On my recent drive to Michigan, I spotted 3 huge Haarp stations along interstate 90 in Minnesota
first at mile marker 33 on the west side of the state. approximately 100- 150 harp array towers in a rather small space. tower farm basically
mile marker 66 and at mile marker 89 and a another smaller haarp station array of towers at mile marker 99
totaling probably 400 or so towers or more.
Does anyone know if these places have been gifted? it seemed as though these had been gifted yet the towers remain functional in the weather manipulation going on over the middle north american states. I’m trying to get a quick estimate of what it might take to finish gifting these areas.
