Where author Cole Behrens wrote “falls from record high" because, as a propagandist, they know that seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and their hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the exponential decrease in homicides that he’s attempting to obfuscate.
