Dropping Crime

CRIME IS DROPPING REGARDLESS OF CULTURE OR GEOGRAPHY BECAUSE MORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH VARY DIRECTLY WITH THAT OF THE ETHER

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled “Positive Changes That Are Occurring”, in July of 2013.

These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on Wilhelm Reich’s work. Since Don Croft first fabricated tactical Orgonite in 2000, its widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.

One of those changes is that crime is dropping exponentially, and it doing so regardless of geography. Moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment. Other positive changes that are occurring at this time include dropping gambling, increased citizen awareness and whistleblowing, and many others, all of which have their own chapters in this book.

There’s an international news blackout in place on this subject, as there is with all of the other subjects this book documents. The strategies, techniques and tactics of that blackout are described as I review the news accounts documenting the phenomenon, and it is my hope that reviewing successive examples of the same tactics down over time will awaken a subset of readers from their heavily-programmed impression of the subject.

The murder rate in the United States reached its highest level in history in 1980, at 11 per hundred thousand.

Murders in New York dropped 87% from their all-time high in 1990 to their all-time low in 2018.

Violent crime in South Carolina decreased 42.2% from 1991 to 2016.

Homicides decreased 15% worldwide from 1992 to 2018.

Crime on Staten Island in New York decreased 65% from 1996 to 2016.

The murder rate in Sao Paulo, Brazil decreased 760% from 1999 to 2018. The World Economic Forum on Latin America said “Violent crime in São Paulo has dropped dramatically. Is this why”.

Robert Muggah, Founder of the SecDev Group and the Igarape Institute, said “…some social scientists believe that the murder drop coincides with a decline in the number of young men and falling unemployment. Others say it has more to do with tighter controls on access to alcohol and firearms. A few researchers believe the drop is due to the dominance of a single gang – the PCC – that imposed its own brand of criminal order, a kind of Pax Mafiosa.”

He didn’t mention that the historically-unprecedented decrease in crime in Sao Paulo was part of a wider trend taking place regardless of culture or geography. That’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Here’s the nattily-dressed Mr. Muggah’s picture, where he’s using an ostensibly-secret Illuminist hand sign, figuring the rubes would never notice:

I’ve included his photo so you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of moderate influence looks like.

Homicides in Dayton, Ohio increased 23% from 2000 to 2012.

Homicides in Dayton, Ohio increased 49% from 2000 to 2005.

I’m going to need a statistics expert to explain it, but it’s clear to see that the increase from 2000 to 2005 is far larger than the increase from 2005 to 2012.

That huge and historically-unprecedented increase in homicides in Dayton, Ohio from 2000 to 2005 was driven directly by the newly-erected forest of “communications infrastructure” in every city, town and village on Earth. The drastically-increased Death energy level in the wider environment driving the increase in homicide. That’s because moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Homicides in Dayton, Ohio were steady from 2012 to 2015. Homicides in Dayton, Ohio increased 30% from 2015 to 2016. Then Homicides in Dayton, Ohio decreased by 21% from 2016 to 2017.

The arrest rate in the U.K. decreased by 50% from 2007 to 2017.

New prison admissions dropped nearly 40% in Connecticut from 2007 to 2017.

Shootings in Los Angeles dropped 90% from 2008 to 2019.

The number of inmates at Enfield prison in Connecticut decreased 63% from an all-time high in 2008 to an all time low in November, 2016.

Crime in Prince George’s County, Maryland decreased more than 50% from 2010 through 2017. In January 2018. Chief Hank Stawinski said it was “a result of strategic, preventive police work.”

Murders in cities in the U.S. with populations under 10,000 decreased by 25% in 2010.

Murders in the U.S. decreased 1.9% from 2010 to 2011, while rape, robbery and aggravated assault decreased by 4 percent.

Crime in Maryland dropped more than 50% from 2011 to 2018.

Crime in Sulpher Springs, Texas decreased 29% during the first six months of 2019, compared to the same time period in 2011. 15%, or roughly half of that drop occurred from 2011 to 2012.

That’s a key data point documenting the real commencement of the great positive changes in 2011 and 2012.

Murder in the U.K. dropped 10% from 2011 to 2012 to the lowest level since 1978.

Crime dropped by an unspecified degree in the U.K. in 2013. The Guardian said “Fall in UK crime rate baffles experts”.

The crime rate in the Philippines decreased 49% from 2015 to 2016.

Crime in Tallahassee, Florida decreased 15% from 2015 to 2016. Tallahassee.com said “TLH Fact Check: Investigating claims about the Tallahassee and Leon County crime rate”.

In Intelligence parlance, it’s what’s known as a “hit piece”. You can see how “CLAIMS about the crime rate” is only-general.

They’ve written it that way to avoid saying “Crime in Leon County, Florida deceased 15% from 2015 to 2016, at a rate three times that seen statewide”.

Crime in Leon County, Florida decreased 15% from 2015 to 2016, over three times the drop of 4.57% seen across Florida during that time period. Tallahassee.com documented Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as saying that Tallahassee’s crime problem has been “a total disaster,” with crime “spiraling out of control.

Violent crime in Erie, Pennsylvania decreased 18% from 2015 to 2016. Erie News Now said “FBI Stats Show Big Drop in Violent Crime in Erie”.

Where the author led the headline with “stats SHOW” to give your subconscious the green light to say “oh, you can make statistics show ANYTHING”. The propagandist knows that the subconscious of many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

According to Erie News Now, Erie Police Chief Don Dacus credited “good police work, more community policing initiatives, and several other community initiatives for the significant decreases.”

In September 2015, the U.K.’s Salford Viewpoint used full-on doublespeak to query “Crime is Down, But Are We Safer?”

2016, the crime rate in the U.K. dropped to its lowest level since 1981.

Crime in Glastonbury in the U.K. was at a record low in 2016.

Tout - verb - attempt to sell (something), typically by pestering people in an aggressive or bold manner.

Violent crime in Norfolk, Virginia decreased 25% from 2016 to 2017, to it’s lowest level in history. Norfolk Police Chief Larry Boone credited “a surgical approach in which police target known gang member and violent criminals who have warrants for their arrests, instead of focusing in patrolling ‘hot areas’.”

Violent crime in Washington, D.C. decreased 22% from 2016 to 2017.

Crime in Burlington, Vermont decreased 19% from 2016 to 2017.

Homicides in Chicago, IL decreased 14% from 2016 to 2017. CNN said “Chicago police tout 14% homicide drop, and concede there’s more to do”.

Tout - verb - attempt to sell (something), typically by pestering people in an aggressive or bold manner

Crime in Green Bay, Wisconsin decreased 8% from 2016 to 2017. NBC26.com Wisconsin said “Green Bay police tout drop in crime”.

Tout - verb - attempt to sell (something), typically by pestering people in an aggressive or bold manner

The article continues: “Police say there hasn’t been a single reported homicide in 2017. That would be the first year without a homicide since 1981. Police say that decrease means fewer victims in the city.”

Zero homicides is no victims in the city, not fewer victims in the city.

Crime in Hempstead Village on Long Island, New York decreased 19% from 2016 to 2017.

Violent crime in Dayton, Ohio decreased by 15% from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, directly in the face of the lowest crime levels on record in the U.K., the BBC widened its eyes to simulate honesty and guilefully asked “Reality Check: Is crime up or down***?***”

In 2017, then-U.S. President Donald Trump said that the U.S. Murder Rate was “at the highest level in 45 years”. The murder rate in the U.S. dropped 10% from 2016 to 2017, to the lowest level in history. Trump is using the “Big Lie” so beloved by Hitler and Goebbels. He’s using conscious deception while retaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

Crime in the Philippines dropped 8.44% from January to October 2017. In September 2017 Reuters said that crime victimization in the Philippines had dropped to a new record low, “but fears remain”.

Crimes such as carnapping, cattle rustling, murder, homicide, physical injury, homicide, theft, robbery, and rape decreased 21.3% in the Philippines from January to October 2017.

Crime in England and Wales decreased 9% in June 2017, year-over-year.

In September 2017, reason.com said “The Crime Wave That Wasn’t Happening, Still Isn’t Happening”.

In November 2017, Connecticut closed Enfield prison “amid decline in crime rate.”

In July 2017, Malaysia’s New Straights Times said “Crime index may have dropped, but Malaysians still feel unsafe”.

In September 2017, the Hartford Courant said “Crime Drop Shows Reforms Are Working”.

In October 2017, the Philippines ABS CBN News narrowed its eyes and questioned “Less crimes? PNP claims drop in nationwide crime volume.”

Can you see how they’ve used the general “less” crimes to blunt any specific magnitude of the great positive change? Then they go on to question if that only-generally-specified decrease is in fact taking place. They’ve taken an historically-unprecedented, near-10% decrease in crime in the Philippines and pretended that the folks in charge made it up. That’s because the first rule of politics is “deny, deny, deny.”

There was a 15.9% decrease in “serious and alarming” crimes in Dubai in November 2017, year-over-year.

In December 2017, nbnnews.com.au Australia used precisely the same tactic by screaming in block capitals “RESIDENTS URGED TO REMAIN VIGILANT DESPITE DROP IN CRIME”.

There was a 15.9% decrease in “serious and alarming” crimes in Dubai in November 2017, year-over-year.

Hate crimes in Finland decreased 14% in November 2017, year-over-year.

Violent crime in Charlotte, North Carolina dropped .5% in November 2017, year-over-year.

In December 2017, Wired UK widened its eyes to simulate honesty and assured “Crime rates are dropping thanks to technology”.

In December 2017, in the face of crime rates which had already decreased to their lowest level in history, NPR said “2017 U.S. Crime Rates Expected To Show Drop-Off “.

The author continues: “Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been traveling this week to push an effort to crack down on crime. Meanwhile, a new report says data undercut claims that the U.S. is experiencing a crime wave.”

Jeff Sessions is claiming his own actions are driving down crime in the U.S. His fellow-conspirator from NPR doesn’t mention that crime is dropping regardless of culture or geography.

The murder rate in the United States decreased 7% from 2017 to 2018. The New York Times attributed the huge decrease to “employment of smarter technologies”, “expanded community intervention programs” and “colder weather”. At this writing, 2017 is asserted to be the third-hottest year in all history.

Computer crime in England and Wales decreased 31% from 2017 to 2018.

The murder rate in Chicago, Illinois decreased 17% from 2017 to 2018.

Brazil’s murder rate decreased by 13% from 2017 to 2018.

Shootings in New Orleans decreased 30% from 2017 to 2018, to the lowest level since record keeping began. Armed robberies in New Orleans decreased 12% from 2017 to 2018. Nola.com attributed the historically-unprecedented decreases to “increased use of crime cameras” and “the TIGER unit”.

Crime decreased to an all time low in the U.S. in 2018.

Homicides in San Francisco, California decreased 25% from 2018 to 2019.

Homicides in Salinas, California dropped 89% from 2018 to 2019.

Shootings in Chicago, Illinois decreased 16% from January through August, 2018, year-over-year. Pew Research said “According to the FBI, violent crime rates in the U.S. have approached historic lows. But some experts warn about complacency.”

Where Pew Research hedged violent crime rates at historic lows back to merely APPROACHING historic lows. Say what you will about them, there’s no quit in these people.

In February 2018, directly in the face of crime definitively having reached all time lows regardless of culture or geography, Bloomberg walked up in a trench coat and whispered “Pssst: Crime May Be Near an All-Time Low”.

In March 2018, coming off a 15% decrease in crime in Leon County, Florida in 2017, the Tallahassee Democrat said “Crime a looming problem in Tallahassee”. Crime in Florida decreased 8% in the first six months of 2018, year-over-year.

There was a 21% decrease in murders and shootings in Chicago from January to May 2018, compared to the first five months of 2017. Fox News said “Violence-scarred Chicago saw crime drop as high-tech program rolled out”. June 2018 was the 15th consecutive month of dropping gun violence in Chicago, which quashes the past tense of “SAW crime drop”. So, when was the high-tech program rolled out? I guess it was 15 months previously…

Major crime in Annapolis, Maryland dropped 33 percent during the first three months of 2018.

In January 2018, crime decreased by an unspecified amount in Seattle, Washington. The Police chief there credited “a new strategy”.

In January 2018, the Washington Post widened its eyes to simulate honesty and said “Police chief credits new strategy for city’s crime drop”.

Can you see how “new strategy” is general? It “compartmentalizes” the phenomenon to one city, which goes unmentioned. And it’s used identically in the case of both Seattle and the only-generally-referenced city in Virginia. They’re talking about Norfolk.

Homicides in Baltimore, Maryland decreased 35% between January 1 and February 13, 2018, year-over-year. In June 2018, the Baltimore Sun said “Baltimore’s new gunshot detection system hears four shootings in first night”.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. That’s why a CNN Video from April 2018 is entitled “What in the World : The Great US Crime Decline”. Can you see how they’re trying to compartmentalize the crime decrease merely to the U.S.?

In April 2018, directly in the face of historically low crime rates regardless of culture or geography, theconversation.com widened its eyes to simulate honesty and explained “How police ‘cook the books’ on solved crime rates”.

In May 2018, in the midst of crime levels that had dropped by nearly half, to their lowest level in history, “The Item” said “South Carolina – Florence pastor hopes to stop crime with drop boxes”. Violent crime in South Carolina decreased 42% from 1991 to 2016.

In May 2018, apolitical.co fell to a fainting couch and exclaimed “Violent crime is at historic lows in the US — but will the peace hold?

It’s the door hitting them in the ass on the way out moment.

In June 2018, BBC News widened its eyes to simulate honesty and asked “Did removing lead from petrol spark a decline in crime?”

It doesn’t have to be logical, or sane, or reasonable. The propagandist knows that many or most readers will grasp any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

In June 2018, New York City just missed matching its lowest crime report ever for that month by 28 incidents. “ ‘It looks like we are bouncing off the bottom,” said ex-NYPD detective sergeant Joseph Giacalone, who teaches investigative tactics at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.”

The generational Satanist quoted in the New York Times is bravely playing that crime rates are on their way back up. He’s using conscious deception while maintaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

In June 2018, brennancenter.org said “June Crime Remains at Historic Lows in America”. Can you see how they’re trying to compartmentalize the great crime decrease merely to the U.S.?

In July 2018, in an article describing a 2% increase in gun crime, the U.K.’s Guardian said “ ‘Sleepwalking into a nightmare’: surge in crime paints a bleak picture”.

In July 2018, hongkongfp.com said “Hong Kong’s half-year crime rate drops to lowest on record, but scams and fraud on the rise”.

Where they used “rise” because it’s general, and because it’s softer than “increase”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the Atonist Black-Sun cult that’s ruled things in all the nations, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

Murders in New York City decreased 50% in February 2019, year-over-year, to the lowest level in history.
