"Dropping Crime in the United States" and "Smoking is Dropping Regardless of Culture or Geography", from "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", by Jeff Miller

These are drafts, master compilations, that will eventually be used to write more concise master articles, or even books.

It's an attempt to get all the statistics available on the subject and all the available news accounts on a subject, with editorial commentary of my own upon the statistics, and the news accounts.

Usually, the public would never see this phase of a book or article's development. I'm publishing them as I go because they already prove my basic point, and serve my basic purpose is as a pamphleteer.

But I look forward to getting back to writing individual articles that are more "arty", and fun, and creative.

Thanks for your patience, and for participating in the process.

DROPPING CRIME IN THE UNITED STATES

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", in July of 2013.

These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on Wilhelm Reich's work.

Since Don Croft first fabricated tactical Orgonite in 2000, its widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.

One of the positive changes is that crime is dropping regardless of geography. This article features dropping crime in the United States.

Rape in the U.S. decreased 80% from 1973 to 2010.

The U.S. rate of husbands being killed by their wives decreased 83% 1976 to 2011. Wives killed by their husbands decreased 43% over the same time period.

The number of deadliest wars – those that kill at least 1,000 people a year – decreased 78% from 1988 to 2011.

Murders in New York dropped 87% from their all-time high in 1990 to their all-time low in 2018.

Violent crime in South Carolina decreased 42.2% from 1991 to 2016

The number of inmates at Enfield prison in Connecticut decreased 63% from an all-time high in 2008 to November, 2016.

Shootings in Los Angeles dropped 90% from 2008 to 2019.

Crime in Maine decreased 40% from 2009 to 2019.

Crime in the city of Poughkeepsie, New York dropped by 50% from 2009 to 2019.

Murders in cities in the U.S. with populations under 10,000 decreased by 25% in 2010.

Crime in Maryland dropped more than 50% from 2011 to 2018.

There were 29% fewer crimes committed in Sulphur Springs, Texas in the first six months of 2019 compared to the same time period in 2011. 15%, or roughly half of that drop occurred from 2011 to 2012.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything.

That’s why a New York Time story from May, 2011 is headlined “Steady Decline in Major Crime ‘Baffles’ Experts”.

The article continues: “The number of violent crimes in the United States dropped ‘significantly’ last year, to what ‘appeared to be’ the lowest rate in ‘nearly’ 40 years, a development that was considered puzzling partly because it ran counter to the prevailing expectation that crime would increase during a recession.

Where “violent crimes dropped ‘significantly’ is general. They used it as a hedge against a far more impactful statistic. This tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The number of violent crimes is the lowest in history, which the author describes as “the lowest in 40 years”, which is hedged back again to “nearly” 40 years. And then takes it all away with the statement that it only “appeared to be” the lowest.

Murders in the U.S. decreased 1.9% from 2010 to 2011, while rape, robbery and aggravated assault decreased by 4 percent.

In June 2012, themarshallproject said “FBI: Violent crime rates in the US ‘drop’, ‘approach’ historic lows”.

They were ‘at’ historic lows, but the author hedge by saying they only ‘approach’ historic lows. They said rates ‘drop’ as a general hedge, to avoid providing a far more impactful percentage that would give you a clearer picture of the subject we’re discussing here.

The murder rate in the United State decreased 1.9% from 2010 to 2012.

Although the findings, released in the FBI’s Preliminary Annual Uniform Crime Report, represent a “seemingly small”decline’ in crime overall, they aren’t just a blip. Rather, criminologists say, the ‘decline’ is part of larger downward trend and the result of “a series of changes” that have contributed to a more peaceful society.

They used “decline” because it’s general, and because it’s softer than “drop”, or “decrease”, and because makes you think of “recline”, and because “declines” are shallow.

That decline is said to be “small”, which is also general. That small decline is then hedged back to one that is only “seemingly” small.

The “series of changes” that is purportedly making the world more peaceful is, once again, general. It’s a plausible-deniability excuse, put forward at the local level to keep your eyes off the larger trend I’m elucidating here. Unspecified changes on behalf of law enforcement in the U.S. are purported to be lowering crime there, while crime is dropping regardless of culture or national boundary.

The author of the article is desperately trying to keep you from realizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the Ether.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those variants is “fascinating“.

That’s why Gary LaFree, a criminology professor at the University of Maryland”, said “This is actually a “pretty” significant drop, which is “fascinating” because we’d normally expect crime to go up when we’re in an economic downturn.”

Neither Gary nor cnbc’s author of the article mentions any of the generally-mentioned “series of changes” that have “contributed to” a “more” peaceful society.

The largest two year drop in crime in history, to the lowest level of crime in history, is called “seemingly small”. It’s the Big Lie, put forward by a Trusted Authority Figure with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. It’s how the few have controlled the many, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. As a bonus, they inserted the softer “decline” in place of “decrease”.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything.

That’s why an January 2013 article from the U.K.s Guardian said “ ‘Fall’ in UK crime rate ‘baffles’ experts”. They’ve used “fall” because it’s softer than “decrease”, and also because it’s a thinly-veiled reference to their fallen Lord Lucifer.

One of the many “mystery, baffled, puzzled” variants is “surprised”.

That’s why the article goes on to say: “The ‘surprise’ 8% fall in crime last year, revealed by government statisticians on Thursday, is sending the academic experts scurrying to rewrite their basic 'Criminology 101' lecture and the theory that recession leads to rising crime, particularly property crime. The official statisticians say the latest crime figures for England and Wales, which include a 10% drop in the murder rate to 549 homicides, the lowest level since 1978, herald ‘a resumption in the long-term decline’ that has been going on for nearly 20 years.”

It is a strict rule in journalism that you list the largest statistic first, and then proceed in descending order. Here, the author has deliberately hedged by “burying” the 10% drop in murders below the 8% ““fall” in crime, which, as a bonus, they falsely professed to be “surprised” about.

They lie again, in the same sentence, with ‘a resumption in the long-term decline.’ The long-term “decline” has never stopped or ceased, and has increased in speed and magnitude, to this writing. The author is putting forward another Big Lie and hoping you’ll gobble it right down as the truth. You probably will, because they widened their eyes and used conscious deception with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

They used “decline” because it’s softer than “drop”, or “decrease”, and makes you think of “recline”, and because “declines” are shallow.

The homicide rate in the U.S. was at a 51-year low in 2016.

The number of inmates at the Connecticut’s Enfield prison decreased 6% from 2016 to 2017.

In September 2017, reason.com said “ ‘The’ Crime Wave That Wasn't Happening, Still Isn't Happening”.

They started the headline with “Crime Wave”, which is a trigger meme for your subconscious.

The author is talking about the United States, but has omitted that fact under the cunning, false guise of familiarity. It makes the subject far less searchable.

“Overall crime ‘looks’ like it ‘may’ drop 1.8 percent. Violent crime is projected to fall .6 percent. ‘Individual city numbers vary, though’.”

There’s always a negative hedge thrown on the end, to keep you in fighting trim to reject each and every wholesome item that comes your way.

In 2017, U.S. President Donald Trump said that the U.S. Murder Rate was “at the highest level in 45 years”. At the precise moment that the murder rate was at the lowest in 45 years”. Actually, that’s not true, either, in that it was the lowest in history.

Foul Mouthpiece of the moment Trump is using the Big Lie, delivered with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. Inconceivably, it’s worked for them, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

Church Street in Burlington, Vermont saw a “drop” in crime in May 2017, “despite stabbing”.

An article from October 2017 said Erie, PA had experience a “big” drop in violent crime, but that “FBI Stats Show violent crime is up 4% across the country.”

The murder rate in the U.S. dropped to a 33-year low in the U.S. in 2017.

Violent crime in Charlotte, North Carolina dropped .5% in November 2017, year-over-year.

In November 2017, wsfb said “State to close Enfield prison amid ‘decline’ in crime rate”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits the name of the state, to make the subject drastically less searchable. They “decline” as a general hedge against a far more impactful statistic, which, in journalistic parlance they have “buried” in the copy below.

Propagandists know that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, so this tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

They also used “decline” because it’s softer than “drop”, or “decrease”, and makes you think of “recline”, and because “declines” are shallow.

Crime in Green Bay, Wisconsin decreased 8% from 2016 to 2017.

Homicides in Chicago, Illinois decreased 14% from 2016 to 2017, “Chicago police concede there's more to do”.

2016 was the first year without a homicide in Green Bay, Wisconsin since 1981.

The violent crime rate in the United States dropped 10% from 2017 to 2019.

There were 43% fewer homicides in Chicago in the first six months of 2019 compared to the first six months of 2017.

In September 2017, Connecticut’s Hartford Courant said “Crime ‘Drop’ Shows ‘Reforms’ Are Working”.

Where “reforms” is completely general. What reforms, specifically? It’s a plausible-deniability excuse, put forward at the local level in Hartford, Connecticut to give the false impression that it’s Establishment efforts in that specific town that are causing crime to drop, versus the truth, that it’s a trend that’s taking place regardless of geography, or, for that matter, culture.

They’re desperate to stop you from realizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the Ether.

The crime “drop” referred to by the Courant is also completely general. A huge, sudden and recent decrease in crime is described as neutrally and unhelpfully as possible.

In December 2017, Ohio’s Dayton Daily News said “Dayton has ‘experienced’ ‘double-digit’ drops in all major crime categories in 2017”. Where “experienced” bizarrely hedges back a half-step, and “double-digit” is a general hedge against the far more impactful statistics which the author has, in journalistic parlance, “buried” below.

The propagandist author knows that sixty to seventy percent of people only read headlines, and this sort of “compartmentalization” is thus profoundly significant in its ability to make sure that a spectacularly ignorant populace remains so.

The article continues: “Dayton has experienced ‘double-digit’ drops in all major crime categories in 2017, with “some of” the largest reductions of the ‘decade’.”

Where the author has repeated the general “double-digit”, and changed “the largest decreases in history” as “some of” the largest “reductions” of the “decade”. They specifically used the word “reductions” to make it seem like a conscious plan. You know, like “weight reduction”.

The crime drops they’re describing are the largest in history. The author has lied brazenly and bald-fadedly by claiming they’re only “some of” the largest reductions “of the decade”.

The article continues:

“The following are the year-to-date ‘declines’ in the four major crime categories:

•Part 1 Violent (murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault)--down 15 percent;

•Part 1 Property (arson, residential burglary, theft)--down 18 percent;

•Part 2 Violent (kidnapping, simple assault, menacing)--down 11 percent;

•Part 2 Property (forgery, vandalism, bribery)--down 28 percent.

The 2017 crime drop is the largest since 2011, when there were also double-digit (though smaller) ‘declines’ in most crime categories.”

They moved to the ubiquitous hedge “decline” because it’s softer than “drop”, or “decrease”, and makes you think of “recline”, and because “declines” are shallow. It’s a general hedge against the far more impactful statistic.

The propagandist author knows that sixty to seventy percent of people only read headlines, and this sort of “compartmentalization” is thus profoundly significant in its ability to make sure that a spectacularly ignorant populace remains so.

In December 2017, Ohio’s Dayton Daily News said “Dayton crime ‘drops’, ‘but homicide rate too high for chief’ “

It’s a bold, brazen Satanic inversion, where the lowest crime rate ever seen by anyone alive is described as “too high”. The headline says “Dayton crime ‘drops’ “.

“Dayton’s overall violent crime rate this year ‘declined’ the most in a decade, but homicides still ‘remain high’, the city’s police chief said.

It’s bizarre, and obscene, because violent crime cannot both drop and “remain high”. The queasy “declined” is used as a hedge against the stronger “drop” or “decreased”, and because it reminds the reader of “reclined”, and because declines are smooth, and shallow, as opposed to the precipitous drop in crime we’re discussing here.

“It’s very good news, ‘generally speaking’, in terms of increases in public safety,” Chief Richard Biehl said of the overall crime rate drop from 2016 to 2017. “It’s just that the homicide (number) is in opposition to that.”

Chief Biehl couldn’t come out and say “It’s very good news.” He had to throw a hedge in there, “generally speaking”.

The article continues: “Biehl’s office reports that the city had recorded 31 homicides with a few weeks left in 2017. That pace could give Dayton 33 at year’s end. Biehl said two of the 31 may be ruled justifiable and, therefore, not criminal. The death toll was worse in 2016, when Dayton had 39 criminal homicides. That is not counting seven ruled justifiable, including the police-involved fatal shooting of Kisha Arrone. Dayton had 27 criminal homicides in each of 2012, 2013 and 2014 and 30 in 2015.”

The author provided the numbers, but hedged by omitting the far more impactful percentage increases between them. So, I had to do the math. Homicides in Dayton, Ohio decreased 28% from 2016 to 2017. Homicides in Dayton Ohio dropped by almost a third in 2017. “But homicide rate too high for chief.”

That’s because the propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

Regardless of the statistics, the subconscious believes what it wants, and “homicide rate too high” gives it the green light to do so. It’s how the few have controlled the many, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

In December 2017, the New York Times said “Crime in New York City ‘Plunges’ to a Level Not Seen Since the 1950s”.

Where “plunges” is highly negative. It’s something a collapsing stock market does, or a that a broker does from a Wall Street window after his stock portfolio is wiped out.

The article continues: “We don't know when we've exhausted the possibilities of urban crime ‘decline’, and we won't know unless and until ‘New York scrapes bottom”.

Where the literally blood-drinking generational Satanist Death-worshipper writing the article describes the most peaceful year in history as “scraping bottom”.

And where the word “decline” softens and hedges against the stronger “decrease”, and also reminds the reader of the word “recline”.

In December 2017, CityLab said “Violent Crime ‘Appears’ to be ‘Falling’ Again in 2017”.

The author used “falling” because it hedges against the stronger “dropping” or “decreasing”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

“Appears” to be falling allows the subconscious to swallow that it only “seems that way”.

In December 2017, silive.com said “NYPD ‘reports’ crime ‘drop’ on Staten Island in 2017: ‘8 things you should know’ ”.

One of the eight things you should know does not include “this phenomenon is underway in every nation, regardless of geography or culture.” They’ll pepper you with mean-spirited Western rationalist explanations for the great societal change, hoping that your subconscious grasps one or several of them to get out of the social responsibility of admitting that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the Ether.

The headline hedges with the terse, general “crime ‘drop’ ”, to shield against the much-stronger “crime drops 12% on Staten Island in 2017.” In journalistic parlance, they’ve “buried” the statistic in the body of the article.

The propagandist author knows that sixty to seventy percent of people only read headlines, and this sort of “compartmentalization” is thus profoundly significant in its ability to make sure that a spectacularly ignorant populace remains so.

The author started the headline with “NYPD ‘reports’ “ to give the subconscious of the reader license to say “oh, that’s just one report”, or “that was reported incorrectly”.

The article continues: “ ‘The NYPD deserves a hearty round of applause’. Crimes on Staten Island in the seven major offenses have decreased 11.6 percent, to 2,619 as of Dec. 10 from 2,962 in 2016. Over the past two decades, those crimes have ‘declined’ over 65 percent from the 7,527 incidents in 1996 in our borough.”

Where word “decline” softens and hedges against the stronger “decrease”, and also reminds the reader of the word “recline”. They’ve said that the police who singlehandedly transformed society deserve a polite round of applause prior to our move to commercial.

The crime drop is occurring in every nation, regardless of geography or culture. The police having nothing to do with it, zero. The Orgonite-driven return to health of the Etheric environment has everything to do with it. Because moral and mental health improve or degrade with that of the Etheric environment.

Crime on Staten Island dropped 65% in 20 years, and 11% in just the most recent year, which shows that the drop is increasing in speed and magnitude.

In December 2017, NPR kept ahead of the non-informed reader with the half-truth “2017 U.S. Crime Rates ‘Expected To’ Show Drop-Off”. That way you’ll give NPR credit for prescience when you finally notice it happening. The author used the general “drop-off” in the headline a far more impactful statistic.

The propagandist author knows that sixty to seventy percent of people only read headlines, and this sort of “compartmentalization” is thus profoundly significant in its ability to make sure that a spectacularly ignorant populace remains so.

The article continues: “Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been traveling this week to ‘push’ an ‘effort’ to ‘crack down on crime’. Meanwhile, a new report says data ‘undercut claims that the U.S. is experiencing a crime wave’.

The last thing the subconscious reads is “the U.S. is experiencing a crime wave”. The thought form has been created, verbatim. But even for those who are trying to be discerning, it’s a confidence game. “Bad cops” on the Fed team say “U.S. is experiencing a crime wave”, and NPR publishes it. “Good cops”, like Sessions in this case, say “pushing with effort to crack down on crime”, and NPR publishes it.

The reader is too dim to know that crime is at historic lows regardless of geography, and that local police efforts or even national governmental efforts simply have nothing to do with it.

Homicides dropped 25% in San Francisco, California in 2018.

Homicides in Salinas, California dropped 89% from 2018 to 2019.

In January 2018, the St. Louis Tribune asked “ Think’ ‘crime is on the rise’ ‘?’ “ In Salt Lake City, it's been ‘dropping’, serious crime especially”.

The guileful author pretends to be presenting good news, but what they’ve really done is make the first thing you read “crime on the rise”. They said “rise” because they love using a positive word in connection to crime, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the Atonist Black-Sun cult that’s run things in all the nations, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

“Dropping” crime is general. They’ve put forward a general hedge, “dropping”, in place of a far more impactful statistic that would give a more specific and accurate view of the trend I’m documenting here.

In January 2018, Fox News said “ ‘Violence-scarred’ Chicago ‘saw’ crime ‘drop’ as ‘high-tech program’ rolled out”

Where “high-tech program” is a general plausible-deniability excuse, put forward at the local level to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m documenting here. The also-general “drop” is used to blunt the reader’s awareness of the magnitude of the drop.

The whole thing starts with “Violence-scarred”, which is a highly-jarring negative thought form to begin the article.

Brazenly, the author used the past-tense “saw” crime drop to imply that the good news is over. 'Sees’ or ‘saw’ is also a hedge in that it distances by a step, takes things back a level.

In January 2018, Alabama’s AJC.com said “DeKalb city of Tucker sees ‘big’ drop in violent crime”.

Where the hedging generality “big” has been put forward to mask a specific and far more impactful percentage. The author knows that sixty to seventy percent of readers won’t go past the headline, so “compartmentalizing” the statistics in this way is actually quite effective at maintaining general ignorance among the populace. They’re trying to blunt and defray knowledge of the wider trend I’m documenting here.

In January 2018, WTOP said “ ‘DC‘saw’ 'significant' drop in crime in 2017.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits “Washington”, and abbreviates it as “DC” instead of the correct “D.C.” to make the subject virtually unsearchable.

"In 2017, we experienced a reduction in every single crime category," D.C. Police Chief Peter Newsham said Tuesday.

While technically barely correct in this case, the author used the past-tense “saw” crime drop to imply that the good news is over. 'Sees’ or ‘saw’ is also a hedge in that it distances by a step, takes things back a level.

“Significant” drop is another general hedge, put forward as a general hedge against a far more impactful statistic. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, the propagandist writing this piece knows they’ve got a good chance of getting the reader out of the room without them learning anything specific about the wider trend I’m documenting here.

In January 2018, NBC4 said “Violent Crime Down 22 Percent in DC in 2017, ‘Statistics Show’ “.

They added “statistics show” on the end to give the subconscious of the reader the ability to grasp the straw of “oh, you can make statistics say ‘anything’!” To get off the hook of personal responsibility.

In January 2018, the Christian Science Monitor explained “ ‘Why’ New York crime has ‘plunged’ to record lows.”

Where the word “plunged” is highly negative spin. Suicides “plunge” to their deaths, the stock market “plunges”, causing people to leap from tall buildings.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. Two of those variants are ”something special” and “jaw-dropping”.

That’s why the article continues to say that “ ‘Over the past two decades’, even as crime rates all around the country were ‘falling’ to record lows, the drop in crime in New York City was ‘something special’. For the 27th straight year, crime is down again in the nation's largest city – and once again to record-setting, ‘jaw-dropping’ lows.”

The author used “falling” because it’s a softer way to spin “dropping” or “decreasing”, and also as a thinly-veiled allusion to the fallen Lord Lucifer. They’ve tee’d the paragraph up with “over the past two decades” to draw attention away to the sudden, recent, exponential decrease in crime I’m documenting here.

In January 2018, Newsday said “Hempstead Village police ‘report’ drop in crime in 2017”. Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits both “Long Island” and “New York”, to “compartmentalize” the phenomenon and make it as unsearchable as possible.

“Police ‘report’ drop in crime” gives the subconscious the green light to say “well that’s just one ‘report’!” Or “oh, they must have ‘reported’ it incorrectly”. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp at virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

“Hempstead Village officials said they ‘marked’ a 19 percent drop in crime last year compared with 2016”.

Where “marked” is deviant and blatant, and lets you think “oh, the simple villagers ‘marked it down incorrectly’ ”.

In January 2018, the Washington Post said “Police chief credits ‘new’ strategy for ‘city’s’ crime ‘drop’ ”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits any mention of where they are speaking of. It’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”. Hilariously, both “new” strategy and crime “drop” are both general. As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda.

The controlled-press escapades continue as we move into the subhead “ ‘One” Virginia city has recorded its ‘lowest’ level of violent crime in ‘nearly two decades’.

The tenets of the news blackout on the subject demand that hedging generalities be used in place of far-more-impactful statistics whenever and wherever possible. And, here, for a second time, the city’s name has been redacted and replace with the general “one” Virginia city. For the record, they’re talking about previously-totally-nasty Norfolk, Virginia.

There was a 21% drop in murders and shootings in Chicago dropped 50% from January to May 2017 versus January to May 2018.

Major crime in Annapolis, Maryland dropped 33 percent during the first three months of 2018.

June 2018 was the 15th consecutive month of dropping gun violence in Chicago.

Murders in New York dropped 50% from February 2018 to February 2019.

SMOKING IS DROPPING REGARDLESS OF CULTURE OR GEOGRAPHY

One of the positive changes is that smoking is dropping regardless of geography.

U.S. smoking rates have dropped 65% since 1965.

The youth smoking rate in the U.S. dropped to 6% in 2016, down 79% percent from its peak in 1997 when more than a quarter of young people smoked.

The smoking rate in Ireland dropped from 29% to 22% from 2004 to 2014.

Smoking dropped 10% in Greece from 2013 to 2017, and dropped 21% in the U.S. during the same time period.

Only 15% of adults in the U.S. smoked in 2016.

In January 2016, abc.net.au said “Australian adolescent smoking rates ‘drop to record low’; cigarette ‘pricing’, ‘plain packaging’, public ‘education’ praised”.

Where “pricing”, “plain packaging” and “education” are all plausible-deniability excuses, put forward at the local level to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m documenting here. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp at any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

ABC Australia is the Trusted Authority Figure, telling the Big Lie with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. They’re desperately trying to keep you from grasping that mental and moral healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

The smoking rate in the U.K. dropped to the second-lowest in Europe in 2017.

U.S. Teenagers' tobacco use decreased 20% from 2017 to 2018, to a record low, with a “sharp” drop in e-cigarettes.

A story from June 2017 is headlined “Teenagers' tobacco use hits a record low, with a sharp drop in e-cigarettes”. Where “sharp”, while lurid, is general. While a story from just a month later, in July 2017, is headlined “FDA ‘Targets Cigarettes in Broadening of Fight Against Addiction’ “.

Two things are going on, here. One is the Feds claiming the problem of cigarette smoking is terrible, when in fact things have never been better in that regard. And the second is that, in the next step in the propaganda campaign after this one, they’ll claim that their upgraded efforts have caused teenagers tobacco use to "hit a record low, with a sharp drop in e-cigarettes", as seen in the previous example.

The general claim that the FDA is “targeting" cigarettes is a plausible-deniability excuse, put forward to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m documenting here. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp at any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

Despite the sharp drop in e-cigarettes documented just above in June 2017, more blatant Fed lying follows in an atforum.com story from December 2017, headlined “The ‘uncomfortable’ truths behind the latest numbers on teen drug use”.

The story reads “The ‘National Institute on Drug Abuse’ has released its annual findings about US teenagers and substance abuse. The big news is that opioid misuse by teens is at historic lows (clearly a good thing). The ‘late-to-the-party’ news is that young people ‘really like vaping’.

The Trusted Authority Figure "atforum" has just told the Big Lie with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. It's how the few have controlled the many, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

In July 2017, NPR attributed a “drop” in smoking in California “the new tobacco tax.

Where an unspecified, general "drop" in smoking in California is falsely attributed to “the new tobacco tax”, the latter a local plausible-deniability excuse, put forward to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m documenting here. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp at any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

In July 2017, Washington Post said he FDA “ 'aimed' to lower nicotine in cigarettes to get smokers to quit.”

The next step after this in the FDA's propaganda campaign will be to announce their purported success at getting smokers to quit, with “lower nicotine in cigarettes” as the plausible-deniability excuse as to how they achieved it. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp at any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

People aren't even consciously assimilating these things, for the most part. They'll let the line wash over them, it will do its work, and they'll proceed. Day upon day, week upon week, it lays down what is known as "programming". And the only way to break it down, to break the spell, is to take it apart piece by piece as we are doing here.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those variants is “dramatic”.

That’s why a tobaccofreekids.com article from September 2017 is headlined “Ukraine ‘Reports’ ‘Dramatic’ Drop in Cigarette Smoking, ‘Further Action Needed to Continue Life-Saving Progress’ “.

Where the author has started the headline with "Ukraine 'reports' " to allow the subconscious to say “oh, that’s just one report”, or “that was reported incorrectly”.

The Mouthpiece of the State "Tobacco Free Kids" is claiming with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty that it is general, unspecified “action” at the local level has caused the again-general “dramatic” drop in cigarette smoking. It’s a plausible-deniability excuse, put forward at the local level to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m elucidating here.

They’re desperately trying to keep you from grasping that mental and moral healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.
