i happen to live about 3 to 4 miles of a small windmill installation with 4 mills. They are on the same grounds as the recycling plant which recicles basically nothing and buries the crap in the ground as you will see in the pics.
between my house and the windmills it is military land (whch has been gifted with Tb´s , HHg´s and earth pipes up to their door step). The recycling plant and military base take out lots of rubbish into two streams they have created that join later into one nasty dark stream. This has been also succussefully gifted and cleared to my amazemnet since i wasnt sure if it would clear well since it is not a natural river flowing.
About the windmills i must say their behaviour is very erratic, meaning they are not using them for wind energy collection since they are very visible from many points on this low altitude island and 90% of the times we get wind they are actually not moving so that seems rather stupid if what you wanted to do is collect the wind energy.
I was actually very surprised by the energy they give out, quite nasty and comparable to the feeling i get near a powerplant where my nervous system activates and my head gets confused and hyperactive. As you can see by the sky above these things, they definately put out DOR and this is the report i had meant to put out a while back when i came out of my house and checked the nasty sky and its source.

cheked out the possible source and very much looked like the wind mill installation and recycle plant which was ungifted as yet. The land between the village and the mills is military land with several water ponds and many hectares. You can walk thru the mountains to it but i took the bike surrounding the base. this is looking east.

Here is the model of mill and there was an ¨airvent¨system indicating underground activity. This was gifted but i did not carry Ep´s this time which i think will do even better for the neighbour rats.

I left a few HHG´s all over the compund and TB´s as well. As i was leaving maybe after 20 minutes or so being there, the sky was showing signs of clearing up. A car showed up when noone was working there ( maybe something was happening that they needed to check [Image Can Not Be Found]; )

and after maybe 30 minutes i got back to the village and stopped at a place trying to get a similar frame from before i left. I stayed here maybe 5 minutes in all before actually returning to my house. Signs of the sky clearing further up are evident.

One last thing but very important one relating tho this area and the mills is one happening to Yolanda and her friend who went out walking one afternoon. They started out form a path near my house and after a while walking the found themselves very very far ahead as if time had lapsed and distande shortened all the sudden. After this, weird people started appearing out of nowhere and dissapearing again without apparent reason. On their way back time and space was definately played with and they got lost resulting in 5 hours of walking confused as to the way back.
Yolanda feels that these windmills could have the capacity or could be used to modify time-space around a certain area. She felt they were being used like that on her and her friend. (that s what they experienced so maybe correctly could be said to be used to modify perceptions?)
