Have you gifted the death towers in Richmond VA ?

I have a customer who is tossing orgonite in Richmond and he wanted to know if Richmond’s towers have been gifted or not.

I tossed a tb into the brush next to Kings Dominion and a few along 95, but I haven’t heard of anyone gifting the city in a big way.
