From January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2021, robberies in Farmington, New Mexico decreased by 20%

We reached Jargeau and began business at once. Joan sent forward a heavy force which hurled itself against the outworks in handsome style, and gained a footing and fought hard to keep it; but it presently began to fall back before a sortie from the city. Seeing this, Joan raised her battle-cry and led a new assault herself under a furious artillery fire. The Paladin was struck down at her side wounded, but she snatched her standard from his failing hand and plunged on through the ruck of flying missiles, cheering her men with encouraging cries; and then for a good time one had turmoil, and clash of steel, and collision and confusion of struggling multitudes, and the hoarse bellowing of the guns; and then the hiding of it all under a rolling firmament of smoke - a firmament through which veiled vacancies appeared for a moment now and then, giving fitful dim glimpses of the wild tragedy enacting beyond; and always at these times one caught sight of that slight figure in white mail which was the center and soul of our hope and trust, and whenever we saw that, with its back to us and its face to the fight, we knew that all was well. At last a great shout went up - a joyous roar of shoutings, in fact - and that was sign sufficient that the farbourgs were ours.

THE DATA, AND THE BULLSHIT PLAUSIBLE-DENIABILITY EXCUSES REFUTING IT

From January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2021, robberies in Farmington, New Mexico decreased by 20%.

Police Chief Steve Hebbe, who purports to love him some law enforcement like it is actually his job, attributed the historically-unprecedented decrease in crime on his beat to “ ‘One thing that can have a significant impact on statistics is the number of officers you have. If you have more officers on patrol, they’re making more contacts and driving up your calls for service. If your numbers are lower, your calls for service are lower,’

In 2021, violent crime in Germany decreased by 7%.

In 2021, crime in Germany decreased by 5%.

The inexplicably-unnamed author from the Associated Press, one of the world’s largest News organizations, offered no suggestion whatsoever as to what caused the sudden, exponential decreases in violence and crime in Germany in 2021. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

THE ARTICLES

In January 2022, fpd.com said “Farmington crime stats show a decrease in violent and property crimes”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, the uncredited author omitted “New Mexico”, to make the subject almost unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Any time an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence asset.

The for-some-reason unnamed author used the general “decrease in violent and property crimes” because they know that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, the technique goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the wider trend I’m documenting here, namely, that crime is decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography.

The author tacked “stats show” on the front end of the headline to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but those Farmington police can make statistics show anything!”

The propagandist knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

Before presenting the statistics, however, the Agent writing the article averred:

“ ‘One thing that can have a significant impact on statistics is the number of officers you have. If you have more officers on patrol, they’re making more contacts and driving up your calls for service. If your numbers are lower, your calls for service are lower,’ explained Police Chief Steve Hebbe."

That’s what’s known in the Intelligence trade as a bullshit plausible-deniability excuse. Despite falsely purporting to love him some law enforcement like it is, in fact, his job, Chief Hebbe has put it forward at the local level to keep your eye off the wider trend I’m documenting here, namely, that crime is decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography.

“Chief Hebbe next spoke about the violent crime stats and the 20% decrease in the number of robberies reported.”

Did you notice the sleight-of-hand by which the uncredited author provided a statistic for robberies, but omitted one for violent crime? The article goes on to provide statistics for shoplifting and burglary, but violent crimes are omitted. That’s an example of what is referred to in journalism as a “news blackout”.

They put “spoke about the stats” in front of the staggering statistic to cue the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, that Chief Hebbe can make those statistics say anything!”

From January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2021, robberies in Farmington, New Mexico decreased by 20%.

In April 2022, stripes.com published the Associated Press article “Overall crime down in Germany, but child porn, cybercrime up”.

Crime down, crime up, I’m so confused and ensheepled!

They used the general “crime down in Germany” because they know that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, the technique goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the wider trend I’m documenting here, namely, that crime is decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography.

The inexplicably-uncredited author of the article from one of the world’s largest News organizations said “The distribution of child pornography in Germany more than doubled last year, going up 108.8% in 2021 compared to the year before, officials told a news conference on the country’s annual crime statistics report.”

Whenever an author is uncredited, it is proof that they are, in fact, an Intelligence asset.

Did you notice that there’s no mention as to whom, precisely, was doing the more-than-doubled distribution? That’s because it’s coming out of a department in the Ministry of Truth right next to the one cranking out hit pieces like the one I’m taking to shreds right now.

Then, buried nine…paragraphs…down, we at last get to “Overall, Germany has seen a decline of crime since 2017. In 2021, 5,047,860 criminal offenses were recorded, a decrease of 4.9% compared to the previous year.”

The author used the word “decline” because it’s softer than “dropped” or “decreased”, and because it echoes the word “recline”. Declines are gradual. While a 5% decrease in crime in one year is monumental, quantum, epochal.

The use of the word “decline” to blunt the impact of the epochal 5% decrease is an example of what journalists refer to as “spin”.

That’s followed by “In violent crime, the number of cases fell 6.8% to 164,646”. It’s the very…last…paragraph in the article. In journalistic parlance, that’s referred to as “burying it”.

As a bonus, there’s a strict rule in journalism, where you list the highest number or percentage first, and then the rest in descending order. Here, the inexplicably-unnamed author has Satanically inverted it, to draw attention away from the even-more-epochal 7% decrease in violent crime.

In March 2022, abc4.com said “Violent crime is down in SLC in 2022”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, author Jordan Burrows omitted “Salt Lake City” and “Utah”, to make the subject almost unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Mr. Burrows used the general “violent crime is down” because they know that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, the technique goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the wider trend I’m documenting here, namely, that crime is decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography.

In a brave display of Black magic, the first line of Agent Burrows article on exponentially-decreasing violent crime in Salt Lake City, Utah reads "SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Violent crime continues to be a problem in Salt Lake City, however, the trends this year look promising.
