This falls into the ‘just had to put it in for the record’ category. There’s a frisbee/disc golf course near where I live that I play often. I never got around to gifting the giant tower in the middle of it. So this past weekend, as we approached the tower, I chucked a TB into the leaves nearby.
Stepped twenty feet to the very next tee, gunned my drive RIGHT INTO THE BASKET, a hole in one. For those unfamiliar, we’re talking far, far away, through the woods, as far as you can throw the thing. I’ve been playing disc golf for almost twenty years, never an ace. Just getting a drive close is pretty rare for me.
The TB connection didn’t occur to me until I was driving home. Please know that I have no certitude, here, just bemused smirking wonderment.
