Major purpose of gifting in Africa

Several cases of environmental pollution- every year people disposes billions of metric tons of solid waste. Industrial wastes account for majority of the discarded materials. Solid waste from homes, offices and store which are called municipal solid wastes which include papers, plastic bottles and cans, food scraps and garden trimmings. Others wastes consist of scrapped cars, scrap metals, left over materials from agricultural processes and mining wastes known as spoils. The handling of such wastes is great problem because most disposal methods damages the environment, and the only way that we can involve ourselves in helping is by using this friend and low cost method which is by gifting.

Also it’s true that many scientists believed that acid /salty rain can also reduce soil fertility, for salt has great power to melt even the bones of human being and even heavy iron metal. All these make the earth crust more hollow and empty. It’s in record that we have some areas which had been very much poor in water drainage, some do experience scarce rainfall, in fact generally some areas had been very poor to the extent that they could not even support animal life even if not human life. So our missions in these areas had given birth to favorable environment.

The irrigation of soil in dry areas with poor drainage can still leave water in the fields. When this standing / still water evaporate, it leaves salt deposit behind, making the soil too salty for growing crops. So such soil lack a lot of nutrients that finally render them fruitless for agricultural production and thus our gifting in such soils is very necessary. In such cases we must do humanitarian assistance in such areas. From such incidences you can know why at times we need certain assistance so that we can reach and at least affect such areas to change their soil profiles.

Also in the cases of mining, such mining operations and smelting dirty toxic or heavy metals also affect the environment. This brings to our attention and care to see that we try by all means to see these our areas recovered, and these can be done by gifting.

For sure our teams have been working all rounds to make sure that our areas and even beyond are healed ecologically, environmentally by our continuous gifting. Much appreciation goes to the following who had been in support of our successes for at time we do face financial crisis, some of us at time get imprisoned just for anxieties from the government, some of us times got sick due to the unfriendly environment that we at times visit. But they always remain supportive to us. Just to mention a few, my appreciation goes to Don and Carol Croft, Laurent, Frode, Habibi among others. I cannot forget our native African pioneers Mrs. O, Christine, Dancan among others members of the Kikundi for their tireless and continuous sacrificial supports.
