Smoking Rates are Decreasing Exponentially, Regardless of Culture or Geography - August 2021

SMOKING RATES ARE DECREASING EXPONENTIALLY, REGARDLESS OF CULTURE OR GEOGRAPHY

Granny Hawkins: So you’ll be Josey Wales.

Josey Wales: Now how might you know that, Granny?

Granny Hawkins: Soldiers were here looking for you 'bout two hours ago.

[Josey looks at Carstairs]

Sim Carstairs: Uh, I was goin’ to mention that to you… as soon as I got the chance.

Granny Hawkins: They say you killed your own men.

Jamie: Those lying, blue scum-bellies…

Granny Hawkins: They say you’re a hard put and desperate man, Josey Wales. They’re goin’ to heel and hide you to a barn door. You know what I say?

Josey Wales: What’s that?

Granny Hawkins: I say that big talk’s worth doodly-squat. Now them poultices be laced with feathermoss and mustard root. Mind you drop water on 'em occasional and keep 'em damp. [Walks off]

Granny Hawkins: You can pay me when you see me again, Josey Wales.

Josey Wales: I reckon so.

From “The Outlaw Josey Wales”, written by Asa Earl Carter, 1976

(Madeleine Taylor Holmes as Granny Hawkins, from “The Outlaw Josey Wales”, 1976)

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles on the subject, entitled “Positive Changes That Are Occurring”, in July of 2013.

These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on Wilhelm Reich’s work.

Since Don Croft first fabricated tactical Orgonite in 2000, its widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.

One of those changes is that smoking rates are decreasing exponentially, regardless of culture or geography.

That’s because moral and mental healthy vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Before I begin, I’d like to note that I don’t smoke tobacco, myself, and never have, beyond trying it as a teenager. At that time I did, however, take pains to learn to blow smoke rings. I’ll still occasionally do them for show when I’m out on the town with friends that smoke.

Growing up, everyone in my house smoked, but all gave it up, later.

I think that tobacco is a sacred plant, and that the modern cigarette is deadly because it was engineered to be. Much like the Dorito, as compared to a chip made simply out of stone-ground corn.

I once read a native American account saying that communing with tobacco in the pipe ceremony was sacred and highly beneficial, whereas, if you used it indiscriminately as an intoxicant, it would pay you back by taking your life.

A friend of mine, a fine artist, a painter, had a mentor who would take one, single puff of tobacco before painting, with such a thing in mind. He called it “entering the mirror.”

I think there’s something in tobacco that helps resist what Wilhelm Reich called “the Mass Psychology of Fascism.” Madeleine Taylor Holmes’ portrayal of Granny Hawkins in the 1976 film “The Outlaw Josey Wales” almost perfectly exemplifies the thesis.

It’s why Adolf Hitler was passed anti-smoking laws in Germany, and why great pressure is being applied to reduce smoking today.

Did I mention that the Nazi’s in Germany and the Feds in the U.S. both literally burned Wilhelm Reich’s books?

U.S. smoking rates decreased 65% from 1965 to 2017.

The youth smoking rate in the U.S. decreased 92% from 1997 to 2016, from 79% to 6%.

Smoking in Ireland decreased 24% from 2004 to 2014, from 29% to 22%.

Cigarette smoking among U.S. adults decreased 17% from 2005 to 2013 (from 20.9%/45.1 million persons to 17.8%/42.1 million). That’s an average annual decrease in smoking in the U.S. of 2.125% per year over each of those eight years.

Smoking in the United States decreased 35% from 2005 to 2016. That’s an average annual decrease in smoking in the U.S. of 3.2% per year over each of those eleven years.

The average annual decrease in smoking from 2014 to 2016 of 3.2% was 50% higher than the rate of 2.125% seen in the years from 2005 to 2013.

Signally, the great positive change at it regards smoking rates took off in 2013, which is the year I began documenting the subject.

Smoking in Greece decreased 10% from 2012 to 2017, to the lowest level in Europe.

Smoking in the United States decreased 21% from 2012 to 2017. That’s an average annual decrease in smoking in the U.S. of 4.2% per year over each of those five years.

The average annual decrease in smoking in the U.S. in 2017 of 4.2% is 24% higher than the 3.2% increase seen from 2014 to 2016. The largest increase

You can see that the great positive change in society is occurring regardless of culture or national boundary.

That’s because moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Smoking in the U.S. decreased 17% from 2013 to 2015.

Smoking in the U.S. decreased 6% from 2013 to 2014.

Smoking in the U.S. decreased 12% from 2014 to 2015.

The decrease in the smoking rate in the U.S. was twice as large from 2014 to 2015 as it was from 2013 to 2014. The positive change is increasing exponentially, going forward in time.

In June 2013, the New York Times explained “Why Smoking Rates Are at New Lows”.

Where “at new lows” is general, and clearly implies they’ve reached bottom, and won’t go lower.

Where “at new lows” conjures depravity - “the politician’s latest trickery is a new low, even among politicians”.

The explanations don’t include the fact that moral and mental health very with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

The article only talks about the U.S., and doesn’t mention smoking decreases taking place simultaneously in all the other nations, regardless of culture or geography. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In September 2015, CBS News said “U.S. Smoking Rate Drops to New Low”.

Can you see how “drops to new low” is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

Where “A new low” conjures depravity - “the politician’s latest trickery is a new low, even among politicians”.

In journalistic parlance, the author has “buried” the far more impactful, specific statistics in the body text below:

The U.S. smoking rate continues to decline, with just over 15 percent of adults reporting they’re current smokers, a new government survey reveals. That’s down from nearly 17 percent in 2014 and almost 18 percent in 2013.”

The author has provided the numbers, but carefully withheld the far more impactful percentage decreases between them. So, I had to do the math.

The article continues: “The falloff reflects a continued decline that started in 2010 after a decade of no progress against smoking, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Tuesday.”

Where “falloff” is highly negative. One falls off a cliff.

The word “decline” implies a smooth, even, gradual decrease, when the facts are that the decreases are large, and increasing exponentially, going forward in time. The use of these words, invisible to the average reader, is an example of the propaganda technique known as “spin”.

“U.S. Centers for Disease Control” and prevention are pretending that it is their own, local efforts that are leading to the decrease in smoking, and only in the U.S. When the fact is that smoking rates are decreasing exponentially regardless of culture or geography. This is an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization.

The article continues: “Higher tobacco taxes, tough anti-smoking messages and smoke-free laws that ban smoking from indoor and outdoor areas appear to be dissuading even hard-core, heavily addicted smokers from continuing the habit, said Patricia Folan, director of the Center for Tobacco Control at North Shore-LIJ Health System in Great Neck, N.Y.”

Where the general plausible deniability excuses of “taxes”, “messages” and “laws” are put forward at the local level to keep your eyes off the wider trend I’m documenting here.

Here’s Patricia Folan’s picture:

(Patricia Folan, Center for Tobacco Control, North Shore-LIJ Health System, Great Neck, NY)

I’ve included Patricia’s picture so you could get a better idea of what a generational Satanist in a position of marginal influence looks like.

Only 15 % of adults in the U.S. smoked in 2016.

The youth smoking rate in the U.S. decreased to 6% in 2016, down 79% percent from its peak in 1997, when more than a quarter of young people smoked.

Put another way, the youth smoking rate in the U.S. decreased 92% from 1997 to 2016, from 79% to 6%.

In January 2016, abc.net.au said “Australian adolescent smoking rates drop to record low; cigarette pricing, plain packaging, public education praised”.

Where “drop” is general. The international news blackout that is in place on this subject forbids the use of any statistics in headlines that would provide insight into the magnitude of the trend I’m documenting here.

Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, it goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” the phenomenon.

“Drop TO record low” implies that’s all the further down they’re going to go.

“Cigarette pricing, plain packaging and public education” are all bullshit plausible-deniability excuses, put forward at the local level because the propagandist knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

“AUSTRALIAN adolescent smoking rates” is a brave attempt to “compartmentalize” the phenomenon merely to Australia, when in fact youth smoking rates are dropping regardless of culture or geography.

ABC Australia is a State propaganda organ, using conscious deception while maintaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. They’re desperate to keep you from recognizing that moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

In September 2016, Reddit published “The sad reality of smoking in Greece”.

Can you see how “the sad reality”, while lurid, is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

In January 2018, The American College of Greece published an article entitled “Impressive drop of smoking rates in Greece in the last 5 years”.

Can you see how “impressive drop” is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

In journalistic parlance, the propagandist from the American College of Greece did what little they could to hedge by “burying” the far more impactful, specific statistic in the body text below:

“This drop, of 9.6 percentage points over 5 years, marks an all-time low at a European level and certainly holds the smallest prevalence of smoking in the Greek population.”

Smoking in Greece decreased 10% from 2012 to 2017, to the lowest level in Europe. 2016 was when Reddit published the article headlined “The sad reality of smoking in Greece”.

The folks in charge are not your friends, and are lying to you about basically everything. I’ve exposed Reddit’s duplicity by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.

The smoking rate in the U.K. decreased to the second-lowest in Europe in 2017.

U.S. Teenagers’ tobacco use decreased 20% from 2017 to 2018, to a record low, with a “sharp” drop in e-cigarettes. What’s particularly humorous about that is an atforum article from December 2017 that said “The late-to-the-party news is that young people really like vaping.”

I’ve exposed the duplicity of the lying propagandist from at forum via what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.

In June 2017, NBC News said “U.S. Teens Dump Tobacco, E-Cigarettes – Teen smoking rates have hit new lows in the U.S”.

Hits new lows” bravely implies that the smoking rate has decreased as far as it’s going to, as in “hit bottom”.

New low” conjures depravity - “the politician’s latest trickery is a new low, even among politicians”.

In July 2017, a “drop” in smoking in California was attributed to “the new tobacco tax.

(“If you don’t smoke Tarrlytons…Fuck you!” from “Idiocracy”, by Mike Judge, 2006)

In July 2017, the FDA “aimed to lower nicotine in cigarettes to get smokers to quit.” What the Feds are actually doing is making it so that the addicts have to buy more cigarettes. Say what you will about these people, there’s no quit in them.

In the face of plummeting cigarette smoking, a Bloomberg.com article from July 2017 saluted the flag and assured “FDA Targets Cigarettes in Broadening of Fight Against Addiction”.

Since the general populace is literally not aware of what is taking place outside their windows, it is child’s play for the propagandist to set up the mouth-breathing rube reader here, and later write an article saying “Feds hardball on cigarettes dropped consumption by X%!”

In July 2017, calmatters.com said “Early returns suggest smoking drop in response to state tax”.

Can you see how “smoking drop” is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

In the headline, the propagandist from calmatters.com hedged “returns show” back to the softer “returns suggest”. Then returns suggest” was hedged back further still to “early returns suggest”. It’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “walking it back”.

“In response to state tax” is a bullshit plausible-deniability excuse, put forward at the local level, in this case California, to “compartmentalize” the wider trend I’m documenting here.

The article continues: “Last fall, California voters approved the biggest increase in cigarette taxes since the state first began levying tobacco in the 1950s. Advocates for Proposition 56, which passed with a fairly overwhelming 64 percent of the vote, argued that a $2 per-pack tax hike would hurt pocketbooks enough to nudge millions of California smokers to quit, or at least to light up less frequently. When the tax went into effect in April, smokers saw the average cost of a pack of cigarettes soar from under $6 to up to $9, making California one of the most expensive states in which to buy cigarettes. But the question then: Was that enough to force smokers to kick an increasingly expensive habit?”

Where “was that enough***?***” Is what is known as a “fait accompli”.

Fait accompli - noun - a thing that has already happened or been decided before those affected hear about it, leaving them with no option but to accept it.

The article goes on: “The early data suggests that yes, California cigarette sales have declined significantly since prices went up. In fact, the drop is even sharper than the state anticipated—which could spell trouble for state coffers.”

Where “declined significantly” and “drop” and “sharper” are all general. The author tacked “early data suggests” to give the weaseling subconscious of the reader the green light to say “that’s just early data” and “that data only suggests that”. The propagandist knows that many or most readers will grasp virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

The article continues: “Cigarette pack “distributions”—tax lingo for a pack of cigarettes typically sold from a distributor to a retailer, and a good proxy for consumption—dropped 56 percent year-over-year in the two months following the tax increase, according to data obtained from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration and analyzed by CALmatters. That’s a decline of nearly 82 million packs.”

After hedging continually, paragraph after paragraph, in regard to the scope of the decrease in smoking, the author has finally coughed up the far more impactful, specific statistic.

There’s no mention of the fact that it’s a hugely positive societal change, but rather that it “could spell trouble for state coffers”. As if the state of California will go broke if you don’t do your part as a citizen and take up smoking.

The bullshit plausible deniability excuse put forward at the local level is “state tax”, to make you think it was that local influencer that caused that smoking drop in that one compartmentalized location. Versus the truth, that the positive moral change was taking place simultaneously in the populace of every state, nay, in every nation, because moral and mental health vary directly with that of the subject’s etheric environment.

Re: “could spell trouble for state coffers”, the 56% decrease in cigarette sales is neatly offset by the 50% increase in price, from $6 to $9. Do you think these people were born yesterday?

In September 2017, Ukraine reported a “dramatic” drop in cigarette smoking.

Cigarette smoking in Greece decreased to a record low in 2018.

In April 2018, USA Today’s Editorial Board said “Warning: Vaping teens become nicotine addicts”.

Well, if that’s true, why is an Icelandic Review article from May 2018 headlined “Vaping Linked to Decrease in Cigarette Smoking”?

It’s not true. USA Today is a State propaganda organ, using conscious deception while maintaining the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty.

You can tell that the Icelandic Review is also a member of the Great Big Conspiracy because they used the general “decreases” in place of a specific statistic that would provide greater insight into the positive change I’m documenting here.

“[Holmes] was now preparing for an all-night sitting. He took off his coat and waistcoat, put on a large blue dressing-gown, and then wandered about the room collecting pillows from his bed and cushions from the sofa and armchairs. With these he constructed a sort of Eastern divan, upon which he perched himself cross-legged, with an ounce of shag tobacco and a box of matches laid out in front of him. In the dim light of the lamp I saw him sitting there, an old briar pipe between his lips, his eyes fixed vacantly upon the corner of the ceiling, the blue smoke curling up from him, silent, motionless. . . .”

“[When I awoke] I found the summer sun shining into the apartment. the pipe was still between his lips, the smoke still curled upward, and the room was full of a dense tobacco haze, but nothing remained of the heap of shag which I had seen upon the previous night.”

. . . (case solved!) . . .

“[Said the policeman] ‘I wish I knew how you reach your results.’”

“I reached this one,” said my friend, "by sitting upon five pillows and consuming an ounce of shag. I think, Watson, that if we drive to Baker Street we shall be just in time for breakfast.”

From “The Complete Sherlock Holmes”, by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, 1892

(Sherlock Holmes smoking his pipe)

In June 2018, Medical Xpress said “U.S. smoking rate hits all-time low”.

Can you see how “all-time low” is general? Where did it decrease from? What was the magnitude of the decrease? Why did it decrease to the lowest level in history?

As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

Hits all-time low” bravely implies that the smoking rate has decreased as far as it’s going to, as in “hits bottom”.

In January 2019, nationalherald.com said “E-Cigarettes Bring Big Drop in Greek Smoking Rate”.

Can you see how “big drop” is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

The article continues: “Ranked 12th among countries worldwide by Tobacco Atlas with the highest smoking rates, the rate is dropping in Greece, but largely because of electronic cigarettes – whose safety and addiction risks are unknown.”

Can you see how “the rate is dropping in Greece” is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. The author provides no other information on the magnitude of the positive change taking place in Greece. Since we’re studying the subject, and are honest, upright people, we know that smoking in Greece decreased 10% from 2011 to 2016, to the lowest level in Europe. And we know that the National Herald is a State propaganda organ, coopted from the top.

The author broadly lies that smoking in Greece by some unexplained degree “largelybecause of electronic cigarettes”.

Largely - adverb - in a large manner; especially : to a large extent : mostly, primarily.

The article goes on to say “The study used a sample of 2,568 former and current smokers in Attica and showed that 40 percent of those who have quit the habit since 2014 use or have used electronic cigarettes.” For those keeping score, 40% is not a supermajority of greater than 66 and two thirds percent, nor is it a simple majority of greater than 50%.

The propagandist has put forward the plausible-deniability excuse of “electronic cigarettes” at the local level in Greece, and carefully left unmentioned the fact that smoking rates are decreasing regardless of culture or geography. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The folks in charge are not your friends, and are lying to you about basically everything, including what caused smoking rates in Greece to decrease 10% from 2013 to 2018. I’ve exposed the duplicity of the National Herald by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.

We learned in a previous article from Greece that 40% of those who’d quit smoking there had used electronic cigarettes to assist them. Well, if that’s true, why does a CNN article from January 2019 say “UK study shows e-cigarettes help adult smokers quit, but US experts urge caution”.

Can you see how “help adult smokers quit” is general? As you may recall, generality is a hallmark of propaganda. Since sixty to seventy percent of readers only read the headlines, this hedging generality goes a long way toward “compartmentalizing” awareness of the scope of the positive change I’m documenting here.

In journalistic parlance, the author buried” the following information in the body text below: “Results showed that the one-year abstinence rate was 18% (79 people) in the e-cigarette group versus about 10% (44 people)”. The author worded it that way to avoid saying “the abstinence rate was 80% higher in the e-cigarette group (18% vs. 10%).”

According to CNN, the only generally-described “experts” in the U.S. urged caution on the devices that increased the abstinence rate by 80%.

The folks in charge are lying to you about basically everything, including e-cigarettes. I’ve exposed the duplicity of CNN by using what was known in the old days as “fact checking”.
