"Dropping Gambling" and "Dropping Gambling, the Plausible-Deniability Excuses" from "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", by Jeff Miller

The breakthrough here is the "Plausible-Deniability Excuses" document which I've compiled on dropping gambling.

It will be easy to create other such articles from my existing master collection on each subject.

The reader can quickly see that the entirety of the controlled press is in lock-step, regardless of geography, and pushing the same memes in various locations, while at all costs trying to blunt knowledge of the fact that it is the improvement in the health of the Ether that is driving the positive change.

"TLDR" is a real thing, and I can see a Millennial scanning the first five plausible-deniability excuses and saying "I"m being lied to serially...got it."

Also, maintaining a skewed point of view in the face of the preponderance of the evidence is difficult, at best. People's perspectives have been warped by compartmentalization, which confusion will quickly be cleared up upon reading a briefing on the whole situation.

PEOPLE EVERYWHERE ARE GIVING UP GAMBLING, BECAUSE MENTAL AND MORAL HEALTH VARY DIRECTLY WITH THAT OF THE ETHER

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", in July of 2013.

One of those changes is that people everywhere are giving up gambling, because mental and moral health vary directly with that of the Ether.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those variants is “surprised”. That’s why a cdcgamingreports.com article from February 2016 said “MGM Reports ‘Surprise’ Loss as Gamblers Continue to Shun ‘Macau’.”

In March 2016, Australia’s ANU College of Arts said “ ‘Report shows’ ‘drop’ in gambling in the ACT - ANU”.

“A new ‘report’ ‘into’ gambling in the ACT has found a ‘significant’ drop over the past five years in the number of people gambling and how much money they spend on gambling. It found the proportion of people gambling fell around 15 per cent, while gambling expenditure in the ACT fell by 19 per cent over the five years.

"Over the past five years gambling has become ‘less’ common - ‘fewer’ people are gambling and on average we are spending a lot less," said Professor Bryan Rodgers, Director of the ANU Centre for Gambling Research.”

Where “less common” and “fewer people” are both general. The professor who studies gambling for a living offers no guess as to what’s driving the 15-19% drop in gambling in Australia in the last five years. The reporter took care to generally describe it as “ ‘drop’ in gambling” in the headline, and follow with the also-general “significant” drop, before finally coughing up the figures.

In journalism, there’s a strict rule that dictates you use the highest percentage first, and then the rest in descending order. Here the author blatantly reversed it, which will eventually lead to a whole separate article documenting the tactic’s repeating use as a hedge, regardless of the subject.

The author kicked the headline off with “Report shows“ to allow the subconscious to say “oh, that’s just one report”, or “that was reported incorrectly”. If the propagandist wants you to believe the report, they’ll put a Trusted Authority Figure name in front of it, such as “Pew Report Finds”. If they want do discredit it, they simply use the general “report” that humanity has been conditioned reject over generations.

The author doesn’t mention that Australia’s huge drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In 2017, all three of New York’s new casinos underperformed their projected revenues by 30% or more.

The author doesn’t mention that New York’s gigantic drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

Casino revenue in Northwest Indiana decreased 6.2% in February 2017, capping a “sluggish winter” for casinos.

The author doesn’t mention that Indiana’s see-the-needle-moving drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In April 2017, casinous.com said “Delaware ‘Sees’ Gambling Revenue Drop ‘by over 40%’ from 2016”.

Where “Delaware ‘sees’ gambling revenue drop” steps it back a level from actually experiencing it.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those variants is “unknown”.

That’s why the article continues with “Delaware has ‘seen’ revenue generated by its Internet gambling operators drop by over 40% in March 2017, when compared to March 2016, for ‘unknown’ reasons.”

The author doesn’t mention that Delaware’s gigantic drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In May 2017, cleveland.com said “Jack Cleveland Casino's slide continues: ‘Saw’ 8.3 percent drop in April”.

Where “saw” places it firmly in the review mirror, and hedges it back a step from actually experiencing it.

The author doesn’t mention that the gigantic drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In August 2017, the NWI Times said “Indiana - NWI casino revenue ‘drops’ in ‘July’”.

The article continues: “Northwest Indiana’s casinos collectively had ‘their third down month in a row’ in July, seeing their gambling take drop 4.3 percent to $81.9 million as compared to the same month a year ago. That comes on top of year-over-year ‘declines’ of 10.1 percent and 6.9 percent in May and June, respectively, according to the Indiana Gaming Commission’s monthly report.

But the casinos’ loss is often the customers’ win — the amount of money gambled at table games was 10.8 percent higher this July than last, but the casinos’ “win” was 15.8 percent lower. “Last year, the house played particularly lucky,” Horseshoe General Manager Dan Nita said. “In July 2016, ‘the customers played particularly lucky’.”

The author cut it up into pieces to lessen its impact, and I had to do the math to learn that Northwest Indiana’s casino revenue dropped 21.3% from May to July 2017. By wording the headline “revenue drops in July”, they’ve admitted only one of three dropping months, and haven’t given you the jaw-dropping figure. They know that sixty to seventy percent of readers will only read the headline, and so this tactic “compartmentalizes” the information with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The author shot their bolt with the “customers played particularly lucky” ruse, which, if and when it’s used again, I’ll begin compiling into my ongoing analysis of their propaganda within this particular subject. You can see how they’re done, only it’s going to take a little more time for the con to completely unravel.

The article continues: “Horseshoe’s table-game win ‘decline’ was 31 percent to $8.6 million; slot machine win, at $25.2 million, was up slightly. Overall, revenues at Horseshoe, the Region’s largest casino, ‘declined’ 10.2 percent to $33.8 million. Ameristar, in East Chicago, won $19.8 million, down 3.4 percent.”

The two biggest losses are described with the softest word, “decline”. They used it because it’s a softer hedge against the stronger “dropped” or “decreased”, and because it reminds the reader of “reclined”, and because declines are shallow, and smooth, and gradual.

The slot machine win was the generally-described “up slightly” because they could simply change the settings on those machines to juice the remaining pool of addicts that much harder.

In August 2017, tocsino.net said “Atlantic City casino revenue drops by 2.7 percent”.

“Overall casino gambling revenue, including internet gambling, totaled $267.8 million, compared with $275.2 in July 2016, according to the figures. The numbers include comparisons to when the shuttered Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort was open. “If you take the Taj Mahal out of the equation”, the city’s seven remaining casinos saw their overall gambling revenues, including internet gambling, increase by 3.9 percent. The remaining casinos took in $267.8 million last month compared with $257.7 million in July 2016.”

It’s a complete shell-game. Everyone’s revenue is down catastrophically, which put Trump out of business. The numbers are a completely made up front for a collapsing confidence game.

Since we’re studying the subject as scholars, we’re able to see everyone’s gambling revenue dropping at the same time, regardless of culture of geography.

The author doesn’t mention that the dropping casino revenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In August 2017, casinonewsdaily said “Sweden ‘Sees’ Continued Drop in ‘Regulated’ Gambling ‘Revenue’ “.

Where “see’s” takes it back a step from directly experiencing it. Where “drop in ‘regulated’ gambling” hedges against “drop in gambling”. And where “drop in gambling ‘revenue’ also hedges against “drop in gambling”.

2010 - 39.8

2011 41.3

2012 - 41.1

2013-  40.5

2014 - 38.7

2015 -  21.1

2016 22.2

Listing figures in a chart or table like this is guaran-damn-teed to blunt a clearer understanding of the trend, which is why the propagandist put it there. Now I’m going to invest ten minutes I’ll never get back into doing the math, with the satisfaction of knowing that I’m sticking it to The Man.

Gambling revenue in Sweden dropped from 39.8 in 2010 to 22.2 in 2016. Gambling revenue in Sweden dropped 44% from 2010 to 2016. That’s a baseline average annual decrease of 7.3% over those six years.

Gambling revenue in Sweden increased 8.2% from 2010 to 2011.

Gambling revenue in Sweden decreased 4.6% from 2011 to 2012.

Gambling revenue in Sweden decreased 1.5% from 2012 to 2013.

Gambling revenue in Sweden decreased 4.4% from 2013 to 2014.

Gambling revenue in Sweden decreased 45.4% from 2014 to 2015.

Gambling revenue in Sweden increased 5.2% from 2015 to 2016.

Wait, what? Check out that near-50% decrease in 2014!

Once this database is created and tagged, it will be very quick and easy to see what else happened in 2014 more than any other year.

The article continues: “The continued ‘drop’ in gross gambling revenue and ‘the rise of unregulated gambling’ was what urged Swedish authorities to initiate a review of the state of the local industry and to potentially open the local market for licensed international operations.”

In the face of wholesale societal change for the better, the authorities ignore and claim that the bad behavior only went underground.

It’s not the kind of tactic that’s going to get you out of doing your homework, and you can see how they’re leaking at multiple points under the waterline, and are going down fast.

Where the general “drop” is used as a hedge against a far more impactful statistic. Propagandists know that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, so this tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

In August 2017, afr.com said “Crown Resorts profits ‘hit’ by VIP revenue ‘fall’ after China arrests”.

The article continues: “Crown's VIP program revenue ‘fell’ from $1 billion in 2016 to about $605 million and Mr Alexander said the company would consider its future strategy when the remaining five staff in prison in China were released this month.”

Where “hit”, while lurid, is a general hedge against a far more impactful statistic. Propagandists know that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, so this tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The author used “fall” and “fell” as kinder, softer alternatives to the stronger “drop” or “decrease”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

The author provided the numbers in as shifty a way as possible, and rested back sure that you’d never do the math. So I had to. Crown Resorts VIP program revenue decreased 65% from 2016 to 2017. Afr.com said it was due to “China arrests”. Where “China arrests” is a plausible deniability excuse.

The author doesn’t mention that Crown Resorts catastrophic drop in gambling revenue is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In August 2017, The Register said “Google ‘drops poker face’, allows gambling apps on Play Store”.

The article continues: “Ban lifted in UK, France and Ireland as an 'experiment’.”

Since they formally dropped the “Don’t Be Evil” motto, you’d think they’d just hop right on the train. But the N.S.A.’s clown-name front “Google” doesn’t need the cash, and is doing data collection on the speed and magnitude of the gambling drop, hence “experiment”. If they were simply after the money, they’d just open it up to everyone. It’s not like it costs more to add it in all markets.

In the future, grade school children will marvel that the populace at this time believed the worlds largest Terminator robot manufacturer gained its fortune by selling ads in the margins of web pages, as falsely alleged.

In September 2017, Adelaide University attributed a $38 million drop in poker machine gambling for South Australia to “weak population growth or decline, and the impact of the mining downturn."

In September 2017, an addiction study said German problem gambling rates were “falling”.

The author doesn’t mention that Germany’s drop in problem gambling rates is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether. They used the cover “problem” gambling rates to distract from the larger, wider drop in overall gambling rates.

In September 2017, the New York Times said “Buffalo, NY - New York's Bet on New Casinos Has ‘Yet to Hit Jackpot’ ”.

Where “yet to hit jackpot” is a Satanic, Mil-speak inversion of “are collapsing”.

The author doesn’t mention that New York State’s only-generally-described drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

Since I originally researched this article, a paywall’s been put in place, so I can’t analyze anything but the general headline, which tells us virtually nothing.

The Paywall is coming into prominence as a compartmentalization tactic, and I believe it may presage an attempted dropping of the Internet, to get us back a far more Feudal and ensheepling way of living. The amount of damage I’ve done just with this single publication is extraordinary.

In September 2017, the Daily Herald said “ ‘Recipients’ ‘see’ ‘drop’ in ‘proceeds from’ riverboat gambling in ‘Kane County’ ”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits the name of the state, to make the subject as general and unsearchable as possible. It’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”. For the record, they’re talking about Illinois. This tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The author shiftily replaced “Casinos” with the more-general “Recipients”. This tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The author said “Recipients ‘see’ drop” , where “see” hedges it back a step from actually experiencing it. Where “drop in ‘proceeds from’ riverboat gambling hedges back a step from the stronger “drop in riverboat gambling”. Lastly, the general “drop” is used as a hedge against a far more impactful statistic. Propagandists know that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, so this tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The article continues: “The Del Lago Resort & Casino — built opposite an Amish farm adjacent to the Thruway outside Rochester — is on pace to gross about $151 million in gaming revenue in its first year, ‘significantly’ lower than the $262 million it had projected when it applied for the license in 2014.”

Where the author used the hedging generality “significantly” lower as a hedge against a far more impactful statistic. Propagandists know that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, so this tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

So, I had to do the math. The first year of gaming revenue generated by the Del Lago Resort & Casino in Illinois was 74% below the number it had projected when it applied for its license.

The author doesn’t mention the drop in gambling in Illinois is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In October 2017, casino.org said that generally dropping casino stocks were the result of “the Vegas shooting.”

The author doesn’t mention that the generally-described “dropping casino stocks” is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In October 2017, Macau casinos “dropped” as golden week visitor numbers “disappointed”.

The author doesn’t mention that Macau’s drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

The article continues: “Gambling revenues for Macau dropped 21.4 per cent in January, 2018, falling for the 20th consecutive month.”

The author doesn’t mention that Macau’s catastrophic plunge in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In November 2017, americascardroom.eu said “Shares of gambling tech company Playtech ‘drop 20%’ ”.

The article continues: “On Thursday, popular gambling technology provider, Playtech, announced that its shares had dropped by 20% after ‘seeing’ a ‘shift’ in market conditions in ‘several’ parts of Asia.”

Where Playtech’s only “seeing” a shift hedges back a step from their actually experiencing it. The “shift” that Playtech only “saw”, but did not experience is general.  It’s used as a hedge, which “compartmentalizes” the subject with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

And it’s not a “shift” in market conditions in Asia. It’s only in “several parts of” Asia. They threw “ ‘several’ parts of” in there so it would seem like they were being generous. When in fact they’re hedging directly against you knowing that gambling is dropping everywhere, regardless of culture or geography. They’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In December 2017, njonlinegambling.com said “NJ Online Gambling ‘Suffers Slight Sputter’ In September, But ‘Hardly’ Cause For Concern”.

The article continues: “playMGM launched its own online poker site in August on the Borgata network, but has not ‘seemingly’ had ‘much of’ an ‘effect’ on revenue as of ‘yet’. In fact, the site's licensee saw around a $20,000 drop from the previous month's take. In 2017, NJ online poker sites have banked around $18.5 million in total.

I’m afraid we’re going to have to walk back through the hedges, here.

“ ‘but’ has not ‘seemingly’ had much of an effect on revenue as of yet.”

The whole thing’s a hedge, as indicted by “but”.

“Has not had ‘much of’ an effect on revenue as of yet.”

“Has not had an effect on revenue ‘as of yet’.”

“Has not had ‘an effect’ on revenue”.

“playMGM launched its own online power site in August on the Borgata network, which has had a negative effect on revenue”.

We’ve learned that revenue decreased twenty grand in a month, but the author has carefully provided nothing to compare it to, other than the very large $18.5 billon that NJ online poker sites have “banked”. Since they didn’t provide a timeframe, that’s probably “in the history of online poker in New Jersey”. It’s what propagandists call “chaff”.

The headline uses the serpent rune four times with “suffers slight sputter”. They’re hoping your mild chuckling will keep you from going on to read the article. Since sixty to seventy percent of the populace only read the headlines, such a tactic will push off those on the fence. At the end of it, it’s just a general hedge put forward against a far more impactful statistic. This tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

In December 2017, cdcgamingreports.com said Nevada gaming revenue was down 2.3% in November because “gamblers did well at the tables”.

“Gamblers did well at the tables” is a plausible-deniability excuse. The author doesn’t mention that Nevada’s drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In January 2018, bloomberg.com said “Macau Casino Stocks ‘Tumble’ ‘as Gamblers Get Lucky at the Tables’ ”.

Where the general “tumble” is used as a hedge against a far more impactful statistic. The word “tumble” is an oft-used meme that conjures a happy child running on grass, who “takes a tumble”, but jumps up, brushes off their knees and runs happily on again.

“Gamblers Get Lucky at the Tables” is a plausible-deniability excuse.

In January 2018, the Calgary Herald said “Alberta gambling revenues ‘drop’ for second straight year”.

Where the general “drop” hedges against a far more impactful statistic. This tactic “compartmentalizes” the information with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The article continues: “The amount Albertans spent on gambling ‘fell’ for the second year in a row in 2017 in what gaming and liquor officials say was a ‘sign’ of ‘the tough economic times’.

Quite sure that you’d never notice, the author switched the general “drop” to the also-general “fell”, because it’s a softer hedge that they’ve walked back to from “drop”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

The article continues: “Gross revenues for all forms of legal gambling were $1.732 billion in the year ending March 31, 2017, ‘down’ from $1.849 billion the previous year, states the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.

Quite sure that you’d never do the math, they threw all those awful numbers at you and added a third general hedge, “down”.

Gross gambling revenues in Alberta, Canada decreased 6.8% in 2017, the second straight year of dropping revenue.

The author doesn’t mention that Canada’s huge and ongoing drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

In January 2018, Mississippi News said “Mississippi Casino Revenue ‘Fell’ 2 Percent in 2017”.

The article continues: “Mississippi casino revenues ‘fell’ in 2017, as slight gains by Gulf Coast casinos couldn't overcome continued ‘declines’ at Mississippi River region gambling halls.”

Where they used “fall” as a kinder, softer alternative to the stronger “drop” or “decrease”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

The author used “declined” because it’s a softer hedge against the stronger “dropped” or “decreased”, and because it reminds the reader of “reclined”, and because declines are shallow, and smooth, and gradual.

The author doesn’t mention what they think is driving the decrease, and also doesn’t mention that Mississippi’s drop in gambling is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s a propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.” They’re using it because they’re desperate to keep you from grasping that moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the Ether.

DROPPING GAMBLING - THE PLAUSIBLE-DENIABILITY EXCUSES

I made a list of the plausible-deniability excuses put forward at the local level to explain away dropping gambling rates in those locales. I’m going to list them alphabetically by nation/location, so it can be added to over time.

The propagandists are putting forth any and every excuse to distract you from the fact that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the Ether.

This type of list might be a very valuable programming breaker.

In April 2017, casinous.com said that gambling revenue in Delaware decreased by over 40% in 2016 “for unknown reasons.”

In August 2017, afr.com said that Crown Resorts VIP program revenue decreased 65% from 2016 to 2017 because of “China arrests”.

In August 2017, the NWI Times said Indiana casino revenue dropped 21% in three months because “the customers played particularly lucky.”

In August 2017, tocsino.net said that Atlantic City casino revenue decreased by 2.7% because of “the closing of the Trump Taj Mahal casino”.

In August 2017, casinonewsdaily said that dropping gambling revenue in Sweden was due to “the rise of unregulated gambling”.

In September 2017, Adelaide University attributed a $38 million drop in poker machine gambling for South Australia to “weak population growth or decline, and the impact of the mining downturn."

In October 2017, casino.org said that generally dropping casino stocks were the result of “the Vegas shooting.”

In November 2017, americascardroom.eu said that shares of the gambling tech company Playtech dropped 20% after “seeing a shift in market conditions in several parts of Asia”.

In December 2017, cdcgamingreports.com said Nevada gaming revenue was down 2.3% in November because “gamblers did well at the tables”.

In January 2018, bloomberg.com said Macau casino stocks “tumbled”, “as Gamblers Get Lucky at the Tables’ ”.

In January 2018, the Calgary Herald said that a 7% drop in gambling revenues in Alberta was a “sign” of ‘the tough economic times’. It was the second straight year of dropping gambling revenues in Alberta.
