From 2021 to 2023, fatal overdoses in Cayuga County, New York decreased by an annual average of 30.5%.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from Cayuga County did not offer any suggestion as to why the sudden, exponential decreases in overdoses had taken place.

That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

From 2021 to 2022, unintentional drug overdose deaths in Ohio decreased by 5%, from 5,174 to 4,915.

From October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 to October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, opioid-related overdose deaths in Massachusetts decreased by .3%, from 2,331 to 2,323.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state of Massachusetts referred to the decrease as "slight", and offered no suggestion as to why it might have taken place.

The latter is an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

From 2022 to 2023, overdoses in Cayuga County, New York decreased by 41%, to 163.

From 2022 to 2023, the 41% decrease in overdoses in Cayuga County, New York was 34.4% greater than the 30.5% (average) decrease in fatal overdoses there from 2021 to 2022.

The great positive societal change is increasing, going forward in time.

That’s because the health of the ether is inexorably improving, and moral and mental health vary directly with that of the ether.

In 2023, there were 163 overdoses in Cayuga County, New York.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state propaganda organ known as cayugacounty.us described it as "below 200".

In the first three months of 2023, drug overdose deaths in Mississippi decreased by 8.7%.

The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Col. Steven Maxwell said that it was because of "legislative changes that pushed for the access of the opioid-reversal drug Naloxone."

THE ARTICLES

OCTOBER 2023

On October 30, 2023, wlbt.com said “Mississippi sees a decrease in drug overdose deaths”.

Where author Holly Emery said “decrease” because it is general. As a propagandist, she knows that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and her technique goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the specific magnitude of the decrease in drug overdose deaths which she is attempting to obfuscate.

Holly said “sees a decrease” to walk it back a step from Mississippi experiencing it.

The article goes on to say “According to the Mississippi Prescription Monitoring Program, there was an 8.7% decrease in drug overdose deaths in the first three months of 2022 compared to 2023. Col. Steven Maxwell with the MS Bureau of Narcotics says legislative changes that pushed for the access of the opioid-reversal drug Naloxone, also known as NARCAN, is a big part of why that’s happened.”

In the first three months of 2023, drug overdose deaths in Mississippi decreased by 8.7%.

The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Col. Steven Maxwell said that it was because of “legislative changes that pushed for the access of the opioid-reversal drug Naloxone.”

Here’s a picture of Col. Steven Maxwell, against a Satanic purple background, making a purportedly-secret Masonic “gesture of recognition”:

For any Coincidence theorists lingering in the readership, here’s a picture from an Anti-Masonic almanac from 1831 depicting a generational Satanist Freemason of the time using the same purpotedly-secret “gesture of recognition” which Col. Steven Maxwell is in the photo immediately above:

I have included Col. Steven Maxwell’s picture so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist Freemason in a position of marginal influence looks like.

He figured that the rubes would never notice the coded visual imagery.

They are all related to one another through the maternal bloodline. They comprise roughly twenty percent of the populace, and are hiding in plain sight in every city, town and village on Earth.

It’s how the few have controlled the many all the way back to Babylon, and before.

But they say that the hardest part of solving a problem is recognizing that you have one.

Don Croft used to say “Parasites fear exposure above all else”.

DECEMBER 2023

On December 13, 2023, mass.gov published “Massachusetts public health officials release latest opioid-related overdose reports”.

Where the uncredited author from the government of Massachusetts wrote the headline in a completely general way, so that it cannot be discerned that the article is, in fact, about decrease opioid overdoses.

As a propagandist, they know that seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and that their hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the decrease rate of opioid overdoses which they are attempting to obfuscate.

They tacked “reports” on the end of the headline to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but those Massachusetts health officials will report anything!”, or, “oh, but that was just one report!”

As a propagandist, they know that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

The article goes on to say "Opioid-related overdose deaths in Massachusetts decreased slightly in the 12-month period ending September 30, 2023, compared to the same period last year, according to preliminary data released today by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH). Between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023, there were 2,323 confirmed and estimated opioid-related overdose deaths, eight fewer than the same time last year.

From October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 to October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, opioid-related overdose deaths in Massachusetts decreased by .3%, from 2,331 to 2,323. The uncredited author from the state of Massachusetts referred to the decrease as "slight".

DECEMBER 2023

On December 15, 2023, odh.ohio.gov said “Report: Unintentional Drug Overdose Deaths Fell 5% in 2022”.

Where the uncredited author from the state of Ohio said “fell” because it is softer than “dropped” or “decreased”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

As a propagandist, they know that sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and their technique goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the specific magnitude of the decrease in overdose deaths which they are attempting to obfuscate.

For those unaware, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state of Ohio tacked “report” on the front end of the headline to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but someone must have reported that incorrectly!” or “oh, but that’s just one report!”

The propagandist knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, non matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

Did you notice how, under the false guise of familiarity, the headline omits any mention of geography?

That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The article goes on to say “Ohio’s 4,915 unintentional drug overdose deaths in 2022 follows the state’s record total 5,174 unintentional drug overdose deaths in 2021.”

From 2021 to 2022, unintentional drug overdose deaths in Ohio decreased by 5%, from 5,174 to 4,915.

JANAUARY 2024

On January 4, 2024, cayugacounty.us said “Cayuga County sees decline in suspected overdoses in 2023”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the uncredited author omitted the name of the state, to make the subject far less searchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The uncredited author from Cayuga County said “decline” because it’s general, and because it’s softer than “dropped” or “decreased”. Declines are gradual.

As a propagandist, the curiously-uncredited author knows that seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and that their hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the decrease rate of opioid overdoses which they are attempting to obfuscate.

For those unaware, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state propaganda organ known as cayugacounty.us said “sees decline” to walk it back a step from Cayuga County actually experiencing it.

For those keeping score, it’s precisely the same technique used by wlbt.com’s Holly Emery in October 2023, with “Mississippi sees a decrease in drug overdose deaths”.

Those are examples of what is known as “horizontal propaganda” or “integration propaganda”.

“Horizontal propaganda thus is very hard to make (particularly because it needs so many instructors), but it is exceptionally efficient through its meticulous encirclement of everybody, through the effective participation of all present, and through their public declarations of adherence. It is peculiarly a system that seems to coincide perfectly with egalitarian societies claiming to be based on the will of the people and calling themselves democratic: each group is composed of persons who are alike, and one actually can formulate the will of such a group. But all this is ultimately much more stringent and totalitarian than explosive propaganda. Thanks to this system Mao has succeeded in passing from subversive propaganda to integration propaganda.”

― From “Propaganda: the Formation of Men’s Attitudes”, by Jacques Ellul, 1973

Did you notice that the person who invented horizontal propaganda is from China?

Then the uncredited Intelligence operative from Cayuga County, New York walked overdoses back to merely “suspected overdoses”.

The people who do this sort of stuff for a living proudly call it “tradecraft”.

The article goes on to say “Cayuga County reported a significant decrease in suspected overdoses in 2023, with figures dropping below 200 for the first time in recent years. The county’s overdose dashboard revealed a total of 163 suspected overdoses last year (updated since this article was published), including 7 fatalities. This signifies a 41% reduction in non-fatal overdoses and a 61% decrease in fatal overdoses since the height of the pandemic in 2021. In 2023 for the first time in recent years, overdoses and overdose fatalities were below pre-pandemic levels.”

In 2023, there were 163 overdoses in Cayuga County, New York.

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the state propaganda organ known as cayugacounty.us described it as "below 200".

From 2022 to 2023, overdoses in Cayuga County, New York decreased by 41%, to 163.

From 2021 to 2023, fatal overdoses in Cayuga County, New York decreased by 61%.

From 2021 to 2021, fatal overdoses in Cayuga County, New York decreased by an annual average of 30.5%.
