In March 2022, NOAA predicted 1,350 to 1,475 tornadoes in 2022, (8% to 18% above average). There were, in fact, 773 confirmed tornadoes in the United States in 2022 - 39% below average

SAME PROPAGANDA, DIFFERENT YEARS

“Just over a month has elapsed since the peak of hurricane season, but the Atlantic is eerily quiet. Not a stitch of tropical activity is expected in the next five days, and it has been nearly two weeks since a named storm was present.”

carilec.com, November 2021

“The 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season has gotten off to an eerily quiet start. Through the first two months (The Atlantic Hurricane Season “officially” runs from June 1 through November 30 every year) we have only seen three total storms develop.”

IN PROPAGANDA TERMS, THIS IS WHAT’S KNOWN AS “WALKING IT BACK”

“2022 Atlantic hurricane season to be above average”.

Experts: Everything points to another busy hurricane season.”

apnews, May 31, 2022

“The 2022 hurricane season is tracking behind the pace of those in 2020 and 2021, but it’s still early”.

phys.org, June 27, 2022

“NOAA still predicts above-average Atlantic hurricane season”

THE ARTICLES

DECREASING HURRICANE ACTIVITY

In November 2021, carilec.com said “Atlantic Hurricane Season Has Gone to Sleep. Will it Awaken***?***”

The article goes on to say "Just over a month has elapsed since the peak of hurricane season, but the Atlantic is eerily quiet. Not a stitch of tropical activity is expected in the next five days, and it has been nearly two weeks since a named storm was present.

On May 18, 2022, hawaiinewsnow.com said “NWS forecasters predict below average Central Pacific hurricane season, but urge preparedness”.

Where the uncredited author put “below average” in quotations, to call it into question.

For those late the party, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.

On May 25, 2022, coastalreview.org affirmed “2022 Atlantic hurricane season to be above average”.

On May 31, 2022, apnews.com proclaimed “Experts: Everything points to another busy hurricane season.”

On June 27, 2022, phys.org narrowed its eyes bitterly, wagged it’s bony finger and said “The 2022 hurricane season is tracking behind the pace of those in 2020 and 2021, but it’s still early”.

On August 3, 2022, wcpo.com said “Eerily quiet start to 2022’s Hurricane Season; what’s ahead?”

The article goes on to say “The 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season has gotten off to an eerily quiet start. Through the first two months (The Atlantic Hurricane Season “officially” runs from June 1 through November 30 every year) we have only seen three total storms develop.”

Tropical Storm Alex (June 5 through June 6), Tropical Storm Bonnie (July 1 through July 2), and Tropical Storm Colin (July 2 through July 3), are the only three storms which have formed through the first 64 days of the summer. That means we haven’t had a single hurricane form in the Atlantic this year. That is the first time that we have not seen a hurricane form in the Atlantic basin by August 1 since 2017.

On August 4, 2022, the Washington Post bravely avowed “NOAA still predicts above-average Atlantic hurricane season”

On August 4, 2022, weartv.com said “NOAA and Colorado State University forecast active endto Atlantic Hurricane Season”.

DECREASING TORNADO ACTIVITY

Tornado season begins in March and lasts until June.

On March 15, 2022, popsi.com said “The 2022 tornado forecast looks intense”.

The subhead reads “The 2022 tornado season is going to be a doozy”.

The article goes on to say “The new predictions put the number of tornadoes for 2022 at around 1,350 to 1,475, above a yearly average of 1,253.”

In March 2022, NOAA predicted that there would be 1,350 to 1,475 tornadoes in 2022, which would be 8% to 18% above average.

On April 14, 2022, thepatch.com said “2022 Tornado Activity Expected To Be High”

On May 23, 2022, wisc.edu questioned “Is 2022 an active tornado season for the U.S***?***”

In August 2, 2022, accuweather.com said “Tornado reports slip below normal in 2022 after robust start to season”.

As of August 4, 2022, there were 773 confirmed tornadoes in the United States, which is 39% below average.

I invite the reader to recall that, in March 2022, NOAA predicted that there would be 1,350 to 1,475 tornadoes in 2022, which would have been 8% to 18% above average.

As you can see, the folks in charge are not your friends, and are lying to you about basically everything, including tornadoes.

If tornado season begins in March and lasts until June why does an independenttribune.com article from August 2, 2022, independenttribune.com said “Tornado numbers below average so far in 2022”?

The Independent Tribune is a State propaganda organ, using conscious deception while retaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

I have exposed their duplicity by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.
