The clashes erupted some miles from the Kenya boarder some mile, between the Borana and Garri a native tribes in Ethiopia over a land dispute. For sometimes in this nation these two tribes had been under a stiff struggle for this land but were calm down by the clans elders in conjunction with the Ethiopian government. But unfortunately it’s had erupted again and this time it has really claims several lives even though none could easily establish the right figure of the victims.
For now the “The local authorities were not able to resolve the claims and counterclaims in a constructive manner so clashes ensued," and the situation is still harsh and very unpromising. For now I have communicated with one of the senior people in that turmoil region with a motive of gifting the place for that’s the only thing which could bring a lasting solution. Moyale where I am now is in Oromia region next to Ethiopia. Several pastoral tribes occupy this part of the region – routinely hit by drought – and rely on land for animal grazing. For this reason my presence in Moyale has got a double effect, for one I would gift the area under stiff war and clashes and at the same time gift the dry land which consequently changes the climate of that place. Another hazard which I met as a result of that war which I have not yet a located the state is that our brother Hibrahim our fellow gifter in Ethiopia while was traveling to meet me in Moyale encountered that bad luck. He happened to be among the victims who managed to escape with injuries for they happened to be in the middle of the war torn area as they were traveling by a bus down to Moyale, very unfortunate.
