From 2014 to 2017, the 28.9% increase in size of the Utah state record wiper was 896% greater than its 2.9% increase from some obfuscated date between 2005 and 2013 to 2014

THE DATA

In June 2014, the St. George News said "“We began stocking wipers in Newcastle in 2005, to help control a dense population of invasive golden shiners that had been illegally introduced to the reservoir”.

That’s Mil-speak for “we began stocking wipers at Newcastle lake in Utah in 2005 to cover up the fact that the species winked back into existence there around that time, as the etheric environment improved to a point where it could and would manifest there. That was just after golden shiners also winked into existence in Newcastle reservoir when the etheric environment improved to a point where the species could and would manifest there.”

Every single story on the subject omits the Utah wiper state record prior to 2015. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as a “News Blackout”.

From some obfuscated date between 2005 and 2013, the Utah wiper state record increased in size by 2.9%, from 10 pounds, 11 ounces to 11 pounds.

From 2014 to 2021, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 28.9%, from 11 pounds to 15 pounds, 5 ounces.

From 2014 to 2017, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 27.3%, from 11 pounds to 14 pounds.

The 28.9% increase in size of the Utah state record wiper from 2014 to 2017 is 896% greater than the 2.9% increase documented in the species there from some obfuscated date between 2005 and 2013 to 2014.

The growth rate of the Utah state record wiper is increasing exponentially, going forward in time. That’s not scientifically possible, at least according to the rapidly-collapsing false Orthodoxy which holds that organisms increase in ever-smaller increments to a genetically-determined maximum size.

They’re desperate to keep you from realizing that the size, fertility, longevity and very existence of any organism varies directly with the health of its etheric environment.

From 2017 to 2021, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 24.3%, from 12 pounds, 5 ounces to 15 pounds, 5 ounces.

From early June to late June 2017, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 13.7% , from 12 pounds, 5 ounces to 14 pounds.

From late June 2017 to 2021, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 9.3% , from 14 pounds to 15 pounds, 5 ounces

from 2019 to 2020, the number of fish state records in Utah more than doubled, from 5 to 11.

From 2020 to 2021, the Utah catch-and-release state record cuttthroat trout increased in length by 13%, from 27.5 inches to 31 inches.

THE ARTICLES

In 2014, Field and Stream’s Ben Romans said "Angler Russell Nielson caught his first wiper on May 21 from Utah’s Newcastle Reservoir — and it turned out to be a new Utah state record. His 11-pound, 2-ounce fish bested the previous record by five ounces.

Where, despite loving him some fish like writing about them is, in fact, his job, Ben omits any mention of who set the previous record, or when.

That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

He used the hedging generality “bested the previous record by five ounces” to obscure the far more impactful percentage increase between the records, that I was forced to do the math to learn.

From some obfuscated date between 2005 and 2013, the Utah wiper state record increased in size by 2.9% , from 10 pounds, 11 ounces to 11 pounds.

Here’s Ben Romans’ picture, wearing a Satanic purple shirt in front of a Satanic green background:

In December 2021, the Utah Department of Wildlife Resources published “4 new Utah fishing records set in 2021”.

The headline omits the names of the fish species, along with the word “state”, from “state record”, to maket he subject virtually unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Instructively, a headline from an article from Nebraska from just two months before reads “6 Nebraska fishing records certified in 2021”. It’s virtually identical, and, once again, omits the name of the fish species, along with the word “state”, from “state record”, to make the subject virtually unsearchable.

It’s a strict propaganda forumula, being adhered to regardless of geography.

As Utah article I’m taking to task here is uncredited. I’ve got news for you: anytime an article is uncredited, it is proof that said article was written by an Intelligence Operative.

It goes on to say “Catch-and-release records - Bear Lake cutthroat trout: Set by Travis Hobbs at Bear Lake on Jan. 17. The cutthroat was 31 inches long.”

There’s no mention of what the previous record was, or who set it, or when. Those are all examples of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

So I had to look up a separate article.

In April 2021, ksl.com said “Man breaks Utah’s Bear Lake cutthroat fishing record”.

Where author Carter Williams omitted the word “state” from “state record”, to make the subject far less searchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The article goes on to say: “Travis Hobbs caught the fish at Bear Lake on Jan. 17, according to the agency. His catch broke the previous Bear Lake cutthroat trout catch-and-release record of 27 ½ inches set by David MacKay on May 25, 2020.”

While Mr. Williams was kind enough to provide the old and new records, he carefully hedged by omitting the percentage increase between them and replacing it with the terse, general “broke the previous record”. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

So, I had to do the math to learn that, from 2020 to 2021, the Utah catch-and-release state record bear lake cuttthroat trout increased in length by 13%, from 27.5 inches to 31 inches.

Here’s Carter Williams’ picture, wearing a Satanic purple fleece that he figured the rubes would never notice:

The bear lake cutthroat record prior to 2020 was unfindable.

The December 2021, the Utah Department of Wildlife Resources article continues:

“Walleye: Set by Colby Woodruff at Bear River on March 12. The walleye was 32 inches long.”

Where the terse, general “set” completely obscures the margin between the records. And there’s no mention whatsoever of the previous record. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

I looked up a lot of articles. All omitted mention of the Utah catch-and-release Walleye record prior to 2021. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as a “News Blackout”.

The original December 2021 Utah Department of Wildlife Resources article continues:

“Colorado River cutthroat trout: Set by Brett Bardsley at Pine Creek Reservoir on May 15. The trout was 19 inches long.”

Where the terse, general “set” completely obscures the margin between the records. And there’s no mention whatsoever of the previous record. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The original December 2021 Utah Department of Wildlife Resources article continues:

"Catch-and-keep records - Wiper: Set by Tavin Quigley at Newcastle Reservoir on April 8. The wiper weighed 15 pounds, 4 ounces. It was 28 ⅛ inches long and 23 ¼ inches in girth. However, the record was later broken by Trevor Cooper at Newcastle Reservoir on May 23. Cooper’s fish was 15 pounds, 5 ounces and 29 ¼ inches long and 23 ⅝ inches in girth.

Where the terse, general “set” and “broken” completely obscure the margins between the records. And there’s no mention whatsoever of the previous record. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In June 2017, wideopenspaces.com’s said "Utah’s wiper record is shattered twice in one week.

Where author Justin Hoffman omitted the word “state” from “state record” to make the subject much less searchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

He uses the lurid but general “record is shattered” to obscure the exponential margin between the records. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Justin goes on to say “It’s not often that a state record fish is toppled twice in one week, but that’s exactly what happened in Utah earlier this month. Both submitted fish came from Newcastle Reservoir (and brokethe current record), including a 12-pound, 5 ounce wiper caught by Rennen Halladay and a 14-pound brute landed by Haydee Bullard. Bullard’s fish has now been recognized as the new state record.”

Where the terse, general “broke the current record” completely obscure the margins between the new records and the old one. And there’s no mention whatsoever of the previous record. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

After researching two articles and tortuously doing the math, we’ve now learned that, from late June 2017 to 2021, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 9.3%, from 14 pounds to 15 pounds, 5 ounces.

From early June to late June 2017, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 13.7%, from 12 pounds, 5 ounces to 14 pounds.

From 2017 to 2021, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 24.3%, from 12 pounds, 5 ounces to 15 pounds, 5 ounces.

In June 2017, thespectrum.com’s Ryan Miller said “State-record wiper caught at Newcastle Reservoir”.

Where, under the false guise of familiarity, author Ryan Miller omitted Utah, the name of the state, to make the subject almost unsearchable. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The article goes on to say “Bullard, 19, caught a 14-pound wiper at Newcastle Reservoir in early June. The fish smashed the previous record of 11 pounds, 14 ounces — a fish that was also caught in Newcastle in 2015.”

Did you notice how Ryan omitted the name of the previous record holder? That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Despite loving him some fish like writing about them is, in fact, his job, author Ryan Miller carefully covered up the exponential increase between the records with the lurid but general “smashed the previous record”. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

So, I had to do the math to learn that, from 2015 to 2017, the Utah state record wiper increased in size by 28.9%, from 11 pounds to 15 pounds, 5 ounces.

The original December 2021 Utah Department of Wildlife Resources article concludes:

“Eleven statewide fishing records were set in 2020, and five were set in 2019.”

Essay: Explain why, from 2019 to 2020, the number of fish state records in Utah more than doubled, from 5 to 11.
