In 1962, J.C.R. Licklider, a scientist from the Department of Defense’s Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) proposed an “intergalactic network” of computers that could talk to one another, which would enable government leaders to communicate even if the Soviets destroyed the telephone system.

Here, over sixty years prior to this writing in 2024, we witness the kickoff of the DOD Black Ops project which we now know as “the Internet”.

Licklider is pretending that the enemy is the Commies, when, in fact, it is the general populace.

In 1965, Donald Davies, a scientist at Britain’s National Physical Laboratory developed a way of sending information from one computer to another that he called “packet switching.” Packet switching breaks data down into blocks, or packets, before sending it to its destination. That way, each packet can take its own route from place to place. Without packet switching, the government’s computer network—now known as the Arpanet—would have been just as vulnerable to enemy attacks as the phone system.

In 1963, the U.S. Navy developed communication via extremely low frequency (ELF) radiation, in a project known as “Sanguine”. The system transmitted over great distances - through water - within the extremely low frequency range (i.e. below 100 Hz).

The wavelength? 60Hz. The Navy’s Wi-Fi system deliberately used the same cancer-causing wavelength used by high-tension power lines.

A 60 Hz uniform electromagnetic field promotes human cell proliferation by decreasing intracellular reactive oxygen species levels.

In contrast, AM radio stations broadcast between 500 and 1600 thousand Hz (cycles per second) and short-wave, television and other broadcasts range into the hundreds of millions of Hz.

Since the purportedly-harmless non-ionizing radiation from what we collectively refer to as “wireless communication” penetrates water, it also penetrates humans, which are 96% water.

Now let’s take a look at the definition of the word “sanguine”.

In 1963, the DOD’s creation of the functioning Arpanet and the the U.S. Navy’s development of extremely low wavelength (ELF) radiation/WiFi system known as “Sanguine” were simultaneous.

From the 4th Quarter of 2013 to the 4th Quarter of 2020, international tablet sales decreased by 33.6%, or by one third, from an all-time high 78.6 million units to 52.2 million units.

In August 2014, IT PRO widened its eyes to simulate honesty and lied “Wearable technology sales set to soar by 2018”.

When, in fact, from the 4th Quarter of 2013 to the 1st Quarter of 2017, international tablet sales decreased by 53.9%, from an all-time high 78.6 million units to 36.2 million units.

Here, with “set to soar”, “set” is a thinly-veiled reference to their great god Set, whom the folks in charge have worshipped under various names and guises, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. It’s where we get the word “Satan”.

“Soar” is an allusion to the human-vulture hybrid god worshipped by the Neanderthal for over one hundred thousand years.

Where “sales of premium Huawei smartphones climbed 72%” is a bald-faced lie, with the tell being Richard piling on with the word “premium”. The truth is that people are buying flip phones, Huawei’s included, and that there is an international News Blackout in place on the subject.

On August 24, 2024, the Washington Post’s Mark Lukach said “I switched to a flip phone and dramatically improved my well-being”.
