As me and Laozu discovered last year water can be permanently charged above a certain point on a CB, he has also posted about this on this board.
I have a small CB outside that I use to charge water with, these days it gets quite cold here in Iceland and the water inside a bottle naturally freezes.
When viewing a bottle of charged frozen water the energy is captivated quite clearly in long almost vertical striations of ice.
I have taken a decent picture of it but will try to get better ones soon:
