Where “sets world record” and “wheat, barley yields” are both general.
Did you notice how they gymnastically separate the plainspoken “yield world records” into the tortuous “world records with wheat, barley yields”?
That is an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”…it makes the story less searchable, and also more painful to read, which is a cue to the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader to stop reading immediately.
The article goes on to say “Records for Mr Lamyman, of Lamyman Worlaby Farms at Louth, came from a wheat crop which yielded 17.96t/ha, and a barley crop which weighed in at 16.2t/ha.”
There’s no mention of what the previous records were, or the margin between the old records and the new, or who set them, or when they were set.
