Cacique Cobra Coral Foundation

I found this weird Brazilian organization that says they can control weather guided by an Indian Spirit. I would consider it is utter bull$h!t if it wasn’t for the names involved, like Paulo Coelho, a well named Brazilian writer and composer who was one of its presidents. Paulo Coelho is a well known writer in Brazil and a great composer as well, he’s made a lot of lyrics for Raul Seixas, a rock idol in Brazil.

The FCCC is guided by Cacique Cobra Coral a spirit believed to have been Galileo Galilei and Abraham Lincoln in other incarnations.

It’s said it’s a non-profit organization, but they have contracts with government for events like “New Year’s Eve” in Rio de Janeiro when thousands of tourists come, or "Virada Cultural’ in Sao Paulo. The mediums would guarantee it won’t rain in their events, profits for those events are large. It is said the Sao Paulo mayor Kassab broke his contract with this organization so that’s why the floods are taking over. And this “organization” had advised the mayor of São Paulo of the big floods in São Paulo. If they were here for good, they would do what they have to do, they wouldn’t depend on government ‘contracts and agreements’ , especially if they’re earning nothing for their work…

I would consider this information as a load of cr@p, but I guess there’s a lot more involved considering secret esoteric societies and what they’re up for… And they’re spreading this information on late tv, newspapers, internet, etc.

It smells like s*it and it is. But some people are buying it. If I was a medium who could contact some spirit for weather change, I wouldn’t count on a government agreement to stop rains or floods, I’d just do what would be necessary to prevent disasters, and I’m sure the ‘good spirits,’ shamans or whatever would be able to help humanity, despite ‘government contracts or agreements’.

Any furhter research into this ‘organization’ is welcome.

Andrea

That’s interesting Andrea because there is a similar organization, TWM (traditional weather modification), in New Zealand.

http://twm.co.nz/index.html

They claim to use indigenous methods to manipulate the weather, which sounds like what the FCCC is up to. Personally I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss the idea as bullshit as indigenous cultures do have a history of weather related rituals. They are usually more ‘in tune’ with subtle energies too. However whether these organizations are legit or not I cannot say. I can’t find any link to the two sites although TWM does reference South American indigenous WM http://twm.co.nz/indigwm.html

No one’s herd of TWM here, so the media is certainly not looking to promote them and government departments tend to ignore them. This is probably in their favour as far as legitimacy goes I guess. I had some correspondence with their chief consultant John Porter initially in 2002 offering my encouragement. A couple of years later, after some people were killed in one of the floods they claimed to be responsible for, I wrote and asked if he thought destroying life and property, often in the poorer Maori communities, was justified. He wrote back telling me to read some articles going over the indigenous rights of the Maori and their grievances with the colonialists. As I already knew the reasons from that point of view, I didn’t take it any further. It’s obvious he feels justified from that point of view, I guess I just wanted to draw him into a moral debate, where I probably would have ended up agreeing but disagreeing…

I agree with you Andrea that if I could help people using these methods then I would rather than waiting for acknowledgment from a government department. It looks like TWM operates as a business so will only help once a contract to receive payment for work done is established. Which I can understand but again I would probably end up agreeing but disagreeing… They claim to have helped out in some cases without being solicited.

If it’s possible to ‘bust clouds’ using your ‘visual ray’ (http://educate-yourself.org/tj……may0.shtml), something I’ve done so many times that co-incidence seems unlikely, it might follow that humans are capable of influencing the weather by intent. Maybe by getting into groups and invoking the help of ‘spirits’, some large scale effects on the weather can be achieved.

[Image Can Not Be Found] Hi Luke,

I don’t dismiss the power of indigenous people to work with the elementals who can control weather. Rain Dance says it all. Indians are much more in tune with the elementals and Earth spirits than people who were grown in a Christian culture, including myself. What I found suspicious is the government agreement and having to have a well known ‘celebrity’ like Paulo Coelho as one of its Propaganda boys.

It’s Carnival season in Brazil this week. It’s very hot in Sao Paulo but there’s no rain in the afternoons as it was a few days before, floods killing lots of people who live in hills or swamp areas. Tickets to watch the Carnival Parade at Anhembi or Rio, Bahia or whatever cost a lot of money, and there’s lots of foreign tourists coming here for Carnival. About 60 elderly people died because of hot weather in the coast, the city of Santos, near the beach, according to official news. And Rede Globo (CIA operation in the 60’s military dictatorship in Brazil) and the most major TV stations are only making profits about making people happy in the carnival season sucking people with their images of naked butts and celebrities gossip. And
carnival parades!

Why isn’t it raining in Sao Paulo like it rained in January? Weather is still very hot, it should rain in the afternoon, if it was a ‘natural’ occurrence. For whatever reason it isn’t raining in Sao Paulo as it should. Carnival and some government agreement? Paulo Coelho is just a media puppet and propaganda boy, I’m not concerned about him, he’s just a boy who took his name writing ‘esoteric’ books and became world famous.

I’m talking about Sao Paulo because that’s the city I live in, but I see this weird pattern going on. This ‘indigenous culture’ takeover for the new agers sounds very suspicious to me, as it was with Oliver Shanti in the past.

I want to meet some real indian peope (native americans) in Brazil! Some real warriors!

I’m just so fed up with ‘new age’ stuff I don’t care about it. But I care about real ideas!

Andrea

First, forgive my bad English.
Andrea is right in the interaction between indigenous peoples and the elemental spirits.
I want to report a history of our ancestors . It has relation with silfos or elementary spirits:

In the world Mapuche, the Füta-chachai and Ñuke-Papai created all with its hands. They left each thing in their place and in each thing they left a Ngen. The Ngen was an attendant of God (elementary spirits):

Protectors of the mountain (ngen-winkul).
Water protectors (ngen-ko).
The native forest (ngen-mawida).
The stone protectors (ngen-kurra).
Protectors of the wind ((ngen-kürrëf).
Protectors of fire (ngen-kütral).
Protective spirit Lake or sea (ngen-lafkén).
Protective spirit of herbal (ngen-lawén).
Earth protectors (ngen-mapu)…

Then did the man and the woman. Füta-chachai and ñuke-papai put an ngen on every thing so that thing not die.
The NGen gives life to things forever. The Ngen is which dominates, predominates, governs and available; but also that cares, protects and safeguard.

Each ngen lives inside that element. Virgin nature in place of residence is a necessary condition for its existence.
The ngen are animated beings, active and comply with the mandates of God. Often interact with men only when they try to make use of the natural element in charge.

Mapuche man that accesses an ngen domain must engage an affectionate and respectful dialogue with him.
You must first request permission.should justify why you need that element. And must express its appreciation to the ngen. It is necessary to give him a small gift thus complying with the traditional principle of reciprocity.

I think and feel that influence among elementary and the indigenous world is genuine, cannot say the same of Paulo Coelho (Writer New Age).
