THE DATA
From 2020-21 to 2021-22, murders in Vicksburg, Mississippi decreased by 66%, from 9 to 3.
Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. attributed it to “Police Chief Penny Jones, who stepped into her role a year ago.”
From January through June 2022, murders in Kern County, California decreased by 34%, year-over-year, from 70 to 46.
KCSO Public Information Officer Lori Meza said "It’s very similar numbers. It really hasn’t increased or decreased at this point” and “it was uniformly high”.
In the 2nd Quarter of 2022, homicides in Shreveport, Louisiana decreased by 27%, year-over-year. Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith attributed it to “some innovative strategies” and “hard work”.
The Shreveport Times’ Makenzie Boucher questioned “Is Shreveport getting safer ?”
THE ARTICLES
On July 20, 2022, turnto23.com’s Brianna Willis said “Homicides down, robberies up in Kern County in 2022”.
Where “homicides down” is completely general. Makenzie knows that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, her hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the exponential decrease in violent crime I’m documenting here.
The article goes on to say "Forty-six. That’s how many people were killed at the hands of another in Kern County so far this year according to local law enforcement.
Those 46 killings occurred between January and June this year in all of Kern County but during the same time last year, there were 70 according to the 23ABC Homicide Tracker."
As a bonus, she omitted the name of the state, California, under the false guise of familiarity. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
Did you notice how Brianna provided the numbers, but carefully hedged by omitting the far more impactful percentage decrease between them? That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
So, I had to do the math to learn that, from January through June 2022, murders in Kern County, California decreased by 34%, year-over-year, from 70 to 46.
KCSO Public Information Officer Lori Meza said "It’s very similar numbers. It really hasn’t increased or decreased at this point. We saw pretty much every metric right. If it was just homicides pertaining to gang activity than you could point your finger and say it was gang-related, but it wasn’t. It was domestic violence homicides, homicides with drug nexuses, so it was uniformly high.”

(23 ABC News’ Brianna Willis, wearing a Satanic green top in front of a Satanic purple background; her article on a 34% decrease in murders in Kern County, California is headlined “Homicides down, robberies up in Kern County in 2022”.)
I have included her photograph so that you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of marginal influence looks like.
She and her fellow conspirators are all related to one another through the maternal bloodline. They comprise between twenty and thirty percent of the populace, and are hiding in plain sight in every city, town and village on Earth.

On July 26, 2022, the Shreveport Times’ Makenzie Boucher questioned “Is Shreveport getting safer? Here are the crime statistics for the second quarter”.
Where “here are the crime statistics” is completely general. Makenzie knows that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, her hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the exponential decrease in violent crime I’m documenting here.
As a bonus, she omitted the name of the state, Louisiana, under the false guise of familiarity. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
The article goes on to say “City officials say violent crime and overall crime are down in Shreveport.”
Where the snide “city official say” gives the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, those Shreveport city officials will say anything!”
“Crime down” is, once again, general.
The article goes on to say “Our crime rate is going down,” said Mayor Adrian Perkins. “We are becoming a safer community.”
Where Mayor Adrian Perkins walked crime that had already gone down back to a crime rate that was merely going down. Did you notice that “going down” is, for the third time, completely general? Repeating things like that again and again is a cue for the subconscious of the mouth-breathing Coincidence theorist to stop reading immediately.
The tortuous article goes on to say “Overall crime is down by 7% while crimes such as murders and aggravated assaults have seen a decrease as well. Violent crimes are making headlines and causing fear for the citizens, but local law enforcement and governmental officials say Shreveport is becoming safer.”
Where Makenzie Boucher said “have seen a decrease” to walk it back a step from Shreveport actually experiencing it. Did you notice how she provided a statistic for overall crime, and then went with the only-general “seen a decrease” for violent crime?
The article goes on to say “For the first six months of 2022, Shreveport Police Department reported that the city saw a 9% decrease in violent offenses. In 2021, the police department reported 850 Violent Offenses compared to 773 in 2022.”
Where “saw a 9% decrease” walks it back a step from Shreveport actually experiencing it.
There’s a strict rule in journalism, where you list the largest number or percentage first, and then the rest in descending order. Here, author Makenzie Boucher brazenly inverted it, placing the larger decrease in violent crime below the smaller decrease in overall crime.
Then this is, in journalistic parlance, “buried” even father below:
“There were 30 homicides reported for the second quarter of 2022. In 2021, there were 41 homicides in the same six months. So, Shreveport has seen a 27% decrease in homicides for 2022.”
Where “has seen a 27% decrease” walks it back a step from Shreveport actually experiencing it.
There’s a strict rule in journalism, where you list the largest number or percentage first, and then the rest in descending order. Here, author Makenzie Boucher brazenly inverted it, placing the far larger decrease in homicide crime below the smaller decrease in violent crime.
We’ve now learned that her article on a near-30% decrease in homicides in Shreveport, Louisiana questions is headlined “Is Shreveport getting safer?”
It’s an example of what is known in the propaganda trade as a “hit piece”.
The article goes on to say " ‘Through some innovative strategies, and hard work of the men and women of the Shreveport Police Department, our state partners, our Sheriff’s Department, our community organized groups, business groups, we are making progress here in the city limits of Shreveport,’ said Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith."
In the 2nd Quarter of 2022, homicides in Shreveport, Louisiana decreased by 27%, year-over-year. Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith attributed it to “some innovative strategies” and “hard work”.
The Shreveport Times’ Makenzie Boucher questioned " Is Shreveport getting safer?"

(The Shreveport Times’ Makenzie Boucher, looking left, to signal her fellow conspirators that she’s a follower of the Left-and path. Her article on a 27% decrease in homicides in Shreveport, Louisiana in the 2nd Quarter of 2022 is entitled “Is Shreveport getting safer***?***”

In August 2022, msn.com’s Malaysia McCoy said “Vicksburg’s 2022 crime report shows decrease in violent crimes”.
Where “decrease in violent crimes” is completely general. Malaysia knows that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, her hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the exponential decrease in violent crime I’m documenting here.
She put “report shows” in front of “decrease” to give the subconscious of the mouth-breathing Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, they can make those crime reports show anything!”.
As a propagandist, she knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.
As a bonus, she omitted the name of the state, Mississippi, under the false guise of familiarity. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
The article goes on to say “According to Vicksburg leaders, violent crimes in the city have significantly decreased from July 2021.”
Where “significantly decreased” is general. There’s no data in the article whatsoever. You have to click a link at the bottom of the article, which contains a table. Then you have to do the math to learn that, from 2020-21 to 2021-22, murders in Vicksburg, Mississippi decreased by 66%, from 9 to 3.
The article goes on to say “Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs, Jr., credited the decline to Police Chief Penny Jones, who stepped into her role a year ago.”
