It’s April 2020, and great positive changes are underway at ever level of our reality. For example, a Twitter poll from today, April 20, 2020 found that " More than 60% say coronavirus was man-made."
Where " more than 60%" is general. As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. It’s a general hedge, put forward to blunt and minimize. The conspirators who wrote and released it are witnessing the collapse of their ages-long game.
In journalistic parlance, the author “buried” the percentage in the body of the article below. In fact, 62% of those polled say coronavirus was man-made. The number was 50% last week.
You’ll see below how, fifteen years ago or so, only roughly 30% of African Americans thought AIDS was man made. So we’ve seen the number go from 30%, to 50%, to 62%. Awareness is inexorably rising, as awareness inexorably does.
51% is a majority, also known as a simple majority. 66 2/3% is a supermajority.

In the face of a public who firmly gets that an engineered bioweapon was recently released upon it, the latest limited hangout in the controlled press reads as follows:
“French virologist and medicine Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier has made explosive revelations regarding the origin of the coronavirus, saying that the deadly virus was manufactured in a laboratory in China’s Wuhan. In an interview to a French news channel, Montagnier claimed that the virus, which causes the COVID-19 infection that is wreaking havoc around the world, was the result of an attempt to manufacture a vaccine against HIV in a Chinese lab .”
You know how, as an actor, you have to be really in to win an Oscar? It’s not just your acting ability, but moreso whether the Academy decided it was your turn to win. Well, it’s the same way with things like the Nobel prize, the Pulitzer, et al. That’s why an Illuminist talking-head shill who won one was put forward with this ridiculous story. His cover story is that he “discovered” HIV, which his cronies had in fact developed years before in the “Special Virus Program of the United States.”
That’s because there’s simply no quit in these guys (and of course gals).
Boyd Graves surfaced the 1971 Flow Chart of the Special Virus Program of the United States via the Freedom of Information Act.
“Dr. Graves submitted this flowchart as evidence to the Sixth Circuit Federal Court in a case which named the President of the United States as a defendant to answer a petition acknowledging the authenticity of the Flow Chart. On January 12, 2001, the case was dismissed as “frivolous,” and then referred to the District’s Appellate Court, which ruled in favor of the lower court. Eventually, it went to the Supreme Court, which refused to hear it without giving comment as to why .”
In the face of rapidly collapsing public opinion, they’re now brazenly claiming the Chinese were trying to create a vaccine against AIDS. Which is beyond rich, in that AIDS was itself an engineered bioweapon, made by the same people who made Covid-19.
“China did it!” is the first layer in the confidence game. It’s a plausible-deniability cover for Dr. Charles Lieber, chair of the Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department at Harvard University, who was arrested by the Feds in February. They admit Lieber got a lump sum of tens of millions of dollars from the Chinese, and fifty grand a month for himself, but are doing their best to whitewash the fact that he’s the Covid-19 “knowledge worker”, the guy who delivered the weaponized virus and set up the manufacturing line to produce it.
Or so goes the next layer of the ruse.
The stuff we’re reading about is real, on a level. There’s an actual lab in Wuhan. Fifty actual grand a month did in fact go to Lieber. I’m sure he flashed it around. Yes, it’s a very large, complex confidence game. You know, like in the movie “The Sting”, where they built a whole fake gambling joint?
In 1977, the Special Virus Program of the United States produced 15,000 gallons of AIDS. That’s international. That, my friends, is an Op.
See, Lieber’s only the next layer in the con. Covid-19 was surely produced in the tens of thousands of gallons, just as its predecessor AIDS was. That sort of hat kind of volume only comes out of a factory, not a newly-built lab full of Ph.D.'s. with pipettes.
Industrial quantities of weaponized virus, produced and released into the water supply simultaneously in all the nations on Earth. With this whole China-Harvard thing the planned, designed ruse to keep us distracted from that larger, wider Op.
But the thesis here is that the Chinese and Lieber all innocently bumbled. Despite their earnest, albeit secret efforts to make a helpful vaccine, they accidentally had it come out as the plague. And then, without pause, in what was only another accident, they released that plague upon the populace. And then the Feds arrested Lieber, for a reason that they profess is unrelated to his manufacturing of an unintentionally-lethal vaccine.
For those unaware, the previous cover story was “it moved across species when a bat in a lab puked and pissed on an unlucky researcher.”
What they now are saying happened: " Heroic-yet-secretive researchers accidentally released a puff of plague that they accidentally created while trying to save you from a different plague ."
What actually happened: 15,000 gallons of plague were released into the water supplies of all the nations.
I’ve never bought the airborne transmission model. Not with the Covid virus spreading with the speed that it has, with the strict methods used in all the nations to slow that spread. Masks, distancing, people sequestering themselves, et al. My wife, an M.D. and not a believer in many “conspiracy theories”, is with me on this one.
If I printed this article and taped it up every six feet in the four-block line to get into the Park Slope Food Co-Op, I don’t think many of the Coincidence Theorists in that line would be in any way moved. But that’s the way of programming. That’s the way of Black magic spells.
So I’m being circumspect, and writing this article for a subscriber list of around 30 people. There’s no cost for subscribing to my articles, by the way.
The folks in charge use a “strategy of tension” to control the populace, and they use the same technique to control their own Organization.
And sometimes, or most times, people at lower levels in the game don’t even know what’s coming. Double-crossing each other, down through the ages. Lee Harvey-Oswald was in the Organization, but didn’t know about the Op. He wasn’t in on it. That’s why he freaked out and vocally said he’d been set up, was the Patsy, the fall-guy. Before Jack Ruby gunned him down to shut him up.
While I think Lieber is in on the Op, and he’s only playing the fall guy. In that he’s not getting all upset, saying he’s been framed.
We’ll watch what happens to him, and that will tell us.
Summing up, this feels like a desperate rearguard action to me, which will soon turn to rout.
Their virus hasn’t even chipped the paint on humanity. I think their weaponized pathogen was supposed to be way deadlier than it turned out to be, and that’s just another one of the in-your-face moments that we are documenting within their now-certain demise.
I don’t think people are going to buy the lame excuses, anymore.

Conspiracy beliefs about the origin of HIV and the role of the government in the AIDS epidemic are prevalent, particularly in the African American community. Klonoff and Landrine (1999) found in a random door-to-door survey of African Americans in California that 27% of African Americans endorsed the belief that “HIV/AIDS is a man-made virus that the federal government made to kill and wipe out black people ”, and a further 23% were unsure. More recently, Bogart and Thorburn (2005) conducted a random telephone survey of African Americans living in the contiguous U.S. They found that “AIDS is a form of genocide against blacks”, (5-point Likert scale, strongly agree to strongly disagree) over 20% of men and 12% of women somewhat or strongly agreed; for the question “AIDS was produced in a government laboratory”, over 30% of men and 24% of women agreed.
Both studies note the history of the Tuskegee syphilis study (Jones, 1993) and its potential role in generating mistrust of the government with regard to treatment and racial discrimination and disparities in the health care system. These beliefs have potentially dangerous consequences for HIV prevention and AIDS treatment: Bogart and Thorburn note that HIV/AIDS conspiracy beliefs were significantly associated with negative condom attitudes and inconsistent condom use, and may represent a facet of negative attitudes toward condom use among black men.

Montagnier’s claims come at a time when the US has alleged the possibility of the virus originating in a lab in China. The theory that COVID-19 was created in a Chinese lab and “leaked” out to the world has been making the rounds since its outbreak in December 2019. President Donald Trump also fired a fresh salvo when he warned China of consequences if it was “knowingly responsible” for the virus. China has refuted these allegations.
