches, set in 1964-65.
The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those variants is “astonishing”. That’s why Mountain Weather’s Jim Woodmency said “Water-wise: During the three months of the winter season 2016-17 Jackson had an astonishing 11.85 inches of precipitation, almost a foot of precipitation. That completely washed away the previous record from the wettest winter ever in Jackson. The old record was 9.28 inches of water from the winter of 1964-65.”
Where the dreary but deceitful “completely washed away” is a hedging generalization put forward to blunt any specific insight into the magnitude of the phenomenon I’m documenting here. So, I had to do the math. The new record is 28% above the old. An historically-unprecedented one-third more precipitation fell in Jackson Hole, Wyoming during the winter of 2016/2017.
In addition to hiding the quantum increase, he also doesn’t offer any insight into what’s driving it. Not El Nino, not Global Warming, not Carbon Forcing. Nothing. That’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

It’s also more than possible that he was handed the copy and directed to publish it as his own.

Temperatures in North Dakota were 2.6 degrees below average during the winter of 2016-2017. At this writing 2017 is officially ranked as the third hottest year in all history. The North Dakota Climate Bulletin described a winter that was 2.6 degrees below average as the 55th warmest in history.

This documents that it’s been cold in Boston to start the winter of 2017, during what is purported to be the third-hottest year in all history.
In March 2017, the New York Times said “Cold will keep half of D.C. cherry blossoms from blooming”.
Where “keep from blooming” is Mil-speak for “killed”. And the whole thing is a sham, with “half” a ruse to cover “Record cold kills D.C. cherry blossoms”.
And where “Cold” is a violent step back from “freezing”. We’re walking through one of the coldest years in history, redescribed by a controlled press and every Establishment on Earth as “the third-hottest year in history”.

However, it is interesting to note that “DUE TO global warming” has been hedged back to “a SIGN OF warming”, which also omits “GLOBAL”. It’s two successive admissions by the propagandist that they’d overreached.
In January 2018, with the record cold nowhere near at an end, the New Jersey Herald said “Record cold finally coming to an end “.
The annual snowfall record for Yankton, South Dakota for January 20, set in 2018, is 14.2 inches, 89% above the previous record of 7.5 inches set in 1982. The National Weather Service said “Blizzard Paralyzes Much of Region; Yankton Sees Record” and only-generally that the new record “shattered” the old.
In January 2018, ABC13.com narrowed its eyes bitterly, shook its fist and said “Snow in Houston – It happens more than you think”.
In January 2018 notalotofpeopleknowthat.com said “New York’s Temperature Record Massively Altered By NOAA”.
On average the mean temperatures in Jan 2014 were 2.7F less than in 1943. Yet, according to NOAA, the difference was only 0.9F.
Somehow, NOAA has adjusted past temperatures down, relatively, by 1.8F.
Indeed, it is arguably worse than that. You will notice that there is an outlier in Syracuse, which suggests that 2014, quite nonsensically, was warmer. Syracuse’s temperature station is, however, based at the International Airport there, slap bang in between runways. (The blue marker is the current site).

The weather station has been at the same location, to within a few hundred yards, since 1929, when it looked like this. During the war it was used as a flight training centre. Now it is an international airport, with two asphalt runways handling nearly 2 million passenger a year.
Clearly, given the divergence in temperatures between Syracuse and the other six divisional sites, there is a massive UHI effect here. If we exclude Syracuse, which clearly should not be used for climate purposes, the average difference between 1943 and 2014 rises to 3.3F.
This means that NOAA has adjusted temperatures by an astonishing 2.4F, or about 1.3C.
Over 1000 snow and cold records were set in March 2018. Accuweather only-generally said “The winter that wouldn’t end: cold continues, sets records”.
August 2018 was the second-wettest August in recorded history in Norway, from 1900 to present. Precipitation was 160% above average.
September 2018 was the third-wettest September in recorded history in Norway, from 1900 to present. 24 measuring stations set new records, with several three to four hundred percent above average. In total, the average for the month was 150% above average across Norway.
In October 2018, Weather.com said “Over 17 Inches of Snow Fell in North Dakota and It’s Only October”.

That’s why a USA Today article from February 2021 reads “Is global warming behind record cold, intense storms and tornadoes amid global warming: could there be a connection***?***” And it’s why the article goes on to say “The U.S. has endured a wild stretch of intense winter weather lately thanks to the polar vortex. Could climate change have caused this?”
Now, the fact that they’re pushing this claptrap forward in the face of record-low tornadoes and the definitive global cooling that I’m documenting in this exhaustive, highly-repetitive article really speaks to the brazenness of these perpetrators, and how close to the end of their long dark road that they really are.
