“COOL”, “COOLER”, “COOLEST”, “CHILLY” AND “MILD”
On October 11, 2021, NPR said “it will be unseasonably warm today in Pittsburgh, with highs around 80 degrees”.

On October 13, 2021, NPR said “it will be unseasonably warm today in Pittsburgh, with highs around 80 degrees”.
At 1:30 p.m. on October 13, 2021, the temperature in Pittsburgh, PA was 70 degrees. The high in Pittsburgh, PA on October 13, 2021 was 70 degrees. At that time, weather.com said that the high temperature in Pittsburgh would be 73 degrees at 4 p.m. At 4 p.m. on October 13, it was 72 degrees.
In July 2013, theconversation.com said “This summer hasn’t just felt hot. It’s been hot. In fact, the summer of 2012-13 is now the hottest on record.”
Well, if that’s true, that the summer of 2012-13 was the hottest on record, then why does an Iowa State University article from April 2013 say “Cool, rainy weather expected to further delay Iowa corn planting”.
And why does an article that I can no longer locate from Michigan from May 2013 say “It certainly was chilly this past weekend. Snow flakes were seen in many areas of Michigan”?
And why does an article that I can no longer locate from June 2013 say “Wet, mild summer expected for Toronto”?
And why does an article that I can no longer locate from August 2013 read “Cool and rainy weather this summer has kept smog from forming in metro Atlanta as it typically does on hot summer days”?
And why does an almanacnews.com article from August 2013 say “Unprecedented July Cold– Arctic Sees Shortest Summer On Record”?
And why does a forums.macresource.com article from August 2013 say “This rainy coolweather is getting crazy here in the SE”?
And why does a Pittsburgh City Paper article from August 2013 say “Cooler temps, plentiful rain meant bumper crop of wild mushrooms”.
And why does a wsfa.com article from August 2013 say “Alabama summer 2013 one of the coolest on record”.
It’s not true. The Conversation is a State propaganda organ, using conscious deception while maintaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty to bald-facedly lie that the coldest summer in history was, in fact, the hottest.
I have exposed the duplicity of theconversation.com by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.
Did you notice how Iowa State University, the Pittsburgh City Paper, the Mac Resource forum and the unknown stories say “coolest”, “cooler”, “cool”, “chilly” and “mild”? That’s because the international news blackout that is in place on this subject forbids the use of the word “cold”.
