This youtube author is doing a bang up job exposing the HAARP controlled weather down in tornado alley and the rest of the country.
Dutchinse is able to accurately predict the weather by observing the HAARP radar rings that crop up in advance of stormy weather.
If you had any doubts that are weather is not man made and created by HAARP, you will be surprised by watching dutchinse’s videos.
