Decreasing Violence and Crime, from Positive Changes That Are Occurring, by Jeff Miller, January 2021

VIOLENCE AND CRIME ARE DECREASING AS THE HEALTH OF THE ETHER IS INCREASING

“Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes, but when you look back, everything is different.”

From “Prince Caspian”, by C.S. Lewis, 1951

“What you see and what you hear depends a great deal on where you are standing. It also depends on what sort of person you are.”

C.S. Lewis, from “The Magician’s Nephew“, 1955

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled “Positive Changes That Are Occurring”, in July of 2013.

These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on Wilhelm Reich’s work. Since Don Croft first fabricated tactical Orgonite in 2000, its widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.

One of those changes is that crime is decreasing exponentially, regardless of culture or geography. That’s because moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

There’s an international news blackout in place on this subject, as there is with all of the others that this book documents. The strategies, techniques and tactics of that news blackout are described as I review the news accounts documenting the phenomenon, and it is my hope that reviewing successive examples of the same tactics down over time will awaken a subset of readers from their heavily-programmed impression of the subject.

Moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment. But don’t take my word for it. Let’s take a look at the Bronx River in New York in 1978:

(South Bronx River, New York, 1978)

Now let’s take a look at the Bronx River in New York in 2018:

VIOLENCE AND CRIME ARE DECREASING AS THE HEALTH OF THE ETHER IS INCREASING - THE DATA

Before there were organized countries, battles killed on average more than 500 out of every 100,000 people. In 19th century France, it was 70. That’s an 86% decrease.

In the 20th Century, with two world wars and a few genocides, battles killed on average 60 out of every 100,000 people. Now battlefield deaths are down to three-tenths of a person per 100,000.

Lynchings, which used to occur at a rate of 150 a year, have disappeared.

From 1942 to 2008, the rate of genocide deaths per world population decreased 1,400 times.

From the 1950’s to the 21st Century, the average annual battle death toll decreased by approximately 8,900%, from 10,000 per conflict to less than 1,000.

Moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment. The world was rapidly transforming for the better from 1990 to 1995, which is why the folks in charge erected the literal forest of what we naively call “communications infrastructure” virtually overnight in every city, town and village on Earth in the late 1990’s.

Don Croft invented simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices in 2000, basing them upon previous work by Wilhelm Reich and Karl Hans Welz. I started distributing Orgonite in 2003. The article continues: “Police say there hasn’t been a single reported homicide in 2017. That would be the first year without a homicide since 1981. Police say that decrease means fewer victims in the city.”

Zero homicides is no victims in the city, not fewer victims in the city.

I’ve included his photograph so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of moderate influence looks like.

Now we’ll review several LinkedIn profile pictures of rank-and-file generational Satanists, all using the same purportedly-secret Illuminist “gesture of recognition” that Mayor Gulley is in the photo immediately above:

As may be inferred, generational Satanists all genetically related to one another by bloodline. It’s how the few have controlled the many, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. That’s why an article from the U.K. from June 2018 says “A 12-year-old girl has traced all US Presidents back to just one British King in one of the greatest discoveries in genealogical history.”

Following is an historic depiction of the purportedly-secret “gestures of recognition” used by Freemasons:

The New York Times attributed the huge decrease in the murder rate in the United States in 2017 to “employment of smarter technologies”, “expanded community intervention programs” and “colder weather”. As an aside, re: “colder weather”, I would note that, at this writing, 2017 is asserted to be the third-hottest year in all history.

From 2017 to 2018, homicides in Oakland, California decreased by 4.2%, and non-fatal shootings there also decreased from 2017 to 2018. Well, if that’s true, then why does a Mercury News article from January 2019 say “Oakland Had Fewest Murders In 20 Years, But Shootings Were Up in 2018”?

It is true. The author from the Mercury News is using conscious deception while retaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. They’ve written what is known in the propaganda trade as a “hit piece”. It’s an endorphin-squirting headline written to create the opposite impression as to what is actually going on. I have exposed their duplicity by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.

From 2017 to 2018, the respective 4.3% and 4.2% decreases in the homicide rate in Camden, New Jersey and Oakland, California were statistically identical.

The author continues: “Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been traveling this week to push an effort to crack down on crime. Meanwhile, a new report says data undercut claims that the U.S. is experiencing a crime wave.”

Jeff Sessions is claiming his own actions are going to drive down crime in the United States which has already decreased exponentially.

In 2018, the increase in the water clarity of Minnesota’s Lake Winnibigoshish was said to be “rapid and astounding - more than doubling, from 6-7 feet to 14 feet and more now.” The clarity increase in Storm Lake was attributed to “zebra mussels”.

The plausible-deniability excuses don’t have to be logical, or sane, or reasonable. The propagandist puts them forward because they know that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

In June 2018, New York City just missed matching its lowest crime report ever for that month by 28 incidents.

In comment, ex-NYPD detective sergeant Joseph Giacalone, who teaches investigative tactics at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, said “ ‘It looks like we are bouncing off the bottom.”

Describing the lowest crime rate in history as “the bottom” is an example of the Big Lie so favored by Hitler, Goebbels, and small-town Mayors the world over.

The professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice has put it forward because he knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of responsibility.
