“The fact that it is a hypothesis specially uncongenial to the emotions of this investigator or that, is neither here nor there.”

Moral and mental health vary directly with the subject’s etheric environment.

THE ARTICLES
In April 2022, clickorlando.com said “Overall, Germany has seen a decline of crime since 2017. In 2021, 5,047,860 criminal offenses were recorded, a decrease of 4.9% compared to the previous year. A total of 1,892,003 suspects were identified, three quarters of them male.
In violent crime, the number of cases fell 6.8% to 164,646.”
There’s a strict rule in journalism, where you list the largest number or percentage first, and then the rest in descending order. Here, the curiously-uncredited author Satanically inverted them, placing the larger 6.8% decrease in violent crime in Germany below the 4.9% decrease in overall crime there.
They said “Germany has seen a decline of crime” to walk it back a step from Germany actually experiencing it.
Did you notice that the general hedge “decline of crime” was put forward to obfuscate insight into the exact percentage by which it decreased since 2017? That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.
For those late to the party, anytime an author is uncredited, it is proof that said author is an Intelligence operative.
