THE DATA
From 2009 to 2019, the prison population in Iowa decreased by 1.5% , from 7,414 to 7,305.
From 2012 to 2021, the number of prisoners in Massachusetts decreased by 42% , from 11,723 to 6,848. Metro West Daily New’s Allison Walpole omitted the percentage, and said only-generally that it was down, and that it was "the lowest in 35 years ", to avoid plainly stating “the lowest in history”.
From 2013 to 2022, returns to prison in Iowa decreased by 22.9%, from 1,530 to 1,180.
From 2013 to 2022, parole returns to prison in Iowa decreased by 23.4%, from 855 to 655.
From 2013 to 2022, Iowa’s prison admissions decreased by 20.9%, from 3,618 to 2,861. The uncredited author from the state of Iowa said "They were on an upward trajectory until the pandemic hit, but have not yet recovered to pre‐pandemic levels.
We’re fortunate in that we’re in the midst of a scholarly article on the subject, so we already learned that the prison population in Iowa decreased by 1.5% from 2009 to 2019, from 7,414 to 7,305. And, so, thus, the state of Iowa is lying bald-facedly about the only-generally-described “upward trajectory until the pandemic hit”. I have exposed their duplicity by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.
From 2015 to 2022, Philadelphia, PA’s prison population decreased by 43.8% . The uncredited author from phila.gov didn’t offer any suggestion as to how or why the sudden, gigantic decrease in Philadelphia’s prison population had taken place. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.
From 2015 to 2021, juveniles in prison in Massachusetts decreased by 76% , from 366 to 86.
Executive Director for Citizens for Juvenile Justice Leon Smith omitted the percentage, and said it was “astounding how much” juvenile incarceration had decreased “in the last fifteen years”, in reference to the six years of data under discussion.
Metro West Daily News’ Allison Pirog also withheld the percentage, describing it only-generally as “down from 2015”, and said that “there’s room to improve”.
Neither Leon nor Allison offered any suggestion as to what might have caused the sudden, gigantic, historically unprecedented decrease in incarceration in Massachusetts. Those are examples of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.
In 2019, the prison population in the United States decreased by 15%, year-over-year.
In the summer of 2020, the prison population in the United States decreased by 25%, year-over-year.
Prisonpolicy.org authors Wendy Sawyer and Peter Wagner described the gigantic, historically-unprecedented decreases in incarceration as “significant”, and said that they were caused by “pandemic-related slowdowns in the criminal legal system”.
It’s the same “the Covid did it/upward trajectory” lie that the state of Iowa used in the example we studied previously. These are mapping examples of what is known as “horizontal propaganda”.
In the summer of 2020, the 25% year-over-year decrease in the prison population in the United States was 67% greater than its 15% year-over-year decrease in 2019.
The great positive societal change is increasing exponentially, going forward in time.
THE ARTICLES
In 2018, humanrights.iowa.gov published “Iowa Prison Population Forecast FY 2018-FY 2028”.
Where despite getting paid U.S. tax dollars to write about prisons, author S Fineran wrote the headline in such a way that it cannot be discerned that the article is about exponentially decreasing rates of imprisonment in Iowa. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.author S Fineran
In journalistic parlance, the author “buried” this in the body text below:
"Compared to FY 2017, in FY 2018, total prison new admissions decreased (Appendix II, Table 4).
by approximately 17 inmates."
Where S Fineran put forward the only-general "decreased by approximately 17 inmates, and, in journalistic parlance, “buried” the data in a separate table. Spectactularly, Appendix II, Table 4 is on page 28.
If just 30% of readers make it to the body text, what percentage do you think make it to the appendix on page 28…and then do the math? For grade school children in the future, asking the average reader in 2018 to do such a thing would be like asking someone from 1900 to recite the Bible from memory.
But, when I got there at last, I found data that was very helpful.
From 2009 to 2019, the prison population in Iowa decreased by 1.5%, from 7,414 to 7,305. We’ll get back to this in a moment, rest assured!
In 2022, humanrights.iowa.gov published “The Correctional Policy Project”.
Where, getting paid U.S. tax dollars to write about prisons, and having advanced degrees, first author Mindi TenNepel, Ph.D. omitted the words “Iowa” and “Prison”, along with the dates 2022 and 2023 which are the subject of the article, all to make the subject completely unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
She wrote the headline in such a way that it cannot be discerned that the article is about exponentially decreasing rates of imprisonment in Iowa.
In journalistic parlance, Mindi carefully “buried” this in the body text below:

I’ve included Mindi TenNepel’s photograph so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of marginal influence looks like.

March 14, 2022, prisonpolicy.org published “Mass Incarceration: The Whole Pie 2022”.
Where despite getting paid cash money write about prisons, authors Wendy Sawyer and Peter Wagner redacted the word “prison” and replaced it with “incarceration”, to make the subject far less searchable. They wrote the headline in such a way that it cannot be discerned that the article is about rates of imprisonment that are decreasing exponentially regardless of geography.
It’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
In journalistic parlance, they carefully “buried” this in the body four paragraphs down:
“In the first year of the pandemic, we saw significant reductions in prison and jail populations: the number of people in prisons dropped by 15% during 2020, and jail populations fell even faster, down 25% by the summer of 2020”.
In 2019, the prison population in the United States decreased by 15%, year-over-year.
In the summer of 2020, the prison population in the United States decreased by 25%, year-over-year.

The article goes on to say:
“And as the criminal legal system has returned to “business as usual,” prison and jail populations have already begun to rebound to pre-pandemic levels.”
Spectacularly, despite getting paid cash money to write about prisons for a living, Wendy couldn’t manage to provide any statistics to back up that general assertion.
Here’s Peter Wagner’s picture, where he’s making a purportedly-secret Masonic “gesture of recognition”:
(Peter Wagner)
Did you notice how the image is constructed so that Peter’s left eye is the focal point? That’s because, to followers of the Left-hand path like Peter, the left eye is the “eye of Will” or “the eye of Horus”.
He figured that the rubes would never notice the coded visual imagery.
‘The right eye is the Eye of Ra and the left is the Eye of Horus’.”
From “Freemasonry - Religion And Belief - The 3rd Temple”
Facebook: “Welcome to the Left-Hand-Path-Network, where Satanism is not about worship, but it’s study.”
In the image of Peter Wagner immediately above, look at his left hand. Now, look at Christopher Columbus’ left hand in this posthumous portrait from 1519:
(Christopher Columbus, posthumous portrait, 1519)
They’re making the same hand gesture, with their left hands.
Did you notice how the image is slightly off-center to the left, so that Christopher’s left eye is the focal point? That’s because, to followers of the Left-hand path like Christopher Coumbus, the left eye is the “eye of Will” or “the eye of Horus”.
Same Illuminist shit, different century, I’m afraid.
I’ve included Peter Wagner’s photograph so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist Freemason in a position of marginal influence looks like.

On May 23, 2022, metrowestdailynews.com said “Mass. has lowest incarceration rate in 35 years. Experts say there’s room to improve”.
Room to improve on the lowest incarceration rate in memory, I see.
Did you notice that “lowest incarceration rate in 35 years” is general?
Boston University Statehouse Program’s Allison Pirog “buried” this in the body text below:
“The number of prisoners in Department of Correction facilities has decreased from 11,723 in 2012 to 6,848 in 2021, according to the department’s 2020 annual report. With its lowest incarceration rate in 35 years, the state announced last month that it would phase out its housing operations at the maximum-security MCI-Cedar Junction in Walpole.”
Can you see how Allison provided data from 2012 to 2021? That’s to give the illusion that the decrease has occurred steadily over time. She’s redacted any information about 2020 to 2021, to cut off the steepest decrease at the end of the bell curve. It’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
She figured that the rubes would never notice the sleight-of-hand.
As a bonus, she lied bald-facedly and said “in 35 years”, to avoid writing the painful, game-over truth of “lowest in history”. Had her claim been factual, as an honest, competent journalist and scholar of incarceration she’d have followed it up with a demarcation of what that lowest number was, and the specific year in which it had occurred. Her omission of that data exposes her falsehood. Remember, she’s getting paid cash money by Metro West Daily News, and is enrolled in Boston University’s “Statehouse Program”.
From 2012 to 2021, the number of prisoners in Massachusetts decreased by 42%, from 11,723 to 6,848. Metro West Daily New’s Allison Walpole omitted the percentage, and said only-generally that it was “the lowest in 35 years”, to avoid plainly stating “the lowest in history”.
The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those many variants is “astounded”. That’s why the article goes on to say “Leon Smith, executive director of Citizens for Juvenile Justice, which advocates for improvements in the juvenile justice system. Smith said it is “astounding” how much decarceration has occurred on the juvenile level in the last 15 years. The Department of Youth Services had 89 first-time commitments in 2021, down from 366 in 2015, according to state data.”
Where Leon Smith bravely tries to “compartmentalize” the gigantic, historically unprecedented decrease in crime merely to juveniles. While Leon professes to be “astounded”, he doesn’t offer any suggestion as to why or how the sudden, epochal decrease in crime among the juvenile’s he’s paid cash money to better the lives of. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
Did you notice how he walked the six years of data from 2015 to 2021 back to “in the last 15 years”? That is, in turn, to distract from the steepest decrease in the bell curve, from 2020 to 2021, which goes carefully unmentioned. Leon also redacted the unspoken, epochal 76% decrease in juvenile crime back to the general “how much decarceration has occurred”.
Please know that Leon is not smart enough to actually think of all this…he’s reading the script he’s been given by the Ministry of Truth. Same thing with Allison.
From 2015 to 2021, juveniles in prison in Massachusetts decreased by 76%, from 366 to 89.
Here’s Leon Smith’s picture, wearing a Satanic purple tie, making a purportedly-secret Masonic "gesture of recognition:

For those unaware, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.
In jouranlistic parlance, this is “buried” in the body text below:
