I’ve noticed that that when I’ve placed orgone near a telephone mast they have been adding more panels to them, Does this mean they need gifting again?

Don has said usually adding more panels isn’t enough to counter the positive effects of a lone tower buster, but they do try.
I’ve noticed more panels have been added to many towers that I have gifted, so they’re trying to get them working again, but
whether they succeed is a different story. [Image Can Not Be Found];
When in doubt, toss another tb towards the tower.
