Went out for a run today and on my return trip gave this church some extra notice. All this time there was a Mormon church less than a quarter mile from where I live! Pretty serious looking steeple they got going on. As I walked back home some neighbors out in their yard gave me ALOT of attention (they live maybe 100 feet from the church) a husband and wife it would appear and I did not get a good feeling from them. Even as I rounded the corner to the other side of their house they watched me like a hawk. So I went home and quickly rounded up some ammo, my SP, and cell phone(battery out of course, for pics after the gifting).

I gifted the the church, popped in my battery, took a quick photo, took the battery back out. On my way home from the run I had also noticed a house, not 40 yards away from mine has several antenna. I gifted the house, put my battery back in and snapped a nice photo of the 4-5 antenna that was in their yard. Upon arriving home I check for my photos and none are there! This has never happened before. So now I’m a bit riled up and determined to get the shot…I catch the warning from my dog that there may be trouble waiting this time, so I changed my appearance and mode of transportation. Wouldn’t you know it I see the tailend of a cop car on the corner of the house talking to someone in a red SUV. So I go well past the church, turn around and come back for the shot, no problems. On my way back from the church I notice the red SUV on a lateral cross street(the street I took back home) parked off the side of the road on his cellphone. Bet you a million dollars that cop was still posted up where I first saw them. Nice try guys, nice try. No way I was going right up to that house again which would be required for a good shot. So unfortunately I was only able to get a shot of one of the antenna, taken from my own property. All of them are different and pretty large.

Not saying there isn’t more to it than this but my first guess (my brother is one) is that the owners are ham radio operators – sure look like that type of antenna. Brother has one of those atop a big tower like that he can actually crank up to about twice the height.

Nonetheless as Don says, these days EVERYTHING should be considered death tech. Bad guys will use anything they can “acquire” to their advantage.

I’d 4 corner gift that home (late at night when everyone is in bed if its a relatively safe neighborhood) and perhaps grid gift the area around your home for 1/4 mile – every couple, maybe 3 blocks.

I have to say though that the church has a very similar construction to a roman catholic one maybe 3 or 4 miles from my home I never paid much attention to (have to rectify that situation) – including the tower but I’d have noticed the death tech on top if it was there.

I’ll try and get a shot of the other antennas when I’m able, they aren’t any that I’ve seen before. I can only spare two more tb’s for that house as I start a new job tomorrow in a highly populated city that Im sure could use a couple hundred tb’s. I at least need to gift the workplace which will use up the remainder of my supply. Otherwise the church, gas station, suspect house, and my house are within a 1/4 mile radius of each other and all have tbs. Not to mention I gifted the river on the other side of town with an HHG which is perhaps a half mile from the church (very small town). The church just about marks the beginning of the town.
