It’s one of the best ways to clear/balance heavy energetical loads that we naturally accumulate when we’re not grounded.
Schizophrenia is a disorder of the crown chakra, and whilst DOR doesn’t help, it is not a causal factor in this particular illness.
I also have to credit Allen Carr for his “Easyway to Stop Smoking” book. Alcohol and tabacco is about as schizo as it gets and Allen has a entertaining writing style that undoes a lifetime of programing in an evenings read. I would like to read his “Easyway to loose weight” book for educational purpose but I’m fit and healthy and too busy enjoying my new life.
