Hi
Earlier today I was feeling wiped out and tired. Strangely not enough to have a proper nap – more of a lie down and sort of space-out rather than a much needed sleep.
Given comments and opinions in last nights chat session I decided to give it a boost and then was clear headed, and not tired shortly there after.
Has anyone noticed this and tried it? I though it may have been down to not eating enough protein during the day but I do really wonder now.
Compare observations and effects anyone?
