Crime is dropping exponentially regardless of geography because moral and mental health vary directly with that of the ether

I see faces and traces of home back in New York City -
So you think I'm a tough kid? Is that what you heard?
Well I like to see some action and it gets into my blood.
The call me the trail blazer - Rael - electric razor
I'm the pitcher in the chain gang, we don't believe in pain
'Cause we're only as strong, yes we're only as strong,
As the weakest link in the chain.

From "Back in N.Y.C.", by Peter Gabriel, 1974

The other great passage from that song, the passage that made me include it:

You say I must be crazy, 'cos I don't care who I hit, who I hit
But I know it's me that's hitting out, and I'm, I'm not full of shit

CRIME IS DROPPING EXPONENTIALLY REGARDLESS OF GEOGRAPHY BECAUSE MORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH VARY DIRECTLY WITH THAT OF THE ETHER

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", in July of 2013.

These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on Wilhelm Reich's work. Since Don Croft first fabricated tactical Orgonite in 2000, its widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.

One of those changes is that crime is dropping exponentially, and it doing so regardless of geography. Moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.  Other positive changes that are occurring at this time include dropping gambling, increased citizen awareness and whistleblowing, and many others, all of which have their own chapters in this book.

There’s an international news blackout in place on this subject, as there is with all of the other subjects this book documents. The strategies, techniques and tactics of that blackout are described as I review the news accounts documenting the phenomenon, and it is my hope that reviewing successive examples of the same tactics down over time will awaken a subset of readers from their heavily-programmed impression of the subject.

Murders in New York dropped 87% from their all-time high in 1990 to their all-time low in 2018.

Violent crime in South Carolina decreased 42.2% from 1991 to 2016.

Homicides decreased 15% worldwide from 1992 to 2018.

Crime on Staten Island in New York decreased 65% from 1996 to 2016.

Shootings in Los Angeles dropped 90% from 2008 to 2019.

The number of inmates at Enfield prison in Connecticut decreased 63% from an all-time high in 2008 to an all time low in November, 2016.

Crime in Maine decreased 40% from 2009 to 2019.

Crime in the city of Poughkeepsie, New York dropped by 50% from 2009 to 2019.

Murders in cities in the U.S. with populations under 10,000 decreased by 25% in 2010.

Murders in the U.S. decreased 1.9% from 2010 to 2011, while rape, robbery and aggravated assault decreased by 4 percent.

Crime in Maryland dropped more than 50% from 2011 to 2018.

There were 29% fewer crimes committed in Sulphur Springs, Texas during the first six months of 2019 compared to the same time period in 2011. 15%, or roughly half of that drop occurred from 2011 to 2012.

That’s a key data point documenting the real commencement of the great positive changes in 2011 and 2012.

Murder in the U.K. dropped 10% in 2012 to the lowest level since 1978.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. That’s why a Guardian article from July 2013 is headlined “Fall in UK crime rate baffles experts”.

They used “fall” because it’s general. You can’t get any idea of the scope of the drop. It’s an example of the use of a propaganda technique called “compartmentalization”. The author knows that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines.

“Fall” was also used because it’s softer than “drop” or “decrease”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

They don’t go on to offer any suggestion as to why crime is dropping exponentially in the U.K., and also don’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend. That’s because they’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

The number of foreign citizens deported from Canada for security, crime, organized crime and international human rights abuses dropped by a third from 2014 to 2017.

Crime in England and Wales decreased 11% to a new record low from 2014 to 2015.

In September 2015, the U.K.’s Salford Viewpoint used full-on doublespeak to say “Crime is Down, But Are We Safer?

They’ve used the false guise of familiarity to omit any mention of geography, so the subject is virtually unsearchable. The word “down” is a hedging generality, put forward to blunt insight into the quantum decrease being seen not only in the U.K., but everywhere else.

They don’t go on to offer any suggestion as to why crime is dropping exponentially in the U.K., and also don’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend. That’s because they’re a State propaganda outlet desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

The homicide rate in the U.S. was at a 51-year low in 2016. In 2017, U.S. President Donald Trump said that the U.S. Murder Rate was “at the highest level in 45 years”.

Trump is using the “Big Lie” so beloved by Hitler and Goebbels. He’s using conscious deception with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

The crime rate in the Philippines decreased 49% from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, the crime rate in the U.K. dropped to its lowest level since 1981.

Crime in Glastonbury in the U.K. was at a record low in 2016.

In 2017, directly in the face of the lowest crime levels on record in the U.K., the BBC widened its eyes to simulate honesty and guilefully asked “Reality Check: Is crime up or down?

They go on to blow a lot of smoke about the subject, but certainly don’t make any mention of the fact that only-possibly-dropping crime is being seen in all the nations at once.

They’re a State propaganda outlet, using conscious deception with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environement.

The murder rate in the U.S. dropped to a 33-year low in the U.S. in 2017.

Crime in Germany dropped 10% in 2017.

Crime on Staten Island in New York decreased 11.6% from 2016 to 2017.

Economic damage from Organized crime in Germany dropped 450% from 2016 to 2017.

The number of inmates at the Connecticut’s Enfield prison decreased 6% from 2016 to 2017.

The violent crime rate in the United States dropped 10% from 2017 to 2019.

There were 43% fewer homicides in Chicago in the first six months of 2019 compared to the first six months of 2017.

There was a 21% drop in murders and shootings in Chicago from January to May 2018, compared to the first five months of 2017.

In June 2017, Vermont’s Burlington Free Press said “Despite stabbing, Church Street sees drop in crime stats”.

The author kicks the headline of the hit-piece off with “despite stabbing”, then goes on to say that Church street only SAW an unspecified DROP in crime STATS.

The author threw “stats” on the end to give your subconscious the green light to say “oh, you can make statistics say ANYTHING. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

The honest headline would read “Crime in Burlington, Vermont Drops X% from 2016 to 2017”.

We’re not allowed to know that number, though, as the author of the hit-piece would only say that “the number of violent crimes and property crimes are the lowest point since 1985”. Can you see how “at the lowest point” is still general. They’re doing anything and everything they can to defray awareness of the larger trend I’m documenting here. “Buried” at the very end of the article we find “The Burlington Police Department data also shows a 19 percent decrease in calls from in 2016 from the previous year.”

Data SHOWS once again let’s the subconscious off the hook with “the police must have faked the data”.

The author says the see-the-needle-moving, historically-unprecedented decrease in crime is due to “the police's foot patrols and the Street Outreach team, the on-the-ground group of social workers who engage with Burlington's homeless, mentally ill and addicted population”.

Who all somehow became 20% more effective, year-over-year from 2015 to 2016.

The Burlington Free Press doesn’t make any mention of the fact exponentially-dropping crime is being seen in all the nations at once.

They’re a State propaganda outlet, using conscious deception with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the ether. There was a 15.9% decrease in “serious and alarming” crimes in Dubai in November 2017, year-over-year.

Crime in the Philippines dropped 8.44% from January to October 2017. In September 2017 Reuters said that crime victimization in the Philippines had dropped to a new record low, “but fears remain”.

In October 2017, the Philippines ABS CBN News narrowed its eyes and questioned “Less crimes? PNP claims drop in nationwide crime volume.”

Can you see how they’ve used the general “less” crimes to blunt any specific magnitude of the great positive change? Then they go on to question if that only-generally-specified decrease is in fact taking place.

They’ve taken an historically-unprecedented, near-10% decrease in crime in the Philippines and pretended that the folks in charge made it up.

That’s because the first rule of politics is “deny, deny, deny.”

The article continues: “In a statement, the PNP said the TCV was down by 7.18 percent, with only 28,235 crimes from January to August 2017, according to data from the PNP’s Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM) Crime Research and Analysis Center (CRAC). For index crime volume, or crimes such as carnapping, cattle rustling, murder, homicide, physical injury, homicide, theft, robbery, and rape, there was a significant drop of 21.3 percent, with only 20,675 crimes nationwide from January to August 2017.”

In their desperate bid to hedge and defray, the author has broken a basic journalistic rule, in which larger percentages are listed ahead of smaller ones.

The article continues: “In the National Capital Region, index crime data went down to 12,631 crimes from 15,027 recorded on the same period of 2016. DIDM said non-index crimes was reduced by 7,560 or 2.25 percent compared to the 296,444 non-index crimes of the same quarters last year.”

Most readers wouldn’t notice that the author refused to print that there was a 19% decrease in Capital Region index crime, and then highlighted the 2.25 percent decrease in Capital Region non-index crime. By the way, that’s proof that there is, in fact, a Great Big Conspiracy.

It’s minutae from the international news blackout that is in place on this subject.

Remember, a national news organization in the Philippines questioned with a straight face if a twenty-plus percent decrease in crime there was, in fact taking place at all. They’re a State propaganda outlet, using conscious deception with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

They don’t go on to offer any suggestion as to why crime is dropping exponentially in the Philippines, and also don’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend. That’s because they’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Hate crimes in Finland decreased 14% in November 2017.

Brazil's murder rate dropped by 13%  between 2017 and 2018.

In July 2017, Malaysia’s New Straights Times said “Crime index may have dropped, but Malaysians still feel unsafe”.

Where “crime INDEX may have dropped” is used to hedge against “crime may have dropped”. Where “crime MAY HAVE dropped” is used to hedge against “crime has dropped”.

They don’t go on to offer any suggestion as to why crime is dropping exponentially in Malaysia, and also don’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend. The author from the New Straights Times is desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In October 2017, Erie News Now said “FBI Stats Show Big Drop in Violent Crime in Erie”.

Where the author led the headline with “stats SHOW” to give your subconscious the green light to say “oh, you can make statistics show ANYTHING”. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

They said “BIG drop” because “big” is a general hedge, put forward to defray against your getting a more specific idea of the scope of the great positive change that the article is documenting. That’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”, which is particularly effective in that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines.

“Big” is also a hedge against the actual “HUGE drop in crime” the article describes. The author hedged yet again by saying that the drop was only in VIOLENT crime, versus what is, in fact a “big drop in crime in Erie”.

The article reads: “The most recent FBI crime statistics show violent crime is up 4% across the country. But the city of Erie is bucking that trend. Violent crimes including murder, rape and robbery are down 18%, from 2015 to 2016. Property crimes in the city are also down about 9%. Erie Police Chief Don Dacus credits good police work, more community policing initiatives, and several other community initiatives for the significant decreases.”

Where a shocking, staggering one-year drop in violent crime of nearly 20% is described only as a “significant” decrease, and that is only-generally attributed to “good” police work, “more” policing “initiatives”, “several” initiatives” and community “initiatives” are all, wait for it, general.

It’s a basket full of only-general plausible deniability excuses, put forward at the local level to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m documenting here.

To maintain current programming levels, you’re going to need to affirm that the efficacy of undescribed police “work” and “initiatives” in Erie, PA increased by 20% for some undefined reason from 2015 to 2016, and then ignore the fact that the crime rate in the Philippines decreased 49% from 2015 to 2016.

Erie Police Chief Don Dacus is toeing the party line and desperately trying to do his part to keep you from realizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In October 2017, the U.K.’s Telegraph said “Police arrested half as many people as they did a decade ago despite rise in crime.”

Where it is brazenly suggested that it is “increased police laziness and immorality” that has led to an only-illusory halving of crime in just ten years. Say what you will about them, there’s no quit in these literally-blood-drinking generational Satanists.

They’ve used the insane “increased police laziness and immorality” as a local plausible-deniability excuse. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

The author used “despite RISE in crime” because rise is only-general, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the Atonist Black Sun cult that’s ruled things in all the nations, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

The Telegraph doesn’t mention the wider increase in police laziness and immorality that was apparently taking place in all the nations at the time of the article’s publication, and which continues to increase to this day.

I’m kidding. They’re an engine of the Controlled press, fighting a desperate rearguard action to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Violent crime in Charlotte, North Carolina dropped .5% in November 2017, year-over-year.

In November 2017, Eyewitness News 3 said “State to close Enfield prison amid decline in crime rate.”

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline replaces “Connecticut” with the general “state” to make the subject far less searchable. That’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”. “Decline” in crime rate is also general, put forward to blunt specific insight into the magnitude of the positive trend I’m documenting here. “Decline” was also used because it’s softer than “drop” or “decrease”, and because it echoes the word “recline”.

The article reads “As crime in Connecticut has dropped to its lowest level in two generations, new prison admissions have declined 38 percent over the last ten years, and the prison population has reached its lowest level in 23 years.”

Where “decline” was once again used because it’s softer than “drop” or “decrease”, and because it echoes the word “recline”.

New prison admissions dropped nearly 40% in Connecticut from 2007 to 2017.

Eyewitness News 3 doesn’t go on to offer any suggestion as to why crime is dropping exponentially in Connecticut, and also don’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend.  They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In December 2017, dayton.ohio.gov said “Dayton has experienced double-digit drops in all major crime categories in 2017”.

Where “double-digit” drops is general, put forward to blunt specific awareness into the magnitude of the positive trend I’m documenting here.

The subhead reads “Dayton has experienced double-digit drops in all major crime categories in 2017, with some of the largest reductions of the decade”.

Where “some of” the largest reductions of the “decade” is a bald-faced lie, put forward to convince you that you are not witnessing the largest crime reductions in history.

In journalistic parlance, the Ohio Feds have “buried” the statistics in the article below, well-knowing that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines. It’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

“The following are the year-to-date declines in the four major crime categories:

•Part 1 Violent (murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault)--down 15 percent;

•Part 1 Property (arson, residential burglary, theft)--down 18 percent;

•Part 2 Violent (kidnapping, simple assault, menacing)--down 11 percent;

•Part 2 Property (forgery, vandalism, bribery)--down 28 percent.”

In violation of strict journalistic rules, the propagandist has put the largest decrease to the last, to minimize and defray.

They’re doing what they can within the international news blackout that is in place on this subject.

The government of the State of Ohio offers no suggestion as to what drove an historically-unprecedented drop in crime there in 2017, nor do they mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend.

They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In December 2017, nbnnews.com.au Australia used precisely the same tactic seen in Malaysia just above by screaming in block capitals “RESIDENTS URGED TO REMAIN VIGILANT DESPITE DROP IN CRIME”.

They don’t go on to offer any suggestion as to why crime is dropping exponentially in Australia, and also don’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend. NBN News is desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In December 2017, silive.com said “NYPD reports crime drop on Staten Island in 2017: 8 things you should know”.

The author kicked off the headline with “reports” crime drop to give the subconscious of the reader the green light to say “oh, the NYPD must have reported that incorrectly!” The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

And where crime “drop” is general, put forward to blunt specific awareness into the magnitude of the positive trend I’m documenting here.

The article reads “The NYPD deserves a hearty round of applause. Crimes on Staten Island in the seven major offenses have decreased 11.6 percent, to 2,619 as of Dec. 10 from 2,962 in 2016. Over the past two decades, those crimes have declined over 65 percent from the 7,527 incidents in 1996 in our borough.”

The local plausible-deniability excuse is put forward that ever greater assiduousness and effectiveness of the NYPD has led to the exponential decrease. The 8 things you should know spoken of in the headline don’t include that similar huge decreases in crime are taking place regardless of national boundary.

“Declined” was used because it’s softer than “dropped” or “decreased”, and because it echoes the word “reclined”.

In December 2017, NBC26.com Wisconsin said “Green Bay police tout drop in crime”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits the name of the state, to make the subject drastically less searchable. Police there are said to be “touting” an only-generally-described DROP in crime because “tout” means “attempt to sell (something), typically by pestering people in an aggressive or bold manner”.

The article continues: “Overall crime is projected to drop 8-percent compared to a year ago. Officers are pointing to a few crimes as indicators of a successful year. Police say there hasn't been a single reported homicide in 2017. That would be the first year without a homicide since 1981. Police say that decrease means fewer victims in the city.”

No, the decrease in homicides to zero does not mean fewer victims, it means no victims. “Fewer” is bizarre, tireless hedging.

NBC26 offers no suggestion as to what drove an historically-unprecedented drop in crime in Wisconsin of nearly 10% in 2017, nor do they mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend.

They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Murders in New York in February 2019 dropped 50% compared to February 2018.

Crime dropped to an all time low in the U.S. in 2018.

Homicides dropped 25% in San Francisco, California in 2018.

Homicides in Salinas, California dropped 89% from 2018 to 2019.

Major crime in Annapolis, Maryland dropped 33 percent during the first three months of 2018.

June 2018 was the 15th consecutive month of dropping gun violence in Chicago.

Homicides in Brazil decreased 25% in the first two months of 2019.
