A few days ago, I mentioned to a close friend of mine that homicide and violent crime were lower than they ever had been, and quoted a single statistic to support my position. And he reacted, well, violently.
He said “It’s not true! It can’t be true! What about all of those illegals coming across the border?”
I said “we’ll have to agree to disagree on this one”, and moved off the subject.
It occurred to me later that he was the dupe of a false religion, and was quoting one of the tenets of that religion.
The good news is that false religions are not all-powerful forces, and that the influence of false religions is not constant, but is, rather, malleable, changeable.
The truth is that the great positive societal changes are increasing in speed and magnitude.
And false religions always fall out of fashion after a time.
While the positive changes which I am documenting for the record here are permanent.
THE DATA
From 2021 to 2023, Americans who said that crime was an extremely serious or very serious problem increased by 16.6%, from 54% to 63%.
In the 3rd Quarter of 2023, homicides in the United States decreased by 15.6%, year-over-year.
In the 3rd Quarter of 2023, violent crime in the United States decreased by 8.2%, year-over-year.
USA Today’s Zac Anderson described it as “a ‘considerable’ drop in crime”, because it is softer than decreased, but mostly as a thinly-veiled reference to the fallen Lord Lucifer.

In the 1st Quarter of 2024, the 16% year-over-year decrease in violent crime in the United States was 95.1% greater, or nearly double its 8.2% year-over-year decrease in the 3rd Quarter of 2023.
In the 1st Quarter of 2024, the 26.4% the year-over-year decrease in homicides in the United States was 53.8% greater that their 15.6% year-over-year decrease in the 3rd Quarter of 2023.
The great positive societal change is increasing exponentially, going forward in time.
That’s because the health of the ether is inexorably increasing, and moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

On April 30, 2024, usatoday.com said “FBI data shows America is seeing a 'considerable’ drop in crime. Trump says the opposite.”
Where author Zac Anderson said “ ‘considerable’ drop” because it is general.
As a propagandist, Zac knows that 70% of readers only read the headlines, and that his technique goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the speed and scope of the decrease in crime which he is attempting to obfuscate.
That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
Zac said “seeing a ‘considerable’ drop in crime” to walk it back a step from America actually experiencing it.
He put “considerable” into quotes, to call it into question.
Mr. Anderson tacked the snide “FBI data shows” on the front end of the headline to give the subconscious of the Coincidence theorist reader the green light to say “oh, but that FBI can make the data show anything!”, or, “oh, but that’s just FBI data!”

The article goes on to say “Jeff Asher is a New Orleans-based crime data analyst who has worked at the CIA and Department of Defense. As early data showed murders declining nationwide last year, Asher was careful about overstating things. But as the big decline continued, he wrote in December that he had “seen enough” and was ready to declare that the U.S. was experiencing a major drop in killings.”
There’s no actual data in that paragraph, but, rather, just hedging generalities. “Declining”. “Big decline”. “Major drop”.
This is buried THIRTY PARAGRAPHS DOWN IN THE ARTICLE:
“Asher cited preliminary 2023 FBI data in predicting that the final numbers for the year could show a “considerable” drop. The third quarter FBI data showed murders dropping an estimated 15.6% compared with the same period in 2022 and violent crime dropping 8.2% overall.”
Where USA Today’s Zac Anderson put “considerable” in quotes, to call it into question.
For grade school students studying the subject in the future, I’ll note that asking the average American in 2024 to read thirty paragraphs is like asking someone from 1830 to memorize the Declaration of Independence.
