“Do you feel a creeping, shrinking sensation, Watson, when you stand before the serpents in the Zoo and see the slithery, gliding, venomous creatures, with their deadly eyes and wicked, flattened faces? Well, that’s how Milverton impresses me.”
Sherlock Holmes, from “The Adventures of Charles Augustus Milverton”, 1904
From 2001 to 2018, added sugar intake among adults aged 19 to 50 in the U.S. decreased by 22%, from 16.2% to 12.7%. Author Loretta DiFrancesco omitted the percentage, and described it only-generally as “decreased significantly”. She said it was because “the increasing public health focus on reducing added sugars intake”.
From 2021 to 2023, sugar consumption in China decreased by 39%, from 6.57 million tons to 4 million tons. The analyst Czarnikow said it was because of “measures to combat COVID-19 and lower economic growth.”
They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that awareness is inexorably rising, along with the health of the ether.
Regardless of culture or national boundary, the populace has recognized that sugar is deadly, and will never “unlearn” it.
Moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.
SUGAR IS DEADLY, THE DATA
Consumption of sugar is accompanied by a 720%, or more than eightfold increase in psychological distress.
The 167% increase in cardiovascular disease mortality among whites who consumed the most sugar compared to whites who consumed the least sugar is 675% greater than the 29% decrease in cardiovascular disease mortality among blacks who consume the most sugar, compared to blacks who consume the least sugar. First author Quanhe Yang, Ph.D. described it as "marginally significant ".
Sugar is far, far more deadly to the Neanderthal race, the Caucasian race, the white race, than it is to the black race. In fact, sugar has a palliative effect on the black race. Why?
The 195% increase in mortality among women who consumed the most sugar, versus those who consumed the least, is 473% greater, or over five times greater than the 34% increase in same among men.
Sugar’s deadly effect is over five times as great among women as it is among men. Why?
Consumption of sugar is accompanied by a 421%, or well more than fivefold increase in severe psychological distress.
Consumption of sugar is accompanied by a 300% increase in, or quadrupling of moderate psychological distress.
When combined with a “healthy eating index” in the top 50%, the highest level of sugar consumption was accompanied by a 196% increase in cardiovascular mortality, compared to those with the highest level of sugar consumption who did not have a healthy eating index.
That’s because the USDA’s Orwellianly-named “healthy eating index”, the foods that are the worst for you (whole grains, refined grains, dairy, sodium, added sugars, saturated fats, and fatty acids) all have a score of 10, while the foods that are the best for you (fruits, vegetables, greens and beans, total protein foods, and seafood and plant proteins) all have a score of 5. In this Satanically-inverted world, the highest numerical score “wins”, is judged "the healthiest”.
Women who consumed the most sugar have a cardiovascular disease mortality rate that is 195% greater, or almost triple those who consumed the least sugar.
When combined with high physical activity, the highest level of sugar consumption is accompanied by a 112% increase, or more than doubling of cardiovascular disease mortality, versus those with high activity who consumed the least sugar (196% vs. 80%).
When combined with high physical activity, the highest sugar consumption is accompanied by a 107% increase, or a doubling in cardiovascular disease mortality, compared to those with the highest sugar consumption who have low physical activity (112% vs. 54%).
What is the mechanism by which high physical activity significantly increases cardiovascular disease mortality among those who consume the most sugar, versus those with low physical activity who consume the same excessive amount of sugar?
In Jordan, consumption of 5 or more portions of chocolate per week was accompanied by a 93% increase in cancer.
In Jordan, consumption of 1 to 2 portions of cake per week was accompanied by a 75% increase in cancer.
In Jordan, consumption of 1 to 2 portions of chocolate per week was accompanied by a 54% increase in cancer.
Soda consumption is accompanied by a 49% increase in psychological distress.
Consumption of fruit drinks is accompanied by a 46% increase in psychological distress.
Consumption of more than four cans of fruit punch per day is accompanied by a 38% increase in depression.
Men who consumed the most sugar have a cardiovascular disease mortality rate that is 34% greater than that of those who consumed the least sugar.
Soda consumption is accompanied by a 26% increase in severe psychological distress.
Fruit drink consumption is accompanied by a 26% increase in moderate psychological distress.
Soda consumption is accompanied by a 23% increase in moderate psychological distress.
Consumption of ice cream is associated with a 22% increase in psychological distress.
Consumption of fruit drinks is accompanied by a 20% increase in severe psychological distress.
Consumption of cake is associated with a 15% increase in severe psychological distress.
Consumption of ice cream is associated with a 15% increase in severe psychological distress.
The 15% increases in severe psychological dresses among those who consumed caked and those who consumed ice cream were identical.
That’s why everybody gets cake and ice cream on their birthday.

Consumption of free sugar is associated with a 10% increase in strokes.
Consumption of free sugar is associated with a 7% increase in cardiovascular disease.
Consumption of ice cream is associated with a 7% increase in moderate psychological distress.
Consumption of more than two sugary drinks a day of any type—soda, fruit juice, and other soft drinks—or more than three per week of soda alone have multiple signs of accelerated brain aging, including smaller overall brain volume, poorer episodic memory, and a shrunken hippocampus , all risk factors for early-stage Alzheimer’s disease.
Vegetables, fruits, water and milk are all negatively associated with moderate and severe psychological distress.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 21% decrease in moderate psychological distress
Consumption of water is accompanied by a 33% decrease in moderate psychological distress.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 37% decrease in severe psychological distress.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 56% decrease in psychological distress.
Water consumption is accompanied by a 70% decrease in psychological distress.
DECREASING SUGAR CONSUMPTION, THE DATA
From 2001 to 2018, added sugar intake among adults aged 19 to 50 in the U.S. decreased by 22% , from 16.2% to 12.7%. Author Loretta DiFrancesco omitted the percentage, and described it only-generally as "decreased significantly ".
She said it was because “the increasing public health focus on reducing added sugars intake”.
From 2021 to 2023, sugar consumption in China decreased by 39%, from 6.57 million tons to 4 million tons.
From 2021 to 2022, sugar consumption in China decreased by 32%, from 6.57 million tons to 4.47 million tons.
From 2022 to 2023, sugar consumption in China decreased by 11%, from 4.47 million tons to 4 million tons.
The analyst Czarnikow said it was because of “measures to combat COVID-19 and lower economic growth.”
THE ARTICLES
On August 18, 2022, frontiersin.com said “Trends in added sugars intake and sources among U.S. adults using the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2001–2018”
Where author Loretta DiFrancesco wrote the headline in a completely general way, where the reader cannot discern that the article is about exponentially-decreasing sugar consumption.
That’s because, as a propagandist, she knows that seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and her hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of exponential scope of the decrease in suger consumption which she is attempting to obfuscate.
The article goes on to say “From 2001 to 2018, added sugars intake (% kcal) decreased significantly (P < 0.01), from 16.2 to 12.7% among younger adults (19–50 years), mainly due to declines in added sugars from sweetened beverages, which remained the top source.”
Can you see how Loretta provided the numbers, but used the general “decreased significantly” to obfuscate the far more impactful percentage decrease which I was forced to do the math to learn?
That’s a example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
From 2001 to 2018, added sugar intake among adults aged 19 to 50 in the U.S. decreased by 22%, from 16.2% to 12.7%. Author Loretta DiFrancesco omitted the percentage, and described it only-generally as “decreased significantly”.
The article goes on to say “Declines in added sugars intake were similar among Black and White individuals, and all income, physical activity and body weight groups. Population-wide reductions in added sugars intake among younger adults over an 18 year time span coincide with the increasing public health focus on reducing added sugars intake. With the updated Nutrition Facts label now displaying added sugars content, it remains to be seen how added sugars intake trends carry forward in the future.”
On November 2, 2022, reuters.com said “China’s 2022 sugar consumption heading to lowest in 9 years”.
Where the uncredited author said “lowest in 9 years”, which is absolutely meaningless. That’s because, as a propagandist, they know that seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, and their hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of exponential scope of the decrease in suger consumption which they are attempting to obfuscate.
As a bonus, they said “heading to lowest in 9 years”, to walk it back a step, and imply it hadn’t gotten there, yet, and might never get there.
Say what you will about our literally-blood-drinking Illuminist friends, there is literally no quit in them.
For those unaware, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.
The uncredited Intelligence operative from the State propaganda organ known as Reuters goes on to say:
"For those The last time China used less than 15 million tonnes of sugar in a year was 2013, the report said, adding that sugar production and imports combined are expected to fall 2.1 million tonnes in 2022 versus 2021.
Stocks at local sugar producers are also high as sales of the sweetener fell."
Bravely, brazenly, the propagandist drones on, replacing any specific data with the hedging generalities “fall” and “fell”.
They did that because “fall” and “fell” are softer than “drop” or “decrease”, but mostly as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.
(The fall of Lucifer, from Paradist Lost, by John Milton, 1667)
They said “production and imports combined” as a gymnastic, Mil-speak replacement for “consumption”.
As a result of the weak demand, imports of raw sugar by Chinese refiners fell to the lowest level since 2019, projected at 4.47 million tonnes in 2022. Czarnikow sees even lower imports in 2023 at 4 million tonnes as stocks will remain high."
Under the false guise of being instructive, the propagandist said “fell to the lowest level since 2019” and “even lower” which both carefully omit any specific data that would provide a picture of the scope of the exponential decrease in sugar consumption which they are attempting to obfuscate.
As a bonus, they repeated the meme “fell”, because “fell” is softer than “drop” or “decrease”, but mostly as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

Say what you will about our literally-blood-drinking Illuminist friends, there is literally no quit in them.
So, I had to do the math, again and again, to learn:
From 2021 to 2023, sugar consumption in China decreased by 39%, from 6.57 million tons to 4 million tons.
From 2021 to 2022, sugar consumption in China decreased by 32%, from 6.57 million tons to 4.47 million tons.
From 2022 to 2023, sugar consumption in China decreased by 11%, from 4.47 million tons to 4 million tons.

On February 14, 2023, the journal BMC Medicine published “Associations between types and sources of dietary carbohydrates and cardiovascular disease risk: a prospective cohort study of UK Biobank participants.”
Where, despite being a scientist by trade, and published in a major scientific journal, author Rebecca K. Kelly wrote the title in a way where it is impossible to discern that the study documents that sugar drives exponential increases in cardiovascular disease.
It’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
The extent of the Satanic inversion is made complete when goes down into the study to read “Total carbohydrate intake was not associated with CVD outcomes.”
We can see how the carbohydrates in the title are not the problem, as falsely albeit queasily inferred. We read on to learn:
“Free sugar intake was positively associated with total CVD (HR; 95% CI per 5% of energy, 1.07;1.03–1.10), IHD (1.06;1.02–1.10), and stroke (1.10;1.04–1.17).”
Free sugar intake increases strokes by 10%.
Free sugar intake increases cardiovascular disease by 7%.
Here’s Rebekka K. Kelly’s picture, in a Satanic green blouse:

(Rebecca K. Kelly, who entitled a study which showed no connection between carbohydrates and cardiovascular disease “Associations between types and sources of dietary carbohydrates and cardiovascular disease risk”, and omitted “sugar”, the actual driver.)
I have included Rebecca’s photograph so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist Freemason in a position of marginal influence looks like.
She figured that the rubes would never notice the coded visual imagery.
They are all related to one another through the maternal bloodline. They comprise between twenty and thirty percent of the populace, and are hiding in plain sight in every city, town and village on Earth. It’s how the few have controlled the many all the way back to Babylon, and before.
But they say that the hardest part of solving a problem is recognizing that you have one.
