Globtrotting Gare the Gifter, having dropped thousands of TBs recently throughout Thailand (also visited Eddie-san in N Thailand), is now visiting Perth, Australia, and asked me if someone is responsible for the abundant rain and hail that’s been falling in that desert region. The grand, Round-Australia gifting effort last year, targetting coastal weather weaponry, might well be responsible and I hope he knows it’s raining there.
