I grew up eating Wheaties cereal. Every day. You know, the cereal with the famous transsexual decathlete on the box?
The fair-skinned, red-headed transsexual Neanderthal. Strangely enough, we’ll get back to the subject of eunuchs later in this lecture.
The product’s slogan, “Eat your Wheaties”, was a metaphor for being big, and strong, and healthy.
Now I’m a grown-ass man, and have learned that those eating four portions a day of “ultra processed foods” have a 62% higher mortality risk, compared with those consuming less than two servings daily. And that lung cancer is 49% higher in people who eat lots of foods with a high glycemic index.
In January 2019, in between waking and dreaming, I conceived of why processed food gives you cancer. Which is how this, er, expose came about.
This is what occurred to me. Everyone knows that you should change your oil every 3,000 miles. The reason you change it is that there’s dirt floating around in the oil that works on the moving parts in your engine like a polishing compound, but worse. Wearing away components, and forming into a sludge or tar that impedes fluid and gas flow through the engine.
Whole grains are not deadly, but are, rather, quite good for you. “Our meta-analysis demonstrated inverse associations of WG intake with total and cause-specific mortality, and findings were particularly strong and robust for CVD mortality.”
That’s because, if you pluck grain from a stalk, and eat it, you mash it with your teeth, it still retains enough substance that it will not be passing osmotically through the walls of your G.I. tract, or into the circulation network that runs throughout it. It was only when we got to milling grains down to a powder that the process created a substance that was fine and yet insoluble enough that it could and would work its way from your solid-waste disposal system into your blood and interstitial fluids.
Like sand in an engine. Working its way into every nook and cranny of your body. Cruising down to the end of circulatory passageways, and lodging there. Coming to rest in the fluid around your joints, in the fluid around your spine, and around your SKULL. Everywhere. Remember, it’s fine as dust, and it’s gooey, and it’s delicious.
That’s why, as you’ll see, milled grains are quite deadly, indeed: “a 10% increase in the proportion of ultra-processed foods in the diet was associated with a significant increase of greater than 10% in risks for overall cancer and breast cancer.” Can you see how they used the general meme “ultra-processed” to cover up for the specific driver of the cancer, milled wheat?
Now, the first Ritz cracker you eat is not going to put you on a stretcher. But eat hundreds, nay, thousands of them. over literally years, and you will gunk up your body with that grain residue. It’s not hard to see where arthritis and joint problems might come from.
Of course, the more exercise you do, the more those internal fluids are flowing, carrying away the bad stuff, as best the body can. But eat tough like that, meal after meal, and sit on your ass, and you’re eventually going to be messed up, as in “I have cancer” messed up.
To maintain Cognitive Dissonance, stop reading immediately and affirm that “the only reason everybody gets cancer is that nobody lived this long before.”
GRAINS MAKE YOU CRAZY, THE DATA
Before Pacific Islanders began consuming wheat, insanity and schizophrenia was 33,233% higher in Europe then it was in Micronesia (1% vs. .003%). When Pacific Islanders began consuming wheat, the prevalence of insanity and schizophrenia there reached European levels.
There is a strong, dose-dependent relationship between grain intake and schizophrenia.
There is a positive correlation between mental hospital admissions for schizophrenia and wheat consumption.
Neuroactive peptides from grain glutens are the major agents evoking schizophrenia.
Schizophrenia symptoms cease seven days after wheat consumption ceases.
The susceptibility to schizophrenia is inherited, and its manifestation depends largely upon the consumption of grain. There is, further, a distinct racial component to the hereditary condition known as schizophrenia. It is a disease of the white race, which is Homo Neanderthalensis.
Schizophrenia in Sweden is 2,290% greater than it is among natives of Kenya (2.39% vs. .10%).
Schizophrenia in Finland is 461% greater than it is among native Africans on the gold coast (1.18% vs. .21%).
The 2.71 adjusted odds ratio of schizophrenia among the highest tertile of the “cereal” group of Japanese subjects was 266% greater than the the 0.74 odds ratio of schizophrenia among the middle tertile of the “vegetable” group.
The “cereals” group consumed in descending order, rice, confectioneries, bread, miso soup, ice cream, and rice crackers, while the “vegetables” group did not consume those items.
Eating vegetables makes you significantly saner, while eating dairy, grains and sugar makes you exponentially crazier.
Schizophrenia in Germany is 185% greater what it is among aboriginal tribes in Taiwan (.77% vs. .27%).
The rate of schizophrenia among Japanese subjects in the highest tertile of the “cereal" group was 171% greater.
Here we can see the clear, incontrovertible impact of gluttony, saturated fats, grains and sugar on the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.
In Iran, fast food and fried food consumption was accompanied by a 147% increase in stress. Psychological stress worsens gut permeability and gut inflammation, exacerbates immune-related diseases, and, most crucially, predicts the onset and severity of mental disorders.

Schizophrenia in Norway is 104% greater than what is in Japan (1.0% vs. .49%).
In Iran, snack consumption was accompanied by a 99% increase, or a doubling of anxiety.
A study of 32 countries found a positive association between fast food consumption and suicide attempts in 26, or 81% of them.
Schizophrenia in the highest tertile of the “cereal” group of Japanese subjects was 74% greater than it was in the lowest tertile of the “cereal” group (104 of 213, or 48.8%, vs. 60 of 214, or 28%).
In Iran, snack consumption was accompanied by a 73% increase in stress.
60% of the 213 Japanese schizophrenics in the highest tertile of the “cereal” group were female (148 vs. 65).
In Iran, fast food and fried food consumption was accompanied by a 61% increase in depression.
Consumption of fast food is associated with a 58% increase in psychological distress.
The 58% increase in psychological distress among those who consumed fast food was the highest of all scores among all food studied, which included cake, ice cream, fruit drinks, french fries, soda, coffee, milk, water, fruit, and vegetables.

In a study of 32 countries, consumption of fast food was accompanied by a 42% increase in suicide, vs. those who did not consume fast food (11.8% vs. 8.3%).

In Spain, the highest level of consumption of ultra-processed foods was accompanied by a 33% to 64% increase in depression, versus those who consumed the least.

The 32% decrease in severe psychological distress among vegetable eaters is inversely identical to the 32% increase in moderate psychological distress among fast food consumers.
In France, the highest level of consumption of ultra-processed foods was accompanied by a 30% to 47% increase in depression, versus those who consumed the least.
Consumption of cake is associated with a 30% increase in psychological distress.
Consumption of fast food is accompanied by a 27% increase in severe psychological distress.
The middle tertile in the “cereal” group of Japanese subjects had rate of schizophrenia that was 15% greater.
Consumption of cake is associated with a 15% increase in severe psychological distress.
That’s why everybody gets cake and ice cream on their birthday.

The highest tertile in the “vegetable” group of Japanese subjects had a rate of schizophrenia that was 10% greater. Here we can see that gluttony drives schizophrenia, even if you avoid the deadly foods.
This is of great interest, as it shows that the 15% increase in schizophrenia among the middle tertile of the “cereal” group is not exponentially different than the 10% increase in schizophrenia among the highest tertile of the vegetable group. Gluttony is a huge part of the equation.
12% of those with celiac disease exhibit severe mental symptoms.
11% of schizophrenics have a history of celiac disease.
The 7.73 g/1000 kcal consumption of Polyunsaturated fatty acid consumption of the highest tertile of the “vegetable” group of Japanese subjects, which group did not have an increase in schizophrenia, was 6% greater than the 7.3 g/1000 kcals of highest tertile of the “cereal” group, who did have an increase in schizophrenia. This clearly demonstrates that polyunsaturated fat is the lone “healthy” fat, in that consuming even large amounts of it makes you 6% less insane.
5% of those with celiac disease are psychotic.
Japanese people with higher scores for the “cereal” dietary pattern were more likely to have schizophrenia and be female.
The lowest tertile in the “vegetable” group and the “cereal” group of Japanese subjects both showed no increase in schizophrenia. Here, again, we see confirmed the crucial role that gluttony plays in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.
You can eat anything you want in moderation, and it won’t drive you insane. But if you engage in gluttony, and focus on the deadliest foods, it will, make no mistake, drive you insane.
Vegetables, fruits, water and milk are all negatively associated with moderate and severe psychological distress.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 21% decrease in moderate psychological distress.
Schizophrenia in the highest tertile of the “vegetable group” of Japanese subjects was 26% less than in the lowest tertile of the vegetable group (71 of 213 vs. 91 of 214).
This is even more cheering, in that eating the largest quantities of healthy food, even in gluttonous amounts, makes you less crazy.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 32% decrease in severe psychological distress.
Consumption of water is accompanied by a 33% decrease in moderate psychological distress.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 37% decrease in severe psychological distress.
Consumption of vegetables is accompanied by a 56% decrease in psychological distress.
DECREASING WHEAT CONSUMPTION, THE DATA
From 2000 to 2023, per capita wheat flour consumption in the U.S. decreased by 10.8%, from 146.3 pounds to 130.5 pounds.
From 2000 to 2023, the average annual decrease in per capita flour consumption in the United States was .54%.
From 2009 to 2018, sales of hot and cold cereals decreased by $2.16 billion, or 17%, from $12.7 billion to $10.54 billion.
From 2021 to 2023, per capita wheat flour consumption in the U.S. decreased by 2.6%, from 134 pounds to 130.5 pounds.
From 2021 to 2023, the 1.3% average annual per capita decrease in wheat flour consumption in the United States was 140% greater, or well more than double its .54% long term average annual increase from 2000 to 2023.
The great positive change is increasing exponentially, going forward in time.
The populace has recognized that the 2.71 adjusted odds ratio of schizophrenia among the highest tertile of the “cereal” group of Japanese subjects was 266% greater than the the 0.74 odds ratio of schizophrenia among the middle tertile of the “vegetable” group.
From 2022 to 2023, international wheat consumption decreased by 1%. Farmprogress.com said it was because of “buyers responding to higher prices”.
WHEAT IS A PLAGUE UPON HUMANITY
Whole grains rank next to last in nutrient density among food groups; they are nutrient-dense only in their raw state. Hence, replacing grains with vegetables, fruit and nuts, meats, and seafood actually increases the vitamin and mineral content of the diet.
Whenever diets based on grain replaced the traditional diets of hunter-gatherers, lifespan and stature decreased—while infant mortality, infectious diseases, bone mineral disorders, and the frequency of dental caries increased.
Modern wheat is a perfect, chronic poison, created by genetic research in the '60s and '70s. It contains a new protein called gliadin, which is an opiate. It binds into the opiate receptors in your brain and in most people stimulates appetite, such that we consume 440 more calories per day, 365 days per year.
WHY WHEAT IS DEADLY
Plants have engineered a wide variety of poisons—over 50,000 defensive compounds have been identified so far —to deter, harm, or kill the creatures that feed on them. Understandably, self-defense proteins are especially concentrated in plants’ most precious fraction—the seeds.
Of the three separate genomes that modern wheat contains from three different wild species, the genome responsible for the best quality bread is associated with the most toxic proteins.
These cross both the gut and the blood-brain barriers and interfere, among other things, with the action of nerve growth factor.
Gluten triggers action as soon as it turns up in the gut—not only in a few sensitive people, but in all of us.
WHEAT, RICE, CORN, AND MILK - ALL ARE HIGHLY-ADDICTIVE, AND ALL ARE HIGHLY DESTRUCTIVE
During digestion, gluten is broken down into hundreds to thousands of fragments that are not further dissolved. Some of them resemble morphine extremely much and have thus been named exorphins. ‘Exo’ refers to their external origins. ). Exorphins are released from other proteins as well—prominently casein, found in milk and very similar to gluten, but also albumin in rice and zein in corn. How exorphins affect our behavior, and what happens if they are absorbed from the gut and show up in the brain, are the topics of the next two subsections.
Like morphine, exorphins bind to opioid receptors that are widely distributed throughout the body—in places as different as the gut, the lungs, the genitals, the various districts of the nervous system. Such receptors are of course meant for our own opioids, endorphins (of internal origin, “endo”). Our body may produce endorphins to reduce pain when we need to continue functioning in spite of injury or stress, as during labor or combat. The “runner’s high”, the state of euphoria experienced by long-distance runners, might capitalize on this mechanism.
WHEAT DRIVES ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND PSYCHOSIS
Celiac disease is associated with an increased risk of depression and psychosis.
In vitro, antibodies against gluten removed from human blood attack an enzyme involved in the production of GABA—our prime inhibitory neurotransmitter, whose dysregulation is implicated in both anxiety and depression. In the blood of blood donors, antibodies against wheat or milk and antibodies against these brain-relevant substances have been found to be simultaneously elevated, consistent with the presence of a cross-reaction. Most of us escape it only because our gut and blood-brain barriers are intact—and only as long as they remain so.
That’s why the purportedly-harmless non-ionizing radiation from what we euphemistically refer to as wireless technology is such an importantly layer in the great war being waged upon humanity: it also causes the blood-brain barrier to leak.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE CELIAC DISEASE FOR WHEAT TO MESS YOU UP
Ask yourself why there are no laboratory tests for celiac disease, which afflicts a large proportion of the populace and causes untold woe.
Unlike celiacs, the gut permeability of these non-celiac people is normal —but gluten makes it soar just as much as that of celiacs. Symptoms emerge hours to days after gluten exposure and are largely extraintestinal; they include headache, eczema, fatigue and “foggy mind”. Other individuals report being sensitive to gluten but actually experience bloating and abdominal pain from wheat’s carbohydrates.
Some people do better on a gluten-free diet and worsen upon a gluten challenge (even under double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled conditions: although they do not meet the criteria of either wheat allergy or celiac disease. It is quite telling that this non-celiac gluten sensitivity must diagnosed by exclusion, because there are currently no laboratory tests for it.
HOW EATING WHEAT DRIVES CELIAC DISEASE
Some people are overtly allergic to wheat (from here on, “wheat” will cover all gluten-containing grains). Minutes to hours after exposure, these individuals develop symptoms such as rashes, headaches, diarrhea, or shortness of breath—a well-known example is baker’s asthma. This wheat allergy (Inomata, 2009) engages the part of our immune system that responds quickly against parasitic worms, fungi, and microorganisms. In some of us, however, gluten triggers immune-mediated reactions whose symptoms develop gradually, weeks to years after its introduction in the diet.
In about 1 person out of 100 this hypersensitivity is expressed as celiac disease, defined as a chronic immune reaction against one’s own small intestine. Over time, this reaction flattens the intestinal wall (which is normally covered with millions of finger-like protrusions), reducing its surface and thus its ability to absorb important nutrients for both body and brain. If gluten is not withdrawn during childhood, the growth of some cranial bones is altered as well. As a result, over 80% of adult celiacs have unusual facial proportions. Quite typical is an especially high forehead relative either to the middle third of the face or to the forehead of healthy people.
Most people with celiac disease do not know they have it. 16% of cases of celiac disease, or 1 in 6, are undiagnosed.
In the elderly, celiac disease often goes unrecognized as well, with a mean delay of 17 years from the onset of symptoms to diagnosis. Measurements were taken all at once on blood samples collected and frozen decades apart, hence the recent surge in the disease cannot be due to better detection or more lenient diagnostic criteria. Markers also increase within the same group of individuals over time, showing that an abnormal immune response to gluten can suddenly emerge in adulthood.
Schizophrenics have an incidence of celiac disease that is 1,100% higher than it is among the general populace. Psychology Today’s Emily Deans omitted the percentage, described it as “quite a few”, called it “a funny thing”, and said “that’s a lot!”
BABY FORMULA CAUSES CELIAC DISEASE, WHICH IS WHY WE’VE BEEN SOCIALLY ENGINEERED TO USE IT
Gut microbes even appear to play a part in when (and possibly whether!) carriers do develop celiac disease. Because the maturation of our immune system is co-driven by our microbial community, it is crucial that the latter develops normally—which could be jeopardized by feeding babies inappropriate foods at an inappropriate time. The microbiota matures enormously in the first 12 months of life, hence it is vital to avoid gluten during this period.
Carriers and non-carriers of the gene that predisposes to celiac disease produce stools with significant bacterial differences at 1 month of age already).
A double-blind study on young carriers of the celiac gene compared the relevance of early (6 months of age) vs. late (12 months) introduction of gluten in their diets. Early introduction promptly caused loss of tolerance to gluten and set off the development of autoimmunity, arguably via a change in the composition of the still immature microbiota. Indeed, whether or not transgenic mice with the celiac gene in them express the disease has recently been shown to be entirely determined by their guts.
In July 2021, mommyforumula.com widened its eyes to simulate honesty and said "So, while infant formulas may contain gluten and trigger an immune response, they are not the cause of Celiac disease.
WHEAT DRIVES AUTISM
Carriers of the main gene that predisposes to celiac disease host more clostridia. Clostridia are overrepresented in the guts of children with autism.
Antibodies against gluten are present in 87% of unmedicated autisitic children, but are found on only 1% of normal children.
Among individuals with a normal intestinal wall, those who carry blood markers of celiac disease are three times more likely to develop autism in the future, and five times more likely to have already been diagnosed with it.
THE MULTI-PRONGED ASSAULT OF WHEAT, DAIRY, AND THE PURPORTEDLY-HARMLESS NON-IONIZING RADIATION FROM WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
In the blood of blood donors, antibodies against wheat or milk and antibodies against these brain-relevant substances have been found to be simultaneously elevated, consistent with the presence of a cross-reaction. Most of us escape it only because our gut and blood-brain barriers are intact— and only as long as they remain so. Antibodies against the brain, triggered by gluten, can cause severe neurological dysfunctions whether or not one is celiac. Similar antibodies have also been found in the blood of a subgroup of schizophrenia patients; some of them carried blood markers of celiac disease, but others did not.
Gluten from wheat causes the gut and the blood/brain barriers to leak. The purportedly-harmless non-ionizing radiation from wireless communication causes the blood/brain barrier to leak. Leading to severe neurological dysfunctions. Psychopathology. Schizophrenia. You know, the “average American”.
THE MECHANISM BY WHICH WHEAT DRIVES SCHIZOPHRENIA - WHEAT LITERALLY MAKES YOU CRAZY
The microbes in the gut (collectively known as gut microbiota) are directly capable of shaping our behavior. The association between gastrointestinal pathologies and psychiatric disorders has been documented for 2,000 years and has been confirmed repeatedly.
The intestinal wall is a sophisticated barrier, where the opening and closing of the junctions between the wall’s cells are adjusted flexibly. This architecture serves as an emergency line of defense against pathogenic microbes. The part of the gut that immediately follows the stomach, the small intestine, is in fact kept virtually sterile—bacteria are removed by the peristaltic movements of the gut before they can multiply.
Any abnormal presence of microbes triggers the release of the protein zonulin, which widens the junctions between cells so that water can seep into the intestine and flush out bacteria via loose bowel movements.
Over time, eating wheat flattens the intestinal wall (which is normally covered with millions of finger-like protrusions), reducing its surface and thus its ability to absorb important nutrients for both body and brain.
Changes in gut microbiota due to a sudden, massive exposure to wheat products have also been hypothesized to mediate the well-known relationship between immigrant status and schizophrenia.
This might be, for example, the case of people moving to Europe from sub-Saharan Africa, where staple grains do not include wheat and are traditionally broken down via fermentation before being eaten. It is thus entirely possible that bread can be harmful to our mental health not only directly, via some of the proteins it contains; but also indirectly, via its effects on our gut microbes. The causal relationship between eating bread and harboring certain microbes could actually go both ways, as suggested by recent evidence that our craving for certain foods may be driven by the intestinal bacteria that feed on them. Bread is ultimately broken down to sugar, and plenty of microbes thrive on sugar. When not enough of it comes their way, microbes might be able to manipulate their host by inducing bad mood and other painful sensations—relieved only by eating the right stuff.
In psychotic children, schizophrenia patients, and women with postpartum psychosis, larger-than-normal amounts of exorphins have been detected in the cerebrospinal fluid. Exorphins clearly do not belong there. In the presence of faulty barriers, though, they could migrate from the gut to the blood (prompting an immune reaction) and from there to the cerebrospinal fluid. In people with schizophrenia (unlike in healthy individuals) the more antibodies against gluten one finds in the blood, the more one finds in the cerebrospinal fluid. This correlation suggests a larger diffusion of antibodies from one place to the other in patients than in nonpatients, pointing to some barrier dysregulation—possibly subtle or transient. It is worth recalling that gluten comes prepackaged with the ability to cause such dysregulation itself.
The final blow is the milling of grain into powder, so that it will most-easily cross the gut barrier and the blood/brain barrier. This to produce as insane and demon-possessed populace as possible, by careful design.
Ergo, the morbid risk for schizophrenia is 3 times or more as great in populations eating large amounts of wheat as in those eating none.
Wheat has a causal relationship to schizophrenia. Wheat is the most effective driver of schizophrenia, but other cereals are also efficacious, albeit less so. It is the most noxious member of a hierarchy of noxious grains which probably must be eaten for many years by an individual genetically susceptible to schizophrenia before symptoms appear.
Schizophrenia symptoms are relieved when wheat is removed from the diet, and then are brought on again by the ingestion of wheat flour products.
Spectacularly, some patients with celiac disease do not improve on a gluten-free diet until milk is also removed from the diet. That is because, while it is most plentiful in wheat, the pathogenic substance which drives schizophrenia is found in a variety of proteins in varying amounts. It’s why, these days, the restaurants all ask you to “pick your protein”.
Foods that contain exorphins, such as wheat and dairy products, have indeed a reputation for being rewarding and people find it extremely hard to give them up. The addictive properties of milk were arguably designed by evolution to gratify suckling young. The gut of newborns is highly permeable—not only to the mother’s antibodies as an aid to their still immature immune system, but also to milk opioids. Yet, production of the enzyme for properly digesting milk is genetically programmed to stop after weaning. Regular intake of milk by adults is evolutionarily novel and only started with animal domestication; it was permitted by a mutation of this enzyme in populations that kept cattle. Interestingly and perhaps worryingly, the opioids in bovine milk are 10 times stronger than those in human milk. This might not be extraneous to the fact that about half of children up to 4 years of age need their milk bottle to fall asleep at night (in Thailand: Sawasdivorn et al., 2008). Note that, as mentioned, the opioids in wheat are even stronger than those in bovine milk.
GRAINS CAUSE CANCER
In Jordan, consumption of 5 or more portions of cake per week was accompanied by a 310% increase in cancer.
Consuming five or more portions of ultra-processed food per week is accompanied by a 235% increase, or more than tripling of breast cancer.
In Shangxi, China, the highest-quartile consumption of corn and wheat flour was associated with a 220% increase, or more than tripling of mortality from esophageal cancer, compared to the lowest quartile.
In Jordan, weekly consumption of pizza was accompanied by a 198% increase in cancer.
In Jordan, consumption of 3 to 4 portions of falafel per week was accompanied by a 168% increase in cancer.
The highest level of consumption of wheat flour was accompanied by with a 167% increase in cancer.
In Jordan, consumption of 3 to 4 portions of cake per week was accompanied by a 154% increase in cancer.
In Jordan, consumption of 1 to 2 portions of falafel per week was accompanied by a 119% increase in cancer.
The highest level of consumption of wheat flour was accompanied by a 94% increase in cancer.
In Jordan, consumption of 1 to 2 portions of cake per week was accompanied by a 75% increase in cancer.
In China, the highest level of consumption of refined grains was accompanied by a 65% increase in gastric cancer.

The manufacture of exorphins is incredibly efficient. The nutritionally insignificant intake of 1 g of casein (about two tablespoons of cow milk), for example, produces opioids in large enough amounts to exert physiological effects. This is remarkable in view of the facts that (a) the opioids from gluten are stronger than those from casein, and (b) the daily average consumption of gluten in Europe is 10–20 g, with many people exceeding 50 g. In the brain of rats, the opioids from casein have been shown to be 10 times more potent than morphine. Indeed, people who have first ingested naltrexone (against placebo: Yeomans and Gray, 1997) rate a bowl of pasta as less pleasant, and eat less of it. Tellingly, naloxone is famed for its ability to counteract the effects of an overdose of heroin, a potent derivative of morphine, and naltrexone is used in the treatment of heroin dependence.

The bones weren’t buried. They were lying there in the open air, where they were dropped after the wholly-Neanderthal Israelites had finished eating the meat off them.

Can you see how the description of ancient Israelite human sacrifice uses the general word “red” to cover up the red ochre that the Israelites had specifically utilized?

Where the stone human sacrifice altars are described in a Mil-speak half-truth as “offering tables”. Wooley describes the blood-capture holes as “places for offerings”. What sort of offerings, pray - such as the coins and cash that were not in use in Iron Age Israel?
The article continues: “In addition, two small limestone steles were uncovered, each showing a seated figure. These figures hold objects in their hands. One the first stele the figure holds what appears to be a cup and a dagger. On the second stele the figure holds a vase. Woolley interprets these as being images of the dead, and if so this is very much in line with the steles and inscriptions described in chapter 6.”
Where the seated figures on the first stele hold a knife to perform the human sacrifice, and a cup to hold the blood, and the second figure holds an even larger blood-capture vessel. In Wooley’s version “these are images of the dead”, and the second vessel is referred to as a “vase”. I guess neither the author nor Wooley wanted to touch “a cup and a dagger”.
Curiously, the paper, which is filled with images, neglected to include a picture of the stele, or the human-sized stone “offering tables”.
Clearly, the folks in Iron Age Israel were serious human sacrifice enthusiasts, despite Establishment protests down through he generations suggesting otherwise. Which leads us to our next subject.

In December 1930, an article entitled “Early Israelite Women Ahead of Modern Beauty Stylists” explained why modern women all wear rouge and eye makeup.
“Early Israelite women put one over in extreme styles on the modern beauty parlors, according to excavations made by Dr. W. F. Albright, Spence professor of Semitic languages at the Johns Hopkins University. I’m sure you recall the article we just reviewed from 1930 said that women in ancient Israel painted their lower eyelids green with powdered malachite. What’s with the modern author saying, generally, that it’s “quirky” (while pressing it forward), and then not mentioning that it’s an ancient-Israelite thing?

Often adorned with red ochre, these bore the names of the deceased, the year they died, and — for Christians — the name of their church and bishop.”
The red ochre clearly delineating that the “early Christians” were Neanderthal, just like first century Jews. Those early Christians were just setting off on the epic Confidence game where they assured everyone they’d given up ritual human sacrifice and cannibalism of their “Pagan” forebears, you know, for Lent. THE INSANITY, SCHIZOPHRENIA AND AUTISM DRIVEN BY WHEAT ARE ALL MECHANICAL, AND REVERSIBLE
Evidence that a diet devoid of wheat (and possibly of dairy as well, given the similarity between gluten and casein) can cure some patients with mental illness has been available for nearly 50 years. Yet because other patients—especially in newer and better studies—have not changed on the diet, such evidence has been variously downplayed, discredited, or dismissed. As a result, the message has made it neither to patients and their caretakers nor to psychologists and psychiatrists.
The NIH says “Most studies have been run on schizophrenia patients kept in psychiatric wards, where meals could be tightly supervisioned. Patients on a grain-and-milk-free diet were either discharged or transferred from a locked to an open ward sooner than patients on a grain-rich diet. The effect was canceled when, blind to both patients and staff, the grain-and-milk-free diet was supplemented with gluten. A double-blind, placebo-controlled, longitudinal study with very similar results was impressive enough to get into the journal Science. Here schizophrenia patients kept on a grain-and-milk-free diet worsened on 30 out of 39 behavioral measures when a “special drink” they were given daily contained gluten and recovered when it contained soy flour instead.”
The author omitted any percentages that would give a clearer insight into the phenomenon. So, I had to do the math to learn that 77% of schizophrenia patients worsened when they were given gluten, and recovered when the gluten was removed and replaced with soy flour.
Abstention from gluten and casein, especially when protracted for several months, also benefits a children with autism. Of 70 children with who had not previously responded to any therapy, 3 months of a grain and dairy-free diet led to improvements in 80% of them.
In gluten-sensitive people, long-term wheat consumption could potentially lead to permanent damage; thus one does not necessarily anticipate change in chronic patients. Still, on gluten-free diets, clear improvements in psychiatric symptoms have been observed in severely disturbed schizophrenia patients who were unresponsive to any form of treatment and had spent much of their lives in institutions. Some of these patients worsened dramatically as soon as gluten was reintroduced.
Improvement in mental health on a gluten-free diet should, of course, only be expected for individuals that have an adverse physical reaction to wheat, expressed for example as gluten-related antibodies. Indeed, in a small study on eight chronic schizophrenia patients who were shown not to react to gluten, none improved on a gluten-and-milk-free diet. To date, only case studies have focused specifically on the subset of patients that is demonstrably sensitive to wheat. In each and every case, the results of a gluten-free diet have been impressive. Clear improvement has been observed in two patients with schizophrenia and two with dementia. Full recoveries have been separately reported for three patients with severe psychotic symptoms.
Ironically, the greater the potential benefit of a change in diet, the greater the resistance to it may be (Wadley and Martin, 1993). Grain’s exorphins can create addiction. It has been estimated that half of the people that are hypersensitive crave the very food that causes them harm and experience withdrawal symptoms when they remove it from their diet. Remarkably, one untreatable, high-security-ward schizophrenia patient who had made a miraculous recovery on a gluten-free diet became violent and extremely disturbed when gluten was reintroduced. At that point, he was unable or unwilling to resume the gluten-free diet that would save him.
The effects of food exorphins on behavior and on the brain are reversed by treating the rats with opioid antagonists. Naloxone has also been shown to temporarily erase psychotic symptoms, especially hallucinations, in schizophrenia patients. Naltrexone benefits some children with autism by blocking a brain opioid activity that is abnormally high in these children because of the wheat, corn, rice and milk that they are consuming.
