Essay: While breathing only through your mouth, explain how the police force in Cleveland, Ohio worked 51% harder during the first six months of 2022

“I am not the law, but I represent justice so far as my feeble powers go.”

― Sherlock Holmes, from “The Adventure of the Three Gables”, by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, 1926

THE DATA

From 1991 to 2020, the homicide rate in Japan decreased by 53%, from .51 per 100,000, to .24 per 100,000.

From 1991 to 2020, the homicide rate in the United States decreased by 34%, from 9.71 per 100,000 to 6.52 per 100,000.

The homicide rate is decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography because moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In 2021, gun assaults in the United States decreased by 6%.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state propaganda outlet crimeinamerica.net called the 6% decrease in gun assaults in the U.S. in 2021 "slight".

In 2021, homicides in the U.S. decreased by 2%.

Neither Crime in America or the Council on Criminal Justice offered any suggestion as to what had caused the sudden, exponential increase in gun violence in the United States in 2021. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

Neither Crime in America or the Council on Criminal Justice mentioned that that the exponential decreases in gun violence in the United States mapped against identical trends in other nations. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

From January through June 2022, arrests on weapons charges in Cleveland, Ohio decreased by 51%.

Cleveland Department of Police spokesperson Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia attributed the 51% decrease in arrests on weapons charges there in the first half of 2022 to “violent crime reduction teams that target hotspots”, “the hard work of officers” and “community and law enforcement partnerships”.

Neither Cleveland Department of Police spokesperson Sgr. Jennifer Ciaccia or cleveland.com’s John H. Tucker mentioned that that the exponential decreases in weapons charges in Cleveland mapped against identical trends in other cities across the United States, and the rest of the world. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

THE ARTICLES

In July 2022, crimeinamerica.net said "Big Increases in Crime In 2022-Homicides Decrease Slightly"

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the uncredited author omitted any mention of geography, to make the subject almost unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

For the record, it’s the United States.

And, for those late to the party, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.

Here, the uncredited Intelligence operative led with the false, general claim that there were “big” increases in crime in the United States in 2022, and followed it with the equally-general “homicides decrease slightly”.

As a propagandist, the curiously-uncredited author knows that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, these hedging generalities go a long way toward obfuscating a more critical awareness of the speed and scope of the exponential increase in crime that I’m documenting here.

It’s another example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The article goes on to say "Examining homicides in 23 cities that make data readily available, the study found that the number of murders in the first half of the year dipped by 2% compared to the first half of 2021 (a decrease of 54 homicides in those cities). Gun assaults also fell, by 6%, during the first six months of this year compared to the same timeframe last year, while overall aggravated assault counts rose 4%.

There’s a strict rule in journalism, where you list the highest number or percentage first, and then the rest in descending order. Here, the author put the larger 6% decrease in gun assaults below the smaller 2% decrease in homicides, in order to minimize and negate the former.

They said “fell” instead of “dropped” or “decreased” to soften it, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

They said “rose” instead of “increased” to weaken it, and also as an insider-wink to the Atonist Black Sun cult that’s ruled things in all the nations all the way back to Babylon and before.

All of that claptrap to avoid plainly stating that, in 2021, gun assaults in the United States decreased by 6%.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state propaganda outlet Crime in America called the 6% decrease in gun assaults in the U.S. in 2021 “slight”.

In 2021, homicides in the U.S. decreased by 2%.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientifica and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those many variants is “unusual”. That’s why the article goes on to say “This is the first major report on crime in 2022 which is unusual because there were endless reports from academic and private groups for crime in 2021.”

By “first major report”, the author is using a general Mil-speak cover for “generational Satanist”.

The curiously-uncredited Intelligence operative from the State propaganda organ “Crime in America” used the general meme “unusual” to hide the specific fact that the folks in charge have kept their literally-blood-drinking yaps shut for a full half year, while everyone else is discussing the sudden, exponential decrease in crime that’s taking place regardless of culture or national boundary. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling” or “slow-playing”.

For the record, the generational Satanist organization I’m taking to task is the Orwellianly-named “Council on Criminal Justice”.

In August 2022, cleveland.com said “Midyear Cleveland police report indicates decrease in violent crime, drop in arrests”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, author John H. Tucker omitted the name of the state, to make the subject far less unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

For the record, it’s Ohio.

John led with the general “decrease in violent crime” and "drop in arrests. As a propagandist, he knows that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, these hedging generalities go a long way toward obfuscating a more critical awareness of the speed and scope of the exponential increase in crime that I’m documenting here.

It’s another example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In journalistic parlance, he’s “buried” the specific statistics in the body text below.

The article goes on to say "Fewer 911 calls, fewer arrests and fewer guns seized. That’s the current snapshot of crime in Cleveland based on a midyear report published this week by the city’s Division of Police.

With “that’s the current snapshot”, you can hear the newsreaders tapping their papers against the desk at the end of the show…“and that’s the news for tonight, Jane.”

It’s a violent, direct command to your subconscious to stop reading. With, as a bonus, three more hedging generalities: “fewer 911 calls, fewer arrests, and fewer guns siezed”.

Can you see how cleveland.com’s John H. Tucker said "guns siezed ", to imply that crime had dropped because criminals had run out of guns to commit them with? And then John pointedly avoided saying anything about decreasing gun violence and murder. In propaganda terms, it’s called “misdirection”.

The article goes on to say "Arrests on weapons charges are down 51 percent compared to the first six months of last year, and 49 percent fewer guns were confiscated.

There have also been 32 percent fewer arrests on drug charges, and 29 percent fewer arrests for grand theft of motor vehicles."

That’s a lot of hot air, to avoid directly stating "From January through June 2022, arrests on weapons charges in Cleveland, Ohio decreased by 51%.

Where Cleveland.com’s John H. Tucker pointedly avoided saying anything about decreasing gun violence and murder. In propaganda terms, it’s called “misdirection”.

Here’s cleveland.com author John H. Tucker’s picture, wearing a Satanic purple blazer, in front of a Satanic green “Tree of Life” background:

He figured the rubes would never notice the coded visual imagery.

I have included his photograph so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of marginal influence looks like.

He and his co-conspirators are all related to one another through the maternal bloodline. They comprise between twenty and thirty percent of the populace, and are hiding in plain sight in every city, town and village on Earth.

It’s how the few have controlled the many all the way back to Babylon, and before.

But they say that the hardest part of solving a problem is recognizing that you have one.

Don Croft used to say “Parasites fear exposure above all else”.

The article goes on to say "The drop in arrests is partially attributable to violent crime reduction teams that target hotspots and were planted in each district and across the city during the pandemic, according to CDP spokesperson Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia.

The hard work of officers along with our community and law enforcement partnerships are paying dividends,’ she said in an email."

She’s used three consecutive bullshit plausible-deniability excuses to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader a smorgasbord to choose from.

As a propagandist, Jennifer knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

Essay: While breathing only through your mouth, explain how the police force in Cleveland, Ohio worked 51% harder during the first six months of 2022.

A current article on macrotrends.net is entitled “Japan Crime Rate & Statistics 1990-2022”.

Can you see how, despite the fact that the article documents exponentially decreasing crime in Japan, the headline is written only-generally, so that the reader cannot discern that fact?

That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In it, we learn that, in 1991, the homicide rate in Japan was .51 per 100,000.

And that, in 2020, the homicide rate in Japan was .24 per 100,000.

I had to do the math to learn that, from 1991 to 2020, the homicide rate in Japan decreased by 53%, from .51 per 100,000, to .24 per 100,000.

The Department of Justice lists the homicide rate in the U.S. in 1991 as 9.71.

The Department of Justice lists the homicide rate in the U.S. in 2020 as 6.52.
