He Loves Him Some Weather Like It's His Job

In March 2017, Jim Woodmency’s “Mountain Weather” said that “the winter of 2016-17 was the second-snowiest winter season on record at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, second only to 1996-97. All other winters are a distant third.

The settled snow depth in Rendezvous Bowl was at 151 inches, making this the deepest winter ever.

Note: In early March, Rendezvous Bowl’s snow depth reached 158 inches. That beat the old deepest snow depth record of 157 inches, which occurred in late March 1997.

At the end of February 2017, water content of the snowpack, measured at the Phillips Bench Snotel site at the 8,200-foot elevation near Teton Pass, was at 157 percent of the median. The snowpack there contained 31 inches of water, compared with an average for the end of February of 21.8 inches, or almost 10 inches more than normal.”

Using “tradecraft” identical to that of all his fellow conspirators, regardless of the nation, Jim has carefully hedged back to “almost 10 inches more than normal”, rather than providing a far more impactful percentage. Did you notice he said “more than NORMAL”, instead of “average”, to imply that it was “abnormal”?

Perhaps my Swedish compatriots on my mailing list might try to see if they could corroborate the use of the tactics I’m mentioning in another language than English. That might go a long way to jogging a certain subset of readers into awareness.

So, I had to do the math. In February 2017, the water content of the snowpack was 37% above average.

“By the way, at the end of February 1997, Phillips Bench had 37 inches of water, 6 inches more than February 2017.”

Using “tradecraft” identical to that of all his fellow conspirators, Jim has carefully hedged back to “six inches more”, rather than providing a far more impactful percentage.

In 1997, the ether was in the best shape it had ever been in, up until 2017.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. Two of those variants are “mind-blowing” and “wild”. That’s why Jim goes on to say “Snow and water numbers in the mountains might be mind-blowing, but what happened in town this winter was nothing short of being one of the wildest weather winters on record. Snow, rain, cold, warm ... we had it all. And we had it over and over and over again.”

Can you see how he threw “warm” in there at the end, so it was the last thought-form you gobbled up?

“This winter stacks up with some of the snowiest. Rain events in February were the only thing that kept us from blowing away the all-time record snowfall winter. This winter 90 inches of snowfall was measured at the Jackson Climate Station. That is 40 inches more than the long-term average, 50 inches, for December through February.”

That ranks winter 2016-17 as the third-snowiest winter season on record in town. The winter of 2008-09 holds second place with 98.5 inches, and the winter of 1968-69 still has the all-time record of 114 inches of snowfall.”

In 2016-2017, the ether in Jackson Hole, Wyoming was basically back to the level of health and vitality it knew in 1968 and 1969.

The words “mystery”, “baffled” and “puzzled” are memes, used, among numerous similar variants, whenever anyone in the wholly-controlled-and-coopted Political, Academic, Scientific and Media establishments wants to lie about, well, basically anything. One of those variants is “astonishing”.

That’s why Jim goes on to say “Water-wise: During the three months of the winter season 2016-17 Jackson had an astonishing 11.85 inches of precipitation, almost a foot of precipitation. That completely washed away the previous record from the wettest winter ever in Jackson. The old record was 9.28 inches of water from the winter of 1964-65.”

Where the dreary but deceitful “completely washed away” is a hedging generalization put forward to blunt any specific insight into the magnitude of the phenomenon I’m documenting here. So, I had to do the math. The new record is 28% above the old. An historically-unprecedented third more precipitation fell in Jackson Hole, Wyoming during the winter of 2016/2017, and, in addition to hiding the quantum increase, he also doesn’t offer any insight into what’s driving it. Not El Nino, not Global Warming, not Carbon Forcing. Nothing. That’s an example of a propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

Here’s the guy doing the stonewalling:

(Jim Woodmency, of “Mountain Weather”)

Now, Jim's a pro, so the writing may be his, however it’s also more than possible that he was handed the copy and directed to publish it as his own.

I’ve included his picture so you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of moderate influence within a Great Big Conspiracy actually looks like. He’s using conscious deception with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

Remember, he’s obfuscated a sudden, quantum increase in precipitation without historical precedent, and he pretends he loves the weather like it’s his job. It is, in fact, his job, albeit as what is known in the trade as an “intelligence asset”.

Jim continues:

“February 2017 accounted for almost half of this winter’s total precipitation, with 5.75 inches. That is five times the average for February of 1.14 inches and more than double the previous record precipitation of 2.83 inches for February, set back in 1962.”

Where “five times the average” and “more than double” are hedging generalizations put forward to blunt any specific insight into the magnitude of the phenomenon I’m documenting here. So, I had to do the math.

Precipitation in Jackson Hole Wyoming in February 2017 was 400% above average.

The new February precipitation record for Jackson Hole, Wyoming, from 2017, was 103% above the previous record set in 1962. Such records are usually broken by tiny margins. Here the record stood for over fifty years, and then was suddenly broken by an historically-unprecedented margin. There’s clearly been some quantum improvement in the environment in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, a change that the grinning weather lover is doing everything he can do downplay and defray.

Jim continues: “As for temperature, it may not seem like it recently, but winter 2016-17 was colder than normal, overall. December was quite cold, with a mean temperature — the average of high and low temperatures — that was 6 degrees lower than normal. January was even colder; with a mean temperature that was 11 degrees below the long-term average. February made up for some of that temperature deficit, coming in almost 7 degrees above normal.”

Lotta, lotta Black magic wordcraft witchcraft in there. The net is that winter was ten degrees colder than normal, which Jim has witched backward with “It may not seem like it recently.”

Winter in Jackson Hole Wyoming was ten degrees colder than average in 2016/2017. In 2017, NASA and NOAA said that 2016 was the hottest year in history.

Essay: Without using “because that’s there”, or “El Nino”, explain the role of record heat world wide on temperatures ten degrees colder than average in Wyoming.

Jim goes on: “Comparing temperatures from that other wet winter of 1964-65 with this winter, the biggest difference was that 1964-65 was warm all three months.”

Wait, what?

Essay: Explain how the winter of 1964-65 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming was far warmer than that of 2016-17, within the context of the latter being the hottest year ever, in all history.

Jim continues: “It rained in December 1964, with high temperatures in the lower 40s. It rained in January 1965, with highs also in the lower 40s. It rained in February 1965, and high temperatures reached 50 degrees on Feb. 4, 1965. This winter, we never hit 40 degrees in December or January, and the winter’s highest temperature was 44 degrees on Feb. 16, 2017.

Bottom line: For the meteorological winter the mountain snowpack was the deepest ever; snowfall and water amounts were second only to the winter of 1996-97. The town of Jackson had more snow during the winters of 2008-09 and 1968-69, but broke the record for total precipitation this winter season.”

Can you see how Jim omitted “was ten degrees below normal” and “the temperature never got above 44 degrees”? That’s because it plays against the confidence game he and his fellow conspirators are working.

Can you see how Jim doesn’t mention what’s driving the phenomenon? That's an example of a propaganda technique known as "stonewalling".

Can you see how Jim doesn’t mention that it’s part of a larger, wider trend? That's an example of a propaganda technique known as "compartmentalization".
