I saw this many times at exactly this place. Seems like they want to block fronts there.
And… Don’t tell me that the mountains are causing this, it’s clearly artificial.
I do suspect the source, but I might be wrong, so I want to bring it here first. Anyway it will be busted as soon as possible.
