He said “sees disappointing 2023 EV production ” to walk it back a step from the Electric Vehicle manufacturer Lucid actually experiencing it.
The article goes on to say “Lucid said it expects to produce 10,000 to 14,000 luxury electric vehicles this year. Analysts on average expected the company to make 21,815 cars, according to Visible Alpha.”

I may have figured something out, just now. The controlled press crows that EV’s are the future, a sure-thing. Meanwhile, the NPR crowd believes what they’re told, and does what they’re told.
While all the rich, insider assholes short EV’s, knowing it’s a Ponzi scheme built to collapse.
They make their money whichever way the game is going.
