On August 18, 2021, the journal Nature published a study entitled “Small targeted dietary changes can yield substantial gains for human health and the environment”, by first author Katerina S. Stylianou.

It compiled a list ranking 5,800 foods based on their effects on longevity and found that consuming a single can of Coca Cola shortens your life by 12 minutes.

In the 4th Quarter of 2024, McDonald’s sales in the United States decreased by 1.4%, year-over-year.

A current inquiry of ArtificiaI Intelligence said that it was because of “decreased average check size and the lingering effects of an October 2024 E. coli outbreak that eroded consumer trust”.

If the effects of the October 2024 E. coli outbreak were “only lingering”, as asserted by AI, then McDonald’s sales would not be decreasing exponentially, going forward in time.

Coca-Cola CEO James Quincey said it was because of “challenges with severe weather and calendar shift”.

“Calendar shift”, now that’s rich.

And we are to believe that, in the 1st Quarter of 2025, the weather was so terrible that Coca-Cola couldn’t deliver the products which the public so desperately wanted. I see.

Then thestreet.com’s Patricia Battle shat the bed with “volume was impacted by weakening consumer sentiment as the quarter progressed, particularly among Hispanic consumers. Coca-Cola’s loss of Hispanic customers comes after a video went viral on social media platform TikTok in February, alleging the drink company laid off “thousands of Latin American workers” and reported them to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In response to this video, some consumers said that they would be boycotting the company.”

In June 2020, diabetes remission among diet soda drinkers in a weight loss program who switched to water was 100% greater, or two times greater than it was among those who continued to drink diet sodas (90% remission versus 45% remission).

This statistic strongly infers that gluttonous consumption of carbohydrates and refined sugar drives diabetes, as both groups who controlled their eating showed remission of diabetes.

It also demonstrates that diet soda drives diabetes.

On June 20, 2025, the American Diabetes Association said “Water Instead of Diet Drinks Associated with Two-Fold Rate of Diabetes Remission in Women”.

Where the uncredited author replaced the specific 100% variance with the general “two-fold rate”, and entirely omitted mention of the fact that diet soda decreased weight loss by almost half, versus water.

Those are examples of the propaganda technique known as “stonewalling”.

The article goes on to say “In an 18-month study, researchers evaluated the impact of substituting diet beverages with water among adult women with type 2 diabetes and obesity or overweight. A total of 81 participants in a weight management program who regularly consumed diet beverages were randomly assigned to either replace them with water or continue their usual intake of five times per week after lunch. All participants first completed a six-month weight loss program, followed by a 12-month weight maintenance program”.

For those unaware, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.

On August 6, 2025, London-listed shares of bottlers Coca-Cola HBC and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners decreased by 10%.

Reuters.com’s Aatreyee Chaterjee said it was because of “backlashes from consumers in Indonesia, where CCEP operates, and Egypt, where Coca-Cola HBC operates, as consumers shied away from U.S. brands due to the Israel-Gaza conflict”.

In September 2025, lead study author Dr. Claudia Kimie Suemoto, an associate professor of geriatrics and director of the Biobank for Aging Studies analyzed the diet and cognitive abilities of nearly 13,000 Brazilians between the ages of 35 and 75 participating in the Brazilian Longitudinal Study of Adult Health. Dr. Suemoto said "People who consumed the most low- or no-calorie sweeteners showed a 62% faster global cognitive decline than those who consumed the lowest amount — that’s the equivalent of 1.6 — years of brain aging.”

To make the finding even more spectacular, people in the highest tier consumed an average of 191 milligrams, or about 1 teaspoon, of artificial sweeteners each day. To put that into perspective, one can of diet soda sweetened with aspartame contains around 200 to 300 milligrams.

Ergo, those who drank just one diet soda per day had a degree of cognitive decline almost two thirds greater than those who did not consume diet soda.
