RISING AWARENESS BY THE POPULATION THAT WEAPONIZED PATHOGENS ARE BEING UNLEASHED UPON THEM
Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled “Positive Changes That Are Occurring”, in July of 2013.
These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on the work of Wilhelm Reich and Karl Hans Welz.
Since Don Croft first fabricated the first simple, inexpensive tactical Orgonite devices in 2000, their widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.
So, while it’s not the most positive time right now in a number of ways, there are still gigantic positive changes taking place on a societal level that dwarf the negativities we’re currently experiencing. And one of them is that the populace is beginning to recognize that weaponized pathogens are being unleashed upon the them.
The distinct and separate race we know as Neanderthal has been doing what it can to get rid of all the other races, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. One of their favorite vehicles for killing large numbers of people from races other than their own is weaponized pathogens. A low-tech example from a couple hundred years ago is generational Satanist white gifting pox-infected blankets to the native Americans.
A Time magazine article from June 3, 1946, headlined “Better Than The Bomb,” details a May 1946 Appropriation Hearing discussing a biological agent. It is believed that they’re discussing the inducement of visna into the human genome.
In February 1948, in his Foreign Policy Statement Number 21, George W. McKenna stated emphatically that the United States had to get over the niceties and develop solution to deal with the burgeoning population of the Third World.
AIDS is a weaponized monkey virus whose conception and rollout is elucidated in the AIDS flowchart, which was surfaced by a man named Boyd Graves via a Freedom of Information Act request in 1999. Dr. Graves earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in May 1993, almost 20 years after receiving a B.S. degree in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland in 1975.
The document he surfaced is entitled “the 1971 U.S. Special Virus Research Logic Flow Chart”, and documents a secret federal virus development initiative coordinated by the Pentagon called, “The United States Special Virus Program.”

The flowchart has been scrubbed from the web - at this writing, I cannot locate a copy. Boyd’s holding one in the photo above.
In the 1971 Progress Report, on page 39, that there is a statement by the United States that visna has not yet been associated with human disease. While a Journal of American Medical Association (JANA) study from 1987 concluded that HIV/AIDS evolved from visna.
Dr. Robert Gallo was the project officer and one of the primary scientists involved in the Special Virus Program. In 1971, he located a human retrovirus, an RNA dependant, DNA polymerase. That is in the Progress Report, page 105. This isolation was, and is, a plural effusion from a 5-year-old Black American boy that was used as the entity that all has fused from. It’s the research of Dr. Gallo, coupled with the Special Virus Program, in which he had a green light to do whatever it took to develop a special virus for the purpose of population stabilization.
Gallo received a patent (U.S. Patent No. 4647773) to continue the production of HIV in April 1984.
Before he left office, President Clinton pardoned Dr. Gallo for any acts relative to this issue.

The case in 2000 was a full disclosure as it relates to the Freedom of Information Act. We were seeking full disclosure of the Special Virus Program vis-à-vis the courts. They were presented with the flowchart document, as well as a May 15, 2000 letter from Dr. Victoria Cargill, the medical officer of the Office of AIDS Research of the National Institute of Health. Dr. Cargill declared in the letter that the flowchart is the flowchart of the human immune deficiency virus. Here, we have an official document from the United States saying the same thing.
In May of 2000, it was declared as the flowchart of the immune deficiency virus from the top medical officer of the United States. Yet, the Justice Department merely set the documentation aside. Dr. Cargill located the flowchart, as well as some of the Progress Reports of the Special Virus Program from the archives of the National Cancer Institute and wrote a letter to that effect.
She referred this information to the National Cancer Institute to Dr. Allen S. Rabson, who quickly destroyed all the information for a good reason. We found that Dr. Allen S. Rabson, the current deputy director of the National Cancer Institute, was on the 1971 HIV/AIDS developmental committee and his name is located in the Progress Report.”

BG: Yes, covering 1963 through 1978. Then, we had HIV/AIDS in mass infection in Africa and Manhattan. In Phase V of the flowchart document, you see that the special virus that they were developing was going to be placed in clinical trials. Here we have conclusive proof again that vaccines were complemented, not contaminated. The smallpox vaccine that went to Africa was complemented with the U.S. special virus HIV. Also, they recruited promiscuous White homosexuals in Manhattan—1,068 of them, I believe—and they were all given an experimental Hepatitis B vaccine and that vaccine was also complemented with HIV/AIDS.

I think that Boyd Graves was a disinformation artist who leaked information that damns the U.S. but telling leaves the virus-crazy Chinese squeaky-clean. The U.S. is the “leg breaker”, and will later be the “fall guy”, or so the Godless Communist Red Chinese hope.
Now, please recognize that generational Satanism knows no geographic or cultural boundary. It’s just the the control pyramid of the Organization comes to a point in China.
Now let’s examine the instructive example of the EV-D68 Virus.

Where we can see the Chinese asking their lapdog the U.S. for an indigenous virus from among its people for the purposes of weaponization and later release back upon the American people.
The article says “More cases were detected in different geographical locations in subsequent years by different groups.15, 16, 17, 18, 19”.
Where “more” cases and “different” locations are both general. As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda.
I checked all five of those sources, and all they talk about is China.
Burying information in separate links is an example of a propaganda technique called “compartmentalization”.

That’s why another scholarly article on EV-D68 says “In contrast to the prevalence observed in the United States, there was no outbreak noted in China. The reason for this observation is unclear.”
The author is saying that it is “unclear” why everyone in the U.S. got the deadly, genetically-engineered version because the six coding mutations (M291T, V341A, T860N, D927N, S1108G and R2005K) associated with neurovirulence reported in the American strains were not found in Chinese strains.
The Chinese cases are the training-wheel version, being tuned for virulence and communicability, but leaving the Chinese people unharmed.
Then EV-68 went big with neurological impact in the Philippines and the Netherlands in 2011, and then in Norway and the U.S. in 2014.
The Chinese released a benign test version on their own people to tune the spreadability, then weaponized it and released on nations other than their own from 2011 to 2014.

In February 2020, National Taiwan University professor Fang Chi-Tai said that the Wuhan coronavirus was likely man-made, that COVID-19 is 96 percent similar to the bat virus RaTG13, which is known to be housed at the Wuhan lab. Fang said that a French team investigating COVID-19 had found that the key difference between RaTG13 and COVID-19 was that the latter has four additional amino acids not found in any other coronaviruses. Fang said that these four amino acids make the disease easier to transmit.
In February 2020, Dr. Charles Lieber, chair of Harvard University’s Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, was arrested by Federal Agents, along with two Chinese “Students” working as research assistants, one of whom was actually a lieutenant in the Chinese Army, the other captured at Logan Airport as he tried to catch a flight to China – smuggling 21 vials of “Sensitive Biological Samples” according to the FBI.
He was charged with lying to the Department of Defense about secret monthly payments of $50,000.00 paid by China and receipt of millions more to help set up the chemical/biological “Research” laboratory in Wuhan, China.
