Everyone knows that you should change your oil every 3,000 miles. And the reason you change it is that there’s dirt floating around in it. Dirt that works in your engine like a polishing compound, but worse. Wearing away components, and forming into a sludge or tar that impede fluid and gas flow through the engine.
Whole grains are not deadly, but are, rather, quite good for you, as you can see:

Now, the first Ritz cracker you eat is not going to put you on a stretcher. But eat hundreds, nay, thousands of them. over literally years, and you will gunk up your body with that grain residue. It’s not hard to see where arthritis and joint problems might come from.
Of course, the more exercise you do, the more those internal fluids are flowing, carrying away the bad stuff, as best the body can. But eat tough like that, meal after meal, and sit on your ass, and you’re eventually going to be messed up, as in “I have cancer” messed up.
To maintain Cognitive Dissonance, stop reading immediately and affirm that “the only reason everybody gets cancer is that nobody lived this long before.”
Well, where did this delicious and quite deadly wheat flour come from, anyway?
Well, it’s kind of a long story.

The article continues: “In addition, two small limestone steles were uncovered, each showing a seated figure. These figures hold objects in their hands. One the first stele the figure holds what appears to be a cup and a dagger. On the second stele the figure holds a vase. Woolley interprets these as being images of the dead, and if so this is very much in line with the steles and inscriptions described in chapter 6.”
Where the seated figures on the first stele hold a knife to perform the human sacrifice, and a cup to hold the blood, and the second figure holds an even larger blood-capture vessel. In Wooley’s version “these are images of the dead”, and the second vessel is referred to as a “vase”. I guess neither the author nor Wooley wanted to touch “a cup and a dagger”.
Curiously, the paper, which is filled with images, neglected to include a picture of the stele, or the human-sized stone “offering tables”.
Clearly, the folks in Iron Age Israel were serious human sacrifice enthusiasts, despite Establishment protests down through he generations suggesting otherwise. Which leads us to our next subject.

That’s why a PNAS.org article from February 2012 is headlined “Use of red ochre by early Neanderthals”. Which bravely implies that they gave it up, later.
The article goes on to say “From the Upper Paleolithic record, red ochre is indeed well known for its use in cave paintings and in ritual burial contexts.
Red ochre had important ritual significance to the Israelites
A Newsweek article from September 2017, headlined “Ancient Israel Ritual Site with 12,000 year-old skeletons is earliest evidence of holiday feast”.
Holiday feast, ah, mirth. But they’re being straight-up. A holiday cannibal feast, it was. The author would have you imagine that the “skeletons” were of people who died while in the midst of eating the only-generally described “feast”.
The article goes on to say “Likewise, the discovery of 100,000-year-old symbolic artifacts like pierced shell ornaments and decorated chunks of red ochre in caves in South Africa, was not sufficient to prove that they were part of any ritual activities. It was only when archaeologists found these artifacts, placed in graves going back 40,000-20,000 years, that it was confirmed they were part of ritual practice.”
They’re talking (again, only generally) about Gobekli Tepe, which predates the first city, Catal Huyuk, by thousands of years. The red ochre in place there, the piles of cannibalized bones, and the piles of hoarded decapitated skulls, identify it securely as Neanderthal.
In June 2017, the Smithsonian said “Gobekli Tepe - When researchers first began excavations at the 12,000-year-old temple, they expected to find human burials. Instead, they unearthed thousands of animal bones as well as 700 fragments of human bone, more than half of which came from skulls, Curry reports. But only three fragments were modified with incisions. According to a press release, one of the skulls had a hole drilled through it and contained remnants of red ochre, a pigment used for millennia in cave paintings and religious rituals.”
Can you see how the propagandist is trying to, well, paint it that everyone was a red ochre enthusiast, back then? The general “rituals” is used to cover the specific “human sacrifice rituals”.
Wikipedia: “Disarticulated bones in some graves (at Catal Huyuk) suggest that bodies may have been exposed in the open air for a time before the bones were gathered and buried. In some cases, graves were disturbed and the individual’s head removed from the skeleton.”
Where the gymnastic, ludicrous notion that someone went around digging up graves, and beheading and then reburying the bodies. The propagandist knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of responsibility.

Why women wear rouge and eye makeup
In December 1930, an article entitled “Early Israelite Women Ahead of Modern Beauty Stylists” explained why modern women all wear rouge and eye makeup.

I’m sure you recall the article we just reviewed from 1930 said that women in ancient Israel painted their lower eyelids green with powdered malachite. Cain, the first Neanderthal, the father of the Israelites, invented cannibalism - which is why it has his name on it.

Can you see how he slipped the falsehood “eve conceived and bore another son” on the front end? The generational Satanist author has used what is in the Intelligence trade as a “limited hangout”, the truth of “Cain the cannibal”, with the diversionary lie of “Eve conceived and bore another son”.
The cannibal Israelites
In August 2011, study light.org said “When “the fruit of the body” was thus offered, it was “for the sin of the soul.” And it was a principle of the Mosaic Law, a principle no doubt derived from the patriarchal faith, that the priest must partake of whatever was offered as a sin-offering (Numbers 18:9-10).
In January 2015, Cambridge University Press published “Ochre and hide-working at a Natufian burialplace”. They’re talking about 12,000 years ago, by the way.
It reads “Particular stones found on Epi-Palaeolithic sites in the Levant are thought to be for grinding vegetable matter and to be essential instruments in the development of food processing. Finding an assemblage of these tools in a burial cave, the authors ask a harder question: could they have been used for processing hides with ochre? Use-wear analysis allows a positive verdict, and so the tools take their place in the ritual apparatus associated with burial.”
Where the Neanderthal Establishment played the ruse of “for grinding vegetable matter” (where “vegetable matter” is general), until the incontrovertible finding of the deflecting tools in the “burial cave” led to the next bullshit plausible-deniability excuse “for processing hides”. It’s a half-truth, in that the hides they were “processing” were human, and the food they were processing was also human.
It wasn’t a “burial cave”. The shit was there in a pile in the cave - the evidence of year upon year, decade upon decade of human sacrifice and cannibalism, by the clearly-and-wholly-Neanderthal “Israelites”.
At Catal Huyuk, and later in every location, the Israelites didn’t kill and eat everyone. Just 2% of the populace:

The religion practiced at the first city
In March 2017, damienmarieathope.com said, almost unbelievably, “Catal Huyuk not only was the “first religious designed city”
With human sacrifice victims under the floorboards, and stuffed between the walls. One thing you can say, it’s an honest statement. They just don’t elaborate on what type of religion.

Ah, they cut off the heads of the babies to honor the vulture goddess, ate them, and then stuffed their remains into the walls of the “open funeral house of strange design”.
Not only was the Neanderthal Cain the domesticator of wheat and the founder of the first city (the one with the decapitated, cannibalized dead baby skeletons stuffed in the walls), he also created the human sacrifice ritual in which you mix blood with wheat flour and make a wafer out of it, and pass those wafers out to the participants.

In February 2018, WebMD said “Highly Processed Foods Tied to Higher Cancer Risk”.
The article goes on to say “Similarly, this study cannot prove that highly processed foods cause cancer, only that an association exists between the two, Srour added.”
In February 2018, the British Medical Journal said “What the scientists found was that a 10% increase in the proportion of ultra-processed foods in the diet was associated with a significant increase of greater than 10% in risks for overall cancer and breast cancer.”
Where the general meme “processed” is used to cover up a specific driver of cancer.
In June 2018, University Health News spoke of “Processed Foods: 5 Reasons to Avoid Them”.
The article goes on to say “Too much sugar, sodium, and fat in your diet can lead to serious health issues, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer. Unfortunately, processed foods are often packed with these ingredients.”
Can you see how the author completely omits the words “wheat”, “grains” and “carbohydrates”?
Can you see how they list protective, palliative fat as a driver of serious health issues?
This is from an article called “The Salt Scam”, from 2018:

We know that whole grains are good for you. Whole grain intake is associated with lower total and cause-specific mortality, particularly cardiovascular disease:

Can you see how “Gluten” is a cover-meme that allows the striking of the word “wheat”?
