Violent crime and homicide are decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography. That’s because the ether is rapidly returning to health, and moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.
I’ve appended data below to support my assertion, along with an analysis of identical “horizontal” propaganda put forward across all regional outlets which attempts to rebut the phenomenon.
THE DATA
From January 1, 2022 through October 9, 2022, human trafficking for the purposes of sex acts in San Francisco, California decreased by 66.7%, year-over-year, from 27 to 13.
From January 1, 2022 through October 9, 2022, homicides in San Francisco, California decreased by 9.1%, year-over-year, from 44 to 40.
From January 1 through October 2, 2022, aggravated assaults in Newark, New Jersey decreased by 9%, year-over-year. Newarkcollaberative.org described it as “a moderate decrease”.
From January 1 through October 2, 2022, homicides in Newark, New Jersey decreased by 2%, year-over-year. Newarkcollaberative.org described it as “a small decrease”.
The uncredited Intelligence operative from the State propaganda organ newarkcollabertive.org didn’t offer any suggestion as to what had led to these decreases in violent crime in Newark, New Jersey. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.
In the 3rd Quarter of 2022, violent arrests in Charlotte, North Carolina decreased by 13.3%, from 2,148 to 1,863.
In the 3rdQuarter of 2022, violent crime in Charlotte, North Carolina decreased by 4.8%, year-over-year, from 5,831 to 5,552.
In July 2022, homicides in New Orleans, Louisiana decreased by 26%, year-over-year, from 23 to 17.
The New Orleans Police Department’s Gary C. Scheets didn’t offer any suggestion as to what might have caused the sudden, exponential decrease in homicides there in July of 2022. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.
THE ARTICLES
In November 2011, justice.gov said “New Report: U.S. Homicide Rate Falls To Lowest Rate in Four Decades”.
Where the uncredited author tacked “new report” on the front end of the headline to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but that was just one report!”, or “oh, but someone at the Department of Justice must have reported that incorrectly!”
They said “falls” because it’s general, and softer than “dropped” or “decreased”, and also as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.
For those late to the party, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.
The article goes on to say “From 1991 to 2008, the homicide rate in the largest cities was cut by nearly two thirds, falling from 35.5 homicides per 100,000 residents in 1991 to 11.9 homicides per 100,000 residents in 2008.”
EXPONENTIALLY DECREASING HOMICIDES IN NEW ORLEANS - 2022
In August 2022, nopdnews.com said “NOPD Records Lowest Monthly Homicide Total of 2022”.
Where author Gary S. Scheets said “records lowest monthly homicide total” to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but someone at the New Orleans Police Department must have recorded that incorrectly!” or “oh, that NOPD can make their records say anything!”
As a propagandist, Gary knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.
I’m guessing you noticed that Gary told you it was the lowest monthly homicide total of 2022, but didn’t give you anything to compare it to. He knows that, since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, his hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the exponential speed and scope of the decrease in crime in homicides I’m documenting here.
The article goes on to say “There were 17 homicides during the month of July compared to 31 in June of 2022. The month-to-month comparison with July of 2021 shows there were 23 homicides in that month.”

It presents a chart full of data, which includes from January 1, 2022 through October 9, 2022, homicides in San Francisco, California decreased by 9.1%, year-over-year, from 44 to 40.
And, in journalistic parlance, this is “buried” down below that:

Where the uncredited author from the City of Charlotte said “reported” to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but someone must have reported that incorrectly!”, or, “oh, but that was just one report!”

The uncredited Intelligence operative from the State propaganda organ newarkcollaberative.org goes on to say “Crime data from January 1, 2022, through October 2, 2022, as compared to the same period for 2021, suggest a small decrease in citywide overall violent crime.”
When, in fact, the data shows a significant decrease in violent crime.
Lower in the same paragraph, they continue “The data also suggest a moderate decrease in violent crime counts since the beginning of the spring.”
When, in fact, the data shows a striking decrease in violent crime since the beginning of 2022.
You have to read a separate table to learn that, from January 1 through October 2, 2022, Aggravated Assault in Newark, New Jersey decreased by 9%, year-over-year. Newarkcollaberative.org said it was “a moderate decrease”.
And that, from January 1 through October 2, 2022, homicide in Newark, New Jersey decreased by 2%, year-over-year. Newarkcollaberative.org said it was “a small decrease”.
