"Wine" and "Increasing Wine Production and Yields - The Plausible-Deniability Excuses", from "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", by Jeff Miller

The folks in charge losing, have lost control of Belarus. Remember, when cons collapse, they do so in a rush, like a house of cards.

The document is getting tighter, and tighter. These are not yet pleasant to read articles, but are rather master compilations.

However, the programming was and is laid down repetitively, and seeing it all laid out in a row gives the reader clarity on that point, which is invaluable here, needless to say. And, thinking it through, someone coming upon one of these for the first time will read it through, and have gone through a heigenic programming removal exercise.

Or it would be like going through repetitive language recordings, when you were learning a new language.

I think the "TLDR" Plausible-Deniability excuses document keeps it up at a higher level, and may be the first type of my articles to break through to a wider audience.

Eventually, I'll get to polished, humorous articles with quotes and pictures again. Thanks for bearing with me during this time period.

WINE

Great positive changes are underway at every level of our reality. They began in earnest in 2012, and have been increasing in speed and magnitude. I began writing this series of articles, entitled "Positive Changes That Are Occurring", in July of 2013.

These historically-unprecedented positive changes are being driven by many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of simple, inexpensive Orgonite devices based on Wilhelm Reich's work.

Since Don Croft first fabricated tactical Orgonite in 2000, its widespread, ongoing and ever-increasing distribution has been unknitting and transforming the ancient Death energy matrix built and expanded by our dark masters, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before. And, as a result, the Ether is returning to its natural state of health and vitality.

One of those positive changes is grape and wine production reaching levels never seen previously.

The gross production value of U.S. wine grape crops increased 41% from 2011 to 2012.

Washington state had record wine grape harvests from 2011 to 2014.

Wine production in South Africa reached an all-time high in 2013.

In October 2013, Wine News & Features said “French Wine Exports ‘Reach’ Record Highs”.

Where the headline craftily uses “French wine ‘exports” as a hedge against the far more impactful “French ‘wine production’ reaches record high”.

The article continues: “The ‘value’ of French wine exports hit a record high in 2012 – thanks to buoyant luxury-wine sales and strong demand from Asian markets – and they have continued to ‘rise’ this year. According to official figures released by French Customs, exports of French wine, excluding Champagne, reached 5.6 billion”.

Where “rise” is a softer way to spin “increase”, and also a thinly-veiled reference to the Atonist Black-Sun cult that’s run things in all the nations, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

The article continues: “The Asian market plus healthy premium-wine sales see French wine industry ‘hit’ new heights.”

The author has used “reach” record highs and “hit” new heights to twice hammer home the point that it’s a high-water mark that volumes will soon recede from, versus the truth, that crop volumes are exploding.

The author natters on and on about “value”, while, in journalistic parlance, this is “buried” in the second last paragraph of the article: “Volumes shipped to China ‘doubled in the past four years’, making it the second-biggest export destination for French wines. France's number one export market remains the U.K.”

The confidence game plays that the only-generally described “record high” exports were driven by the only-general-described “Asian market” and “healthy” premium wine sales, which led to French dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in France are at their highest levels in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

“Strong US sales” is a plausible-deniability excuse, and a weak one, even more so in the face of drastically dropping alcohol consumption in China. But the propagandist knows that wholly-credulous rubes will take any excuse, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

The author makes no mention of the fact that the highest volume of wine exports in the history of France is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

Wine News & Features is a controlled-opposition Mouthpiece that Intelligence professionals refer to as a “honeypot”. Not everyone who works there is a generational Satanist, of course, just those up at the top of the control pyramid and those whose articles get published in mainstream publications.

Oregon’s 2014 wine harvest was the biggest on record.

Arkansas’ wine grape harvest in 2015 was the best in years.

Winemakers in Australia recorded an ‘exceptional season’ in 2016.

In February 2016, decanter.com said  “New ‘figures show’ that French wine ‘exports’ reached record ‘value’ last year, mainly thanks to Champagne”.

Where the headline craftily uses “French wine ‘exports” as a hedge against the far more impactful “French ‘wine production’ reached record value last year”.

In a steadily-employed ruse, the headline focuses on ‘value’, to distract you from the largest champagne grape harvest in the history of the French nation.

The author has used “ ‘reached’ record value” to imply that it’s a high-water mark, versus the truth, that crop yields are increasing at an unprecedented rate.

The author started the headline of the hit-piece with “figures show”, which is a trigger that allows the subconscious of the reader to immediately reject what follows with “someone must have figured it incorrectly”, or you can make figures say anything!” There’s no mention whatsoever about volumes in the article. It’s an example of what’s known as a “news blackout”.

The article continues: “Exports of French wine and spirits, driven by ‘strong’ sales in US and China, reached a new record in 2017 according to the Federation of French Wines and Spirit Exporters (FEVS), despite a stronger euro exchange rate.”

Where “strong” sales is general. It was put forward as a hedge and is an example of the technique of compartmentalization which keeps the general populace in a state that George Orwell called “paralyzing stupidity.”

The confidence game plays that “sudden U.S. and Chinese thirstiness” led to the French dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in France are at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

“Strong sales in US and China” is a thin plausible deniability excuse, even more so in the face of dropping alcohol consumption in both nations. But the propagandist knows that wholly-credulous rube will accept virtually any excuse, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

In March 2016, Beverage Journal tersely said “California Wine Exports Set Record”.

Where the headline craftily uses “California wine ‘exports” as a hedge against the far more impactful “California ‘wine production’ sets record”.

The article continues: “U.S. wine exports, 90 percent from California, reached $1.61 billion in winery revenues in 2015, an all-time record and a 7.6 percent increase from 2014. Volume was up 4.1 percent from the previous year to 461 million liters or 51.2 million cases. “California wines ‘appeal to consumers across the globe’ who recognize the ...”

A 4% increase in crop volume in a year, to the highest level in the history of winemaking in California. “Appeal to consumers across the globe” floats the thin plausible deniability excuse that it is “increasing demand” that’s led to the record, versus the truth, that the grape yields in California are at their highest levels in history, and they sold all the wine they made.

The author makes no mention of the fact that the highest volume of wine exports in the history of California is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

The article continues: “U.S. wine exports, 90 percent from California, reached $1.61 billion in winery revenues in 2015, an all-time record and a 7.6 percent increase from 2014. Volume was up 4.1 percent from the previous year to 461 million liters or 51.2 million cases.”

There’s no mention of the volume also being a record, which it almost certainly must be. Volume has been carefully placed second, behind revenue.

The confidence game plays that “sudden thirstiness abroad” led to the Californians dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in California are at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

The author makes no mention of the fact that the highest volume of wine exports in the history of California is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In February 2017, thetaste.ie said “California Wine ‘Exports’ Reached Record Sales Globally in 2016”

The headline uses “Wine ‘exports’ reached record sales” as a hedge against the far more impactful “Record California wine production in 2016”.

As a bonus, they put the emphasis on record ‘sales’, which of course implies record production, which however goes unstated.

The talking head from “the Taste” says “California wine ‘exports’ have grown 78% ‘by value’ in the last decade”, but omits any mention of volume numbers.

They’ve hedged “wine production” back to the much smaller subset that is “wine exports”, and focused on the value increase while completely obfuscating the booming wine grape yields that are driving the whole thing.

They hedged yet again by discussing the last decade, to take your eyes off the exponential increases seen in the last couple years.

The author makes no mention of the fact that the highest volume of wine exports in the history of California is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In July 2017, purported wine-fan “Wine Searcher” tersely noted “French Wine ‘Exports’ ‘on’ the Up”.

Where the general “up” wasn’t a strong enough hedge for the propagandist, who had to add that French wine exports were only “on” the up.

The headline uses “ ‘exports’ on the up” as a hedge against the far more impactful “French wine production on the up”.

The article continues: “The figures released in the Rabobank Wine Quarterly survey showed healthy growth for French wine exports, which increased by 5.9 percent in volume and a whopping 14.7 percent in value, giving an average price-per-liter rise of 8 percent. Champagne did well with 7.3 percent volume and 12.1 percent value increases, while Bordeaux continued its strong growth with a 10.7 percent rise in volume and a staggering 26.4 percent leap in value.”

In journalism, there’s a strict rule that the largest percentages be listed first, and the rest in descending order. Here, the author has brazenly inverted it, putting the largest, double-digit, see-the-needle-moving volume increase at the end of the list.

The author makes no mention of the fact that the great increase in wine production in France is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In August 2017, stuff.co.nz said “NZ wine exports hit record high ‘driven by strong US sales’ ”.

The headline uses “ ‘exports’ hit record high” as a hedge against the far more impactful “NZ wine production hits record high”.

They lead with value, and imply it’s rising demand, rather than the truth, which is they sold all they made. And the story completely omits volume numbers.

The confidence game plays that the only-generally described “record high” exports were driven by the only-general-described “strong” US sales, which led to New Zealanders dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in New Zealand are at their highest levels in history, and they sold all the wine they made.

“Strong US sales” is a thin plausible deniability excuse, even moreso in the face of dropping alcohol consumption in the U.S. But the propagandist knows that the wholly-credulous rube will accept any excuse, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in New Zealand are at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

I must remind the reader that “strong” U.S. sales is only general. This tactic “compartmentalizes” the data with an effectiveness shown by the spectacular, conditioned ignorance of the majority of the populace.

The author has used “hits” record high to imply that it’s a high-water mark that volumes will soon recede from, versus the truth, that crop volumes and yields are exploding.

In September 2017, thedrinksbusiness.com said “French wine and spirits exports ‘rise’ by 12% to €6bn”. Which is more than curious, in that, in July 2016, just six months previously, France’s RFI had threatened “ ‘Brexit’ threatens French wine exports.”

One of the most inspiring products of this research is my ability to serially list the propaganda claims, and then examine what actually happened, by subject.

Using what was referred to in the old days as “fact checking”, we’ve caught the Organ of the State RFI in a bald-faced lie.

The author said exports “rise” because it’s a softer, kinder hedge against the stronger “increase”, and also as a thinly veiled reference to the Atonist Black-Sun cult that’s run things in all the nations, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

The folks in charge tried as hard as they could to stop Brexit, and they couldn’t stop Brexit. And here, their lapdog claimed, albeit only generally, that Brexit would “threaten” French wine exports, but they couldn’t stop booming, burgeoning-French wine exports.

In September 2017, casaconsultants.com said “Spain ‘hits’ all-time record in wine ‘exports”.

Where the headline uses “record in wine ‘exports’ ” as a hedge against the far more impactful “Spain hits all time record in ‘wine production’ ”.

The author has used “hits” all-time record to imply that it’s a high-water mark that volumes will soon recede from, versus the truth, that crop volumes and yields are exploding.

The article continues: “Furthermore, the global turnover of wine exported grew by 2.8% over 12 months to March 2017. In Castile and Leon, the first half of 2017 was excellent, with a 20.8% increase in the volume of exports and 14.5% in value.”

Like a cuttlefish squirting out ink, the author tortuously said “the global turnover of wine exported” grew by 2.8% “over 12 months to March 2017”, to avoid writing “Spanish wine exports increased almost three percent in 2017”.

In journalism, there’s a strict rule that the largest percentage comes first, and the rest are listed in descending order. In November 2017, the Financial Times told the Big Lie with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty by saying “Brexit knocks French wine exports to UK”.

The article goes on to cite a .8% drop in French wines to the U.K. in 2016, eleven month prior to the writing of the article, and makes no mention of the 12% increase in French wine exports in the first six months of 2017, which as scholars we’ve just reviewed previously. They’ve hedged “wine production” back to the much smaller subset that is “wine exports”, and focused on the value increase while doing what they could to obfuscate the historically-unprecedented wine grape yields that are driving the whole thing.

They lead with value, and give you the percentage for the value increase (rounding it up), then camouflage the volume numbers, “300,000 litres more than 2016”, so that I had to do the math. It’s a 6.5% increase in the volume of Australian wine production, in just one year.

Oh, and I did the math on the price increase. It’s 4.2%. The volume increase is higher than the price increase because prices decrease when supply increases, demand decreases, or both. Demand hasn’t decreased, as you can tell from the record price. But the article has crowed about the value, and the price, when the lead story is the record harvest.

The people who write this stuff for a living call what they do “tradecraft”.

They used the meme “jump” to imply that the number went up 10%, but would come right back down again, like when you jump.

Perth Now is a controlled-opposition Mouthpiece that Intelligence professionals refer to as a “honeypot”. Not everyone who works there is a generational Satanist, of course, just those up at the top of the control pyramid and those whose articles get published in mainstream publications.

The first rule of Fight Club is you don’t talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is you don’t talk about Fight Club.

One of the only ways you can identify them is by their codified writing, which I’m laboriously breaking down here. It’s how the few have controlled the many, well, all the way back to Babylon, and before.

They’re desperately trying to keep you from realizing that the primary driver of the size, fertility and longevity of any organism is the relative health of its Etheric environment.

In January 2018, xinhuanet.com said “Georgia ‘sees’ record high wine ‘exports’ in 2017”.

They’ve hedged “wine production” back to the much smaller subset that is “wine exports”, and focused on the value increase while doing what they could to obfuscate the historically-unprecedented wine grape yields that are driving the whole thing.

The said “sees” record to hedge it back a step from actually experiencing it.

The article continues: “Georgia exported 76.7 million bottles of wine to 53 countries in 2017, a record high in 30 years, the Georgian National Wine Agency said on Thursday. ... Revenue increased by 49 percent, while the volume of exports increased by 54 percent, it added.”

In journalism, there’s a strict rule that the largest percentages be listed first, and the rest in descending order. Here, the author has brazenly inverted it, putting the higher volume increase ahead of the smaller value increase.

The confidence game plays that Georgia’s only-generally described “record high” wine exports were driven by the New Zealanders dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in New Zealand are at their highest levels in history, and they sold all the wine they made.

The author makes no mention of the fact that the highest volume of wine exports in the history of Georgia is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

In January 2018, Beverage Daily said “Wine Australia says 2017 ‘export’ ‘figures show’ the highest growth rate since 2004”.

Where “figures show“ allows the subconscious to say “oh, you can make figures say anything”, or “someone figured that incorrectly”.

They’ve hedged “wine production” back to the much smaller subset that is “wine ‘exports’ ”, and focused on the value increase while doing what they could to obfuscate the historically-unprecedented wine grape yields that are driving the whole thing.

The article continues: “Australia wine exports have ‘hit’ record high in both ‘value’ and ‘volume’ in 2017, fuelled by ‘bullish demand from mainland China and an increase in higher-end wine sales’ “.

In a tirelessly-repeated tactic, value is place ahead of volume, again to obfuscate the historically-unprecedented wine grape yields that are driving the whole thing.

The confidence game plays that Australia’s only-generally described “record high” wine exports were driven by “sudden Chinese thirstiness”, which led the the Australians to dust off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in Australia are at their highest levels in history, and they sold all the wine they made.

“Bullish demand from mainland China and an increase in higher-end wine sales” is a plausible-deniability excuse. In 2013, we saw Wine News and Features” use precisely the same excuse to say that “buoyant luxury-wine sales and strong demand from Asian markets” was driving record French wine exports.

The propagandists knows that the wholly-credulous rube will accept any excuse, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

The Beverage Daily author makes no mention of the fact that the highest volume of wine exports in the history of Australia is part of a larger, wider trend. That’s an example of the propaganda technique known as “compartmentalization”.

INCREASING WINE PRODUCTION AND YIELDS - THE PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY EXCUSES

In October 2013, Wine News & Features said record French wine sales were the result of “buoyant luxury-wine sales and strong demand from Asian markets”.

The confidence game plays that the only-general-described “Asian market” and “healthy” premium wine sales led to French dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in France were at their highest levels in history, and that they sold all the wine that they made.

In February 2016, Decanter said record French wine sales were “driven by ‘strong’ sales in US and China”.

The confidence game plays that “sudden U.S. and Chinese thirstiness” led to the French dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in France were at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine that they made.

In March 2016, Beverage Journal said California sold more wine than ever in history because “California wines appeal to consumers across the globe”.

It was actually driven by a 4% increase in crop volume in a year, to the highest level in the history of winemaking in California.

“Appeal to consumers across the globe” floats the thin plausible deniability excuse that it is “increasing demand” that’s led to the record, versus the truth, that the grape yields in California are at their highest levels in history, and that they sold all the wine that they made.

In April 2015, the Mountain Democrat said that California wine ‘exports’ set a record, and didn’t say anything further as to why.

The confidence game plays that “sudden thirstiness abroad” led to the Californians dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in California are at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine that they made.

In July 2016, France’s RFI threatened “Brexit’ threatens French wine exports”. French wine exports increased 12% in 2017.

In February 2017, thetaste.ie made no guess as to why California had sold more wine than ever in history.

In August 2017, parkstreet.com said New Zealand sold more wine than ever in history “driven by strong US sales’ ”.

The confidence game plays that “sudden U.S. thirstiness” led to winemakers in New Zealand dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in New Zealand are at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine that they made.

In September 2017, casaconsultants.com made no explanation whatsoever as to why Spain sold more wine than ever in history, only that “the global turnover of wine exported grew by 2.8%”.

The confidence game plays that “sudden thirstiness abroad” led to winemakers in Spain dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in Spain are at their highest level in history, and that they sold all the wine that they made.

In October 2017, the Denver Post said “Bad booze news: ‘Global wine production just hit a 56-year low’ ”

The article continues: “ ‘Climate change’ to blame as Spain, Italy, France see ‘steep’ production decreases”.

Where “climate change” and “steep” are both general. It’s a bald-faced lie, that we may easily discern because we’re reviewing record harvest after record harvest in this boring but comprehensive history of the subject. The bigger and bolder the lie, the harder it is for the wholly-credulous rube to discern. “Oh, but they wouldn’t, they couldn’t.”

In November 2017, the Financial Times told the Big Lie with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty by saying “Brexit knocks French wine exports to UK”.

The article goes on to cite a .8% drop in French wines to the U.K. in 2016, eleven months prior to the writing of the article, and makes no mention of the 12% increase in French wine exports in the first six months of 2017. The Ministry of Truth is taking a year that the reader is no longer in to create a completely false version of reality.

In January 2018, just three months after the Denver Post said Italy saw “steep” production decreases in 2017, and that global wine production “hit a 56-year low” in 2017, Fin24.com said that Italy sold more wine than ever in history because of “Thirsty Russians”.

Through what was known in the old days as “fact checking”, we’ve busted the Denver Post as having told a Big Lie with the firmness of purpose that goes with complete honesty. A Big Lie involving another Big Lie known as “Climate Change”. I must remind the reader that “Climate Change” is completely general.

The confidence game in the Fin24 article we’re discussing plays that “suddenly-thirsty Russians” led to the Italians dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grapes in Italy are booming and burgeoning to the highest levels in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

In January 2018, Reuters said that Australia sold more wine than ever in history “as FTA cuts tariffs“.

Here, the confidence game plays that “FTA cutting tariffs” led to access to thirsty Chinese which had previously been curtailed, with the Australians then dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that Australian wine grape yields are at their highest levels in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

In January 2018, TBW News Group said that Australia sold more wine than ever in history because of “Growing demand’ for Australian wine”.

The confidence game plays that the only-generally described “growing demand” driven by suddenly increased thirstiness abroad led to the Australians dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in Australia are at their highest levels in history.

In January 2018, ABC Australia said that Australia sold more wine than ever in history because of “huge growth in ‘Chinese exports”.

The confidence game played by ABC Australia is that the only-generally described “huge” growth in Chinese demand led to the Australians dusting off unsold wines that had previously been languishing on the self. Versus the truth: that wine grape yields in Australia are at their highest levels in history, and that they sold all the wine they made.

In January 2018, Beverage Daily said Australia sold more wine than ever in history because of bullish demand from mainland China and an increase in higher-end wine sales’“.

It’s precisely the same excuse we saw Wine News and Features use in 2013, when they said that “buoyant luxury-wine sales and strong demand from Asian markets” was driving record French wine exports. They thought that, because they had flipped it demand and luxury/higher end wine sales in the two examples, that no one would ever notice.

The confidence game played by both propaganda outlets is that suddenly-thirstier and also now-richer Chinese led to the French selling more wines in history in 2013, and then turned their fickle taste to the Australians in 2018.

As anyone who knows wine can tell you, saying that the Chinese ditched French wine for Australian is the biggest of the many Big Lies documented in this story.

Summing up:

In the French stories, it was the suddenly-thirstier Americans and Chinese.

In the New Zealand story, it’s suddenly-thirstier Americans.

In the Australia story, it’s Chinese who are suddenly thirstier, or who were previously thirsty, only Australia couldn’t get to them because of “tariffs”.

And, in the Italy story, it was, literally, “thirsty Russians”. The propagandist so brazen that they’ll write out the ridiculous implication. Knowing that the subconscious of many or most readers will grab virtually any straw, no matter how thin, to remain off the hook of personal responsibility.

They’re desperately trying to keep you from realizing that the primary driver of the size, fertility and longevity of any organism is the relative health of its Etheric environment.
