Could it be that the haarp boys are trying to cause flooding by keeping this storm stationary? A stationary hurricane points to technological manipulation. They have to know a normal hurricane would not produce the structural damage they hope for due to the gifting of this area, so flooding is all they can do. At any rate this proves the longevity of our gifting from a couple of years ago. Louis
