I usualy can’t see energy, but the exercises in the link bellow realy opened my eyes. I think they will be very usefull to people here. The autor of the website explains it all very well, so i’m just posting the link to it’s website. Note that I don’t agree exactly with EVERYTHING he claims in the website, but I think it still worth to see it.
